Best Venue Ever!!
Gerry and Derek were friendly, attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with all of the way throughout the planning process and the wedding weekend. The whole day ran perfectly smoothly, and our guests particularly loved the after party which went on until late in the evening (and which even featured karaoke!). The ballroom, food and service on the day were all first class. This is seriously the best wedding venue in NJ or NY! We would get married there again if we could! -

I just had my wedding at the Hilton Pearl River and it was an absolute dream thanks to the incredible staff. I spoke to them daily for months before the wedding, straightening out and organizing every little detail. Everything was perfect. Im so happy I pick this place. We recently had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River and cannot say enough about the experience. From the beauty of the venue to the seamless execution of every detail, the entire weekend exceeded our expectations.
I was initially hesitant about not hiring an outside wedding planner or day-of/month-of coordinator, but the Hilton Pearl River staff completely proved me wrong. What's included when you book with them goes so far above and beyond that you truly don't need outside coordination. They handle everything, and they handle it exceptionally.
Abbey and Gerry were exceptional partners throughout the planning process and on the day itself. Their dedication and genuine investment in making our wedding unforgettable truly set this venue apart. Derek's attention to detail was remarkable. Everything ran flawlessly, and knowing he had it all under control allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Shane and Sloane were attentive and supportive throughout the day, and we always felt taken care of. Last but not least, our bridal attendant Linda, who anticipated our every need before we could even think of it ourselves. She is an absolute gem.
If you're considering the Hilton Pearl River for your event, look no further. This team is truly in a league of their own, and we are so grateful for the role each of them played in making our wedding weekend as magical as it was.

This venue and team were worth every dollar spent! My wife and I just had our wedding and reception there last month and we couldn’t have had our vision come true without the help of the Hilton Pearl team. The property is gorgeous for outdoor and even indoor weddings and the food was truly top-notch that you’re still hearing our friends and family talking about it even now! Sloane had been with us every step of the way leading up to the big day and asked us everything that we needed to know and make sure that we were taking care of. Shane and Derek were there on the day of and thought of every single detail that we couldn’t think of to make sure we had enough time to socialize eat and take pictures since it’s so easy to get wrapped up in the festivities. Anybody who works with this team and trust them with their special day we’ll definitely not be disappointed. -

Gerry, Abby, Sloane, Shane, Michelle, Trish, Max and everyone at the Hilton Pearl River are absolutely amazing. We hosted a 300+ guest Indian wedding and we could not have picked a better venue for our special day, and wedding weekend. The team at the hotel are very responsive, kind, and empathetic. From our first site visit to packing up after our wedding events, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The event space is beautiful and the hotel bedrooms are modern, large, and well kept. We would highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River for a wedding and room block. Fantastic team! -

I am so glad I booked with the Hilton Pearl River for my Wedding! The staff was absolutely amazing, the hotel is beautiful, and the food was great. The hotel staff and coordinators make you feel like family. They basically give you all your prices upfront and don't blind side you with any extra cost. They take you through each step and make your life so easy. I felt like I could relax and not have to worry about anything. My family and friends can't stop talking about how great of a venue the Hilton Pearl River is, and our wedding was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. -

Cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff and planning team are at the Hilton Pearl River. During planning, they answered every email very quickly, were super clear and extremely helpful in talking me through options. I opted not to hire a wedding planner or a day of coordinator, and honestly didn't need either since Abby and Derek were so wonderful throughout the process!! My husband and I had the best stress free day celebrating with all our favorite people. Many of our wedding guests have commented it was the best wedding ever. We were so happy! -

I am so happy we chose this venue for our wedding. It’s one of the few hotel venues in NJ that can fit >350 guests with ample accommodations, outdoor space and a pretty ballroom. Our events manager was Abbey and she made planning and day of logistics absolutely seamless despite all of our moving parts (multiple events in one day including Barat, 2 ceremonies, lunch, cocktail hour and reception, 350-400 guests, shuttles to welcome party/Garba, etc.). The ballroom was the perfect size and most of our guests were able to book rooms at the hotel for the weekend. Unfortunately it did rain for us, but the hotel staff were swift in adjusting plans last minute. They were flexible, communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process, let alone reasonably priced. Five stars -

