Excellent service. The venue and food was excellent. My family and friends continue to talk about how beautiful the setup, decor' and food.

The Holiday inn was great, I got everything to look like I wanted it to, everyone had a great time here! Book it you won't regret it!

Jim and I simply can not express high enough praise for Hilda Fraticelli and the food, facility, and function staff at the Holiday Inn Select UCF. Call Hilda immediately! Not only did we get an exceptional deal on the cost of of reception--and, believe me, I called around!--the food was superb--get the Chicken Cordon Bleu--, the room was decorated beautifully, and Hilda and the culinary and service staff had everything go like clock-work. We had a worderful time and many compliments from our guests. I promise you will feel like you got away with something when you see what you get for what you pay for! And Hilda will bend over backwards to make sure your reception is a magical event with no worries for you whatsoever. I really can't thank her and them enough except to give them a glowing review.

The Holiday Inn Select UCF was great, very accomodating and helpful. We added extra decorations which the hotel put out for us, we didn't have to do anything!

The Catering Manager at the Holiday Inn Select UCF was Great- Hilda felt like family- she was very sweet and understanding and made me and my husband feel very comfortable- the Holiday Day Inn Select gave us a wedding suite that night for during the reception and after the reception- very beautiful location and they were very good with the wedding set up - and the bar was Great also ... my only comment would be that they should upgrade a bit on some of the vendors they recommend...we had a problem with one of the recommended vendors.. that unfortunately i connect to the hotel...because they recommended him.
