The staff is always accommodating when assisting you find wedding jewelry to your liking at your BUDGET. They also had a quick turn around for our wedding rings since my fiance and I were a little late in ordering them. The lifetime plan for the jewelry is also a wonderful feature. We get our rings cleaned every 6 months and they will even change the ring size when necessary.
My fiance and I both bought our wedding rings (and engagement ring) from Jareds. They did a great job and took care of welding my wedding band to my engagement ring and cleaning up the jewelry before the big day. I would highly recommend getting their lifetime warrenty because they really take care of you if you continue to bring in your rings for check ups. I have been very pleased.
This place is ok, I really just went here b/c this is where my finance got my engagement ring. It wouldnt have been my first choice, but it worked. The sales people are ok, but when we had a problem it was the manager who got things done. He was awesome. It was the Short Pump location.
Jared's service is great no matter what city you go to. My fiance and his family have bought jewelry there for years so it was natural to get my engagement ring there and they worked with us to get us wedding rings that match our personalities and what we wanted. They do not barter on price at all but I believe it is good value for great quality jewelry.