We could not have picked a more perfect venue than the Hilton pearl river. The venue is stunning with both gorgeous indoor and outdoor space. What truly makes it exceptional is the people. Abbey who is the event Coordinater and her whole staff work tirelessly to make your event a success. We hosted a 400 person indian wedding with events spanning over 4 days. The hotel has not only a ballroom which accommodates up to 525 but it also has smaller rooms which you can use to host other smaller events. The hotel is a 150 rooms and our guests had the luxury of staying upstairs and coming down for events. From day one Abbey was on the same page as us. She made sure each event was organized and all the vendors worked in coordination. They have a premium open bar and the flexibility to make signature cocktails. The drinks were freely flowing anything from cocktails to shots. We are so thankful to have our wedding at this stunning venue. Abbey and her whole team were incredible I have no words to describe what they did for us. The bar in the hotel also was the perfect place to host our after party. A special shoutout to Trish who helped with our hotel reservations and she was amazing and helpful!

When we were deciding between venues, the main thing that helped us choose the Hilton Pearl River was the beautiful venue (we wanted an outdoor ceremony) and being able to have in town and out of town guests (and ourselves!) spend the night in the hotel.
We ended up getting an impeccable team to make our day happen, and we were so glad to find out Gerry would be the day of coordinator because we had let go of our wedding planner. Gerry has been working at Pearl River for years and was a calming kind presence leading up to our wedding and on the day of. She and her team managed to pull off a big Indian wedding the night before mine and yet I felt totally prioritized on my big day. There are plenty of event rooms available (great for our Jewish wedding needs) such that we had an after party across the hall from the reception room.
My only tiny concern was a couple of miscommunications with staff and I was originally surprised at how casual communications were between us and the venue (usually quick responses though and this didn't end up mattering because the event was PROFESSIONAL).
I highly highly recommend this venue!!! For the little things and the big things that make a wedding special! -

Absolutely Phenomenal Experience
I can’t say enough about how incredible our experience was working with the Pearl River Hilton for our wedding on April 25th, 2025. From start to finish, their entire team went above and beyond to bring our vision to life with care and professionalism.
The accommodations were amazing - from the pool that kept our younger guests entertained during downtime, to the welcoming bar that provided a perfect spot for older guests to relax. The venue itself has a distinctive charm and energy that set the tone for a truly unforgettable evening.
From the early planning stages, Abby was a dream to work with. Her professionalism, prompt communication, and coordination with our vendors made everything feel seamless and stress-free. On the big day, Derek brought unmatched enthusiasm and attention to detail, ensuring that every element went off without a hitch. And Rowan, our bridal attendant, was the perfect blend of warmth and attentiveness. Her service added an extra special touch that we’ll never forget.

Everything about our wedding day was incredible thanks to the wonderful team at Hilton Pearl River! We so enjoyed working with Gerry throughout the entire planning process and then Derek coordinating the weekend and Linda my bridal attendant always making sure we had drinks and thinking of putting my sneakers under our table for me to change when ready. Such a supportive team taking us through changes due to rainy weather and it all went so smoothly - they thought of every little detail! We had ~260 guests and the dance floor was always full but never crowded. We loved having every event of the weekend in the same building and PRH has a wide variety of rooms for every moment. -

Perfect! Awesome! Magical! These are the words that I use to describe our son's recent wedding at Hilton Pearl River. Everything about this venue is incredible. The main reason everything was so perfect is thanks to Gerry Burns, the events manager, and her amazing staff. They attended to everything with such professionalism, warmth and attention to detail it was beyond compare. It made the bride, groom and the entire wedding party feel so at ease!
In addition to the phenomenal staff, the physical space is awe inspiring. Although we had our ceremony indoors due to rain, the Conservatory (cloud room) was stunningly beautiful! The ballroom is spacious and gorgeous. All the rooms that we used served our purposes perfectly. But once again, I have to say that everything ran so smoothly and flawlessly thanks to Gerry! She is absolutely the best of the best! Book your wedding at Hilton Pearl River! You won't regret it! -

