  This was the most wonderful and amazing venue for a wedding reception. Everyone who came was totally impressed with everything from the food, to the size of the ballroom, to the friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the hotel. Lisa Bainbridge, the event planner there, is the most incredible and talented person you will ever want to meet. She was the icing on the cake:)

  I could not have asked for a better wedding venue. The staff was amazing, especially their event planner, Lisa. The food was superb! The bar, the set-up, the bridal room, all of it was perfection. Our suite to stay in at the end of the night was amazing too!

  We had a two day wedding ceremony at the Hilton in September, and their staff was impeccable. LISA B. is the only name you need to know, because she is the venue manager ever (she was constantly communicating with us before, during, and after the wedding)!
  
  Overall, the hall is very nice, and be warned that it is somewhat of a monopoly on large halls (500+ guests) in a desirable Richmond location (short pump area). But if you play your cards right and the numbers work out, it is an awesome location to have a wedding.
  
  The only warning is if you are going to have an Indian style wedding with a Baarat, make sure you get some routing options from Lisa (but she will probably already let you know of this in advance).

  Great time!

  We chose to have our reception here and we really enjoyed it. Our wedding was in March so it was nice not to worry about the weather. The food was delicious, and we are glad we could just go up to our room right after the reception, and family and friends could be safe as well!

  Great Venue

  This is a beautiful venue the staff was nice but really didn't care for the hotel events coordinator.
