    Great seating

    We rented just chairs for our ceremony and gold chargers for the reception. They were right on time and set all the chairs up. The people were great and so friendly! I would highly recommend!

    The staff at Intents Events is awesome! I needed a few last minute linen rentals and I was able to just walk in and out with the linens same day. This was about 3 days before my wedding. Staff is courteous and very accommodating.

    Wow. This company saved our wedding and my sanity! Having an outdoor wedding was almost the death of me due to possible impending bad weather, but InTents Events came to the rescue by providing their Techno Span Tent (40 x 80) and Edison lights three days prior to the event. Although it didn't rain during the actual event, it did pour rain four separate times before the ceremony and this beautiful tent allowed us to continue with set-up regardless of the weather. In fact, most of the guests thought the tent added to the event and was always supposed to be there. The owners came out several times during the day of the tent installation to make sure it was to my satisfaction and the day of the wedding to make sure everything was still perfect. I also ordered tables and the dance floor through them and their set-up was exactly like our floor plan! You'll be so happy if you choose this company for your rental needs! I know that I will be using them again without even thinking about it! Thanks InTents Events!

    We rented outdoor ceremony chairs from In Tents Events and we were very happy with them. The price was reasonable. They delivered and set up the chairs for us, and without us prompting them, they had even contacted the wedding venue manager ahead of time to arrange drop-off/pick-up times so we didn't have to worry about that. We appreciated that the rental cost included the set-up for the chairs (some of the other rental companies we looked into didn't offer set-up for rental items) - much appreciated for a mostly DIY wedding since it was one less thing to take care of!

    Right from the start they were great. They were fast at responding to emails and phone calls. I was able add and drop items up to a week before my wedding (this was pending they were not sold out which was nice cause my count would change) My items for my wedding arrived the day before and they helped set everything up which was nice. Everything was of great quality and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else! Thanks

    We rented white chairs from "In Tents Events" and were very satisfied. They were very quick to get us a quote and were very helpful on the day of pick up and return. We would highly recommend them.

    I contacted In Tents Events very late into my planning period and the staff was super great about getting back to me with multiple quotes for my wedding. They were quick with communication and really flexible about getting me the materials I needed in time for my big day. I would recommend them and their services in a heartbeat.

    We loved using In Tents events for our rentals. My father-in law originally set up a contract with all of the wrong items, too few tables and (we discovered just a few days before) no chairs. In Tents was quick to make the correct arrangements and ensure we had places for everyone to sit and eat, even on short notice. Because they had a great reputation with my venue, they were able to set up their equipment earlier on in the day than the rest of my vendors. It was good being able to show up and see my vision already completed when we all arrived to finish the rest of the set up.

    I rented a gas heater to keep my guests warm at our outdoor cocktail hour, mirror squares for my centerpieces, a few linens for long tables, and a ceremony arch, and was very happy with their service and prompt delivery. They definitely helped make our wedding a special day!

    In Tents Events was great. The guy who delivered the chairs and linens for our wedding worked hard to get the chairs for the ceremony exactly how I wanted them. They were easy to communicate with and got our order exactly right.

    They are great! When I got to the venue pretty early the morning of they had already dropped everything off and placed it in the right places that we had talked about. Loved the wood finish dance floor. We got tables, linens and the floor and it was all worth it! They are great to work with and really nice to deal with on the phone.

    very responsive and friendly. They had everything that i wanted and needed. they also helped me decide what i needed considering i did not use a wedding planner who knows that kind of stuff. there was a small hiccup the day before my wedding but they straightened it out. Just be clear on your dates/times and keep record of it. otherwise a very good company, the customer service is what sold them to me and the gentlemen who set everything up for me were just as nice and helpful.

    I was very happy with In Tents Events and how easy it was to secure rentals for our wedding. They were very responsive in returning phone calls, answering questions, or calling to confirm our order. They also assisted with the layout of our rentals to have the best possible use of our rentals. Their prices included set up and break down, which was nice as they were also some of the lower rates in the area. The rentals were clean, sturdy, and were layed out according to our diagram. They delivered the night before the wedding and picked up the day after. I would definitely use them again.

    Was a little expensive but the people are very nice. We loved how everything looked at our wedding!

    Wedding rental

    We rented table cloths and chairs for my wedding. They were all in good shape but they sent the wrong sized table cloths for the tables and I was very careful with the measurements of each table when I ordered. There was no time to get replacements and they were not friendly at all after the fact, I had to pay for the ones that were the wrong size that I returned unused and clean.