We recently had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River on 7/27/24 and we could not have asked for a better experience. After getting engaged in April of 2023, we had the daunting task of planning a traditional Indian wedding, reception and sangeet for 500 guests. From the very first inquiry, the Hilton Pearl River stood out to us and put us at ease. Abigail Rochford, the events manager at the Hilton, responded to our inquiry within a few hours and provided a very detailed / clear breakdown of what we were looking for. Any further questions we had were answered very promptly through email. It quickly became clear how responsive, accommodating, and flexible the venue was. We then visited the venue with our families and became even more impressed. The property itself is beautiful and we knew the hotel would provide a very comfortable stay for our guests. More importantly, Abbey and her staff were extremely warm and welcoming, and treated us like family from the very first meeting. Any questions my family had, Abbey was able to answer. She was also very well informed on our traditional Indian ceremonies and knew exactly how our event needed to be executed. After our meeting, we knew we didn't even need to tour any other venues. We booked our wedding with full confidence knowing we were in great hands with Abbey and her staff.
Fast forward to our wedding weekend and we were blown away by how smoothly our event went. Abbey and her staff truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success and that our guests were well taken care of. For example, we ran out of a unique component of our signature drink during our reception night that we ourselves provided to the venue. Rather than simply telling our guests the drink could not be made anymore, Abbey sent staff members to go buy more of what we needed right away. Furthermore, we were assigned our own personal staff member that stayed by our side to make sure we were hydrated and well fed all weekend. She even delivered food and dessert directly to our bridal suite! These are just a few examples that showed how unbelievable the service was with the Hilton during the whole wedding process. If there was anything we needed, Abbey and her staff were there to make it happen without any hesitation. They will truly put all their energy and effort into your event as if you are one of their own family members getting married. For these reasons, we highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River as a wedding venue. It was the best and easiest decision we made during wedding planning! -

If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would! The Pearl River Hilton is the best wedding venue in the Hudson valley and beyond. From the beautiful grounds, to the amazing food, and stellar team, we could not ask for anything more. Gerry, Derek and their team are incredible - professional, attentive, personable and experienced.
Their cocktail hour is unlike any other I have experienced - just remind your guests to come hungry and thirsty as there is no shortage of food and drinks. And of course, no shortage of fun!!
We had a wedding guest count of about 200 people but I’ve been to weddings there that have held more than 250 guests comfortably!
We also had many guests traveling in for our wedding - we had 58 rooms booked in our room block for the wedding night. Trish and Jacqueline were fantastic to work with in regards to the room block. The nightly rate they gave us was also very affordable!

Cannot say enough good things about the Hilton Pearl River where we had our wedding reception & hotel block on Friday, May 3, 2024. We booked the Hilton back in January 2023 and the planning process was easy with the help of Gerry and later in the process Derek. I was a bit nervous about not hiring a wedding planner / day of coordinator but I'm happy now I didn't bother as the Hilton staff went above and beyond throughout the whole process to make sure we had the perfect reception. We ended up with about 230 guests, many of whom are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how great the food - both the cocktail hour and dinner - was. Highly recommend this venue -- especially to anyone who wants to have their reception and hotel block in the same spot! -

We just had our wedding at the Hilton and it was absolutely perfect. Every detail from beginning to end was executed perfectly. Gerry Burns, Director of Catering, a dream to work. Jacqueline Rochford, Sales Manager and Trish Emersley, Reservations Manager made our room block so easy for us and our guests and they even extended it when needed. Derek Rubino, Banquet Manager, Kelly, Asst. Banquet Manager and Kimberly, the bride and groom attendant made our wedding day stress-free and enjoyable. They made sure to go over key details with us without causing any issues, were with us every step of the way to ensure we were taken care of and at the end of the night we found our dinner desserts and cake waiting for us along with candles and rose petals in our entire room. Truly special! Another special shout out to Diems, the lobby bartender. He set up karakoe and served our guests drinks until late giving us a truly memorable after party. Moreover, the entire Hilton Pearl River team including the front desk, bellmen, waitstaff and back of house, especially the kitchen, were fantastic. Our guests were raving about the food and drink. It was all so delicious. If you live in Manhattan like us and have family ties to Pearl River or your local your best wedding venue option is The Hilton Pearl River. I worked many years in hospitality, including hotels and this venue knows what they're doing. Thank you again Hilton Pearl River. We'll never forget it. -

Gerry and her team are absolutely, positively incredible. We could not be happier. Every single element and moment was wonderful and we were so impressed with how every detail was so carefully considered and handled professionally. We wish we could get married a second time so we could plan another event with the Hilton Pearl River!
There were so many special touches that we didn't even talk about that made the day special: a bridal attendant available to help with everything we needed, the bridal suite was set up perfectly for our return after the wedding, as well as the venue's flexibility with dropping off decor early. They provided expertise with crafting the most perfect day. -

Choosing the Hilton Pearl River was the best decision we made. The level of service is well above any other wedding venue or hotel and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! The space itself is huge, and they are very flexible with how you can use it. The beautiful back lawn area is gorgeous for an outdoor ceremony - we didn't get to use it due to rain on our wedding day, but it's so beautiful and well kept. It feels like a chateau/boutique hotel and has such character. The staff is also incredible - we mainly worked with Abbey who is outstanding and gave us advice throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding unfortunately she was sick, but her mom Gerry stepped in to lead our day and picked things up seamlessly. The food is also amazing and we heard nothing but rave reviews from all our guests about how much they enjoyed it. All in all, I cannot recommend this venue enough!!! -

The Hilton Pearl River was the first vendor my wife and I looked at and it was all we needed. The Hilton Pear River made the entire wedding process for us a total breeze and an absolute pleasure. From planning cocktail hour to the room blocks for hotel guests the staff was on point and always there to help. We had our reception in May and could not have asked for better weather for the event. The indoor outdoor hybrid cocktail hour was a hit our guests still talk about today. The entire night was a blast and would not have happened without the amazing staff and crew that worked that night for us. My Wife and I got married at the Pearl River Hilton on May 27, 2023. I don’t think any review could cover how thrilled and happy we were with the experience, but here is my brief attempt to cover the day from our point of view. To say the service was world class is an understatement. When we started looking for a wedding venue, the first concern in my mind was finding a wedding that 1). Could accommodate a large guest count but 2). Still function independently as a wonderful and convenient hotel for all of our out of town guests. For context, our wedding was a truly unique challenge in terms of planning and logistics. I’m originally from the Northern New Jersey area and my wife is from a suburb of Chicago and we live together in Illinois. For two years, we had to remotely plan a large wedding with a contingent of out of town guests. This is truly the value of the Pearl River Hilton- they are a “one stop shop” solution that functions seamlessly across all departments and provides unbelievable service in nearly every area they cover. Looking back on our wedding, what struck me most about the Pearl River Hilton as a venue was the attention to detail in nearly every aspect of the day they handled. From the hotel guest experience, to the wedding facilities that day, I was truly blown away by the resources, amount of staff, services and flexibility that the venue offered. Lastly, I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention Abbey Rochford. Abbey was our wedding coordinator for the duration of our wedding planning journey and I’ll never forget how smoothly things went working with her. Abbey is not only incredibly competent in the role, but possesses a real acumen from a customer service perspective for understanding the needs of a client. I cannot picture having had our wedding at any other venue. The Pearl River Hilton not only delivered on our requirements, but exceeded our expectations the day of our wedding. I can’t picture our wedding having taken place anywhere else and we are truly grateful to Abbey and her team for having pulled off the memory of a lifetime flawlessly. -