We do have a party pro on call everything weekend as per the contract and we certainly could have replaced if you felt they were incorrect.

    In Tents Events was very responsive and well priced. The only complaint that I have to make about them is when it comes to delivery times. We had wanted our tent and tables set up on Saturday night and were told at the time of purchase that would be fine but then a few days before the event they wanted to do it early morning on Saturday or on Sunday morning. Make sure to have your delivery time figured out well before your event!

    Not happy with service

    Please be careful if you decide to rent from them. We rented a 40x80 tent, lighting & dance floor & 2 heaters for our wedding reception. In the week leading up to our wedding, we decided to rent tent flaps because of the cooler weather. The day of delivery, the installers were a little late. It was no biggie because it was the day before my wedding. My husband and I stayed around for about 2hrs while they put up the tent. We left and came back to the venue a few hours later for our wedding rehearsal. After rehearsal, we decided to walk down to check out the tent. Low & behold, we walked inside the tent & 2 of the flaps & all the windows were very dirty. The installers left their Whataburger cups on the ground, broken light bulbs on the ground & the dance floor was so uneven that in certain spots it was becoming unlocked. I was livid to say the least. My hubby called them right away & they sent the installers back to remedy the problems. They cleaned the walls, picked up the mess on the ground, but said they couldn’t clean the windows due to not having the proper supplies for it. They stated that the tent sides & windows are supposed to be cleaned at the shop prior to being rented again. My husband asked them if they could put some plywood under the dance floor to even it out some. But they said they don’t carry plywood on the truck. Some of the lightbulbs were blown & we had to tell them to change them. Even though they fixed some of the obvious problems, I wouldn’t recommend them. Rent at your own risk.

    In Tents Events has the most abundant supply of materials to rent, but they surely do not have an abundant supply of customer service. We got married this past weekend at The Southwood House; a venue they decorate and set things up at quite often. In Tents also had a conflicting issue with setting up for a large event at FSU the same weekend, and they pushed our wedding aside to go set up for FSU. Kristen, our "customer service concierge" was everything but helpful towards the end. She made me, the customer, feel that my wedding was not important enough to her to accommodate my needs, when an FSU event came up last minute, until I went down there in person and asked to speak to the owner. I think her attitude and poor display of customer service is unacceptable. Also, they set everything up incorrectly; the trees were facing the wrong tree, and the round tables were simply tossed around the dance floor. It looked as if they had taken 10 minutes to toss everything out of the truck and take off to their next event. Also, upon setting this up with them a year ago, we were promised that if the week or two weeks before the event we wanted to rent a tent for preventative rain measures, we would have one. Well, they rented all of their tents to FSU and when we told them we wanted an additional tent, they did not have one for us. I would never recommend this company to anybody getting married, or having any other sort of get together. It's terrible that a reputable wedding vendor in the Tallahassee area gave me such poor service, when they came so highly recommended by everybody

    We are very surprised to receive a poor review from this bride or any client for that matter. In Tents Events takes great pride in the services we provide and are dedicated to the utmost in customer service. This bride's account is perplexing as most of the planning took place with her mother. After set-up there was a slight issue with placement of ceremony chairs however, once we were informed, we sent a crew out to change the chairs. After our crew moved the chairs we contacted the bride's mother and asked if there was anything else that she needed. She told us that she had talked to the bride and assured us that everything was fine. Indeed, this wedding took place during a very busy weekend when we had eight other weddings and several other large events. This is typical during this time of year and In Tents Events has 17 years of experience coordinating logistics and handling many events at once. This client was never told that we could not provide an additional tent for her. We had tents available but we needed to know ASAP if they wanted another tent as we were coordinating moving tents from other events. We were never notified that they wanted an additional tent. This wedding was to take place on Sunday afternoon. At the last minute, the client requested an early delivery. In fact, they told us if we could deliver a day or two in advance they would be so happy that we could just place their rentals under their tent and they would set up later. We complied with their request and delivered on Friday. However, since set-up and break-down of our rentals is a complimentary service that we provide, we went ahead and set up their rentals despite the bride telling us that it was not necessary. Everything was set-up according to a diagram the client provided. All in all, we appreciate the fact that we are so highly recommended. This speaks volumes and we do not take it lightly. We will continue to do what we love and provide unsurpassed service to all our clients.