To start off this review, I want to point out that my wife and I got married yesterday at Hilton Pearl River. The reason I wanted to include that is simply because I want you to know how important it was to us that we give them the credit they deserve. Each member of their incredible staff ensured our entire weekend was perfect from start to finish. We found ourselves in awe of the attention to detail they provided in things the two of us would have never even thought of.
From the very first day we met with Abbey we knew we were in the best of hands. She answered every question we had (and there were many!) and we had full faith and trust in anything she said. Our wedding and rehearsal dinner took place at the hotel and I can confidently say it was the best decision to do so. Both of our parents could not stop talking about how wonderful it was to work with Abbey. In fact, we talked about her so much that some friends and family were coming up to us saying “Who is this famous Abbey?”.
The food served at the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and wedding was nothing short of impeccable and delicious. So many people were coming up to us saying how they had never been to a wedding with so much food that just tasted so good. Speaking of food, this would be a great time to shoutout another incredible member of the staff, Derek. Anyone who has had a wedding will say “You never have time to eat at your own wedding!”. However, we must be the anomaly. During our reception we were running all over the place to each table to thank them for being there when Derek came up to us and said, “You’re coming with me. I just need the two of you to have a little more to eat and you can go right back out there!”. It was the most important thing anyone did for us all night and we are so thankful for him for that. This just goes to show the care the staff has for you at Hilton Pearl River.
No review could possibly be complete without acknowledging the outstanding bridal attendant, Linda. I truthfully don’t know if there are words to describe how wonderful she is, but I will certainly try. The best way I can think of is to share a quick story that tells you all you need to know. During our first look, I (the groom) was standing outside on the bridge. Though I didn’t know it at the time, my bride was on her way and Linda had run up to the bridge to remove some bundles of sticks to ensure the bride didn’t step on anything and that there was nothing interfering with our photo opportunity. She even ensures that you and your soon-to-be spouse have water and mints whenever you need (so thoughtful!)
Another staff member that deserves every bit of recognition is Kelly. She was such an incredible help throughout our reception from teaching us how to cut the cake (which we were terrified of messing up!) to ensuring to triple-check with us that we didn’t want to take leftover churros back to our room.
To any couple out there stressing about finding the perfect venue, let us make it easy for you; The Hilton Pearl River should be your only option. We did not experience one bit of stress and did not have a single second that we didn’t feel taken care of. You are in the best of hands.
Every wedding is so special, but due to all of the wonderful people at the Hilton Pearl River our wedding will be a weekend we will never forget. So, to all of the staff from Charles (the bellhop in the lobby) to Abbey, thank you so much for making it happen! -

Dream Wedding - Beautiful & accommodating
To all the brides out there with future weddings Pearl River Hilton they could not have been more beautiful & accommodating.
We had our dream wedding at the Pearl River Hilton! It was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredible, and guided us through everything. They were simply so friendly and helpful through it all! From the food, to the professionalism, to the beautiful space. My guests kept raving about how amazing everything was.
Jamie, our Event Manager, made the planning process so easy for us by being so patient and accommodating. She was genuine, kind, organized, and responsive to every email and phone call. She took care of us the day of and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Derek (Maître d'), Linda, Bridal Attendant were 5 steps ahead of me and the day was flawless. I trusted them completely and they delivered more than I could have asked. Pearl River Hilton knows what they are doing and they are absolutely a venue you should consider if you want a worry-free wedding. Thank you for everything! -

My husband and I hosted our multi-cultural, Indian and American wedding celebration / vow renewal at the Hilton Pearl River on November 20, 2021, and had an incredible experience.
Due the pandemic, we needed to postpone our event multiple times (we were originally scheduled for March 28, 2020), and the Hilton was extremely accommodating to all of the changes we needed to make. They remained positive, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire experience.
It is easy to see from online photos how beautiful the indoor and outdoor spaces are to host an event. What you can't see from the pictures is how exemplary the staff and service are. As part of our wedding weekend, we had lunch, Baraat, ceremony, hospitality rooms, reception, breakfast, and a hotel block for the whole weekend. We had over 200 guests in attendance. Even with the complexity and full weekend of events we had planned, the Hilton staff helped us to plan and execute all of our events flawlessly with an incredible attention to detail. With their experience in large scale, multi-cultural weddings, they were able to anticipate needs we didn't even know we had. I can't say enough good things about working with Abbey on all of the planning and coordination. She was incredibly organized, accommodated all of our needs, and had great insights that helped us plan our events. Derek, the maitre d', helped with the logistics and ensuring that everything ran smoothly that day. During the events, the entire staff did a great job with service. Amazing venue
Words can’t begin to describe how amazing our venue was. Being a covid bride and having to postpone was stressful enough but they made it so easy. Jamie, our event coordinator just simply took our date and moved it exactly a year with no extra charges and no issues at all. They were even offering to refund us if we decided to cancel which is more than I could have asked for. Leading up Derek our maitre d was so great in answering any questions and he made our day run seamless and if there were any issues we didn’t know about them. Abbey and Gerry are also event coordinators there and we’re always there to greet us and help in anything we needed whenever we visited. The cocktail hour is incredible and the food itself is all people could talk about. They go above your regular wedding food and make it something special. We were under our limit due to the pandemic and they didn’t charge us for our minimum and we’re so accommodating to all our guests needs. Our guests keep saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and I owe that to Jamie and Derek and my amazing bridal attendant Linda. She brought me drinks and helped with my veil and anything I needed during pictures on our warm day. She truly kept me sane during our many hours of pictures and made sure our family and bridal party had water and drinks the whole time. You are in incredible hands when booking and the whole team just makes it so stress free and make you feel like family. -

When our wedding plans at a different venue were derailed due to Covid, we called the Hilton. Within hours, Gerry helped us to come up with a new plan and she made miracles happen. In only ten days, we had a whole new wedding planned. The entire staff at Hilton Pearl River went *above and beyond* to make our wedding day special and beautiful. From Gerry, to our maitre D (Derek), the bartender and servers, the service was the best I have ever seen. Our guests are still talking about it a month later! Wedding planning during a pandemic is stressful and delicate, and I can say with full confidence that our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River was better and more beautiful than we could have imagined, and the staff made the process easy (and dare I even say fun?). It goes without saying that countless families with weddings this year have had to endure many hardships and frustrations due to the Covid-19 pandemic. And, for sure, many a tear has been shed. Our hearts go out to all the brides and grooms whose special day became a logistical nightmare. At the end of the day, though, it’s really about celebrating your love for one another, whether on a grand scale, or with a simple ceremony to seal your bond.
Our daughter’s wedding was originally scheduled for May 2020. Early on in the pandemic the proverbial “experts” were saying that if you had a wedding planned in the near future, it might be wise to attempt to postpone it a couple of months, just to be on the “safe side”. Little did they know. In our particular case we had to postpone twice. Finally, facing New York State’s unprecedented restrictions surrounding wedding venues, we had a decision to make; postpone again until sometime next year, or go forward with a much scaled-down event. We chose the latter and held the wedding in September.
The decision to move forward really came down to the support, flexibility and professionalism of the vendors we were contracted with. In particular, our venue, the Hilton Pearl River, went over-the-top to make sure our daughter’s wedding was memorable, elegant and Covid-compliant. From the beginning, our wedding coordinator, Abbey Rochford, as well as the Hotel’s banquet manager, Gerry Burns, were attentive, responsive, compassionate and flexible. We’ve all read about the nightmare scenarios of venues either going out of business, sticking to the letter of the contract, refusing to change the date without a penalty or refusing to refund deposits. The Hilton Pearl River’s attitude was quite the opposite. They essentially said, “We’re in this together, and we just want you to be happy.”
All-in-all, the day couldn’t have been more perfect. The weather cooperated, the setting was beautiful, the food was outstanding and the entire staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. So, our daughter and our new son-in-law, got to begin their life together with their immediate families and a few close friends in attendance. Next year, God willing, we’ll host a much larger gathering to celebrate the happy couple’s one-year anniversary. Maybe we’ll call it, “The Wedding, Season 2”! I want to thank Gerry and her entire team at the Pearl River Hilton for making our NYE Wedding on 12/31/19 so special. From the first time we went to the hotel to check it out, we felt so comfortable with our initial meeting. We knew right away we wanted our wedding at the Hilton. Throughout the year, Gerry was so great with all of our questions and inquiries. There was never any questions left unanswered. The weeks leading up to the wedding were all stress free and our last meeting with Gerry, Derek and Nicole really made us feel so ready for our wedding day.
The day of the wedding was amazing. We couldn't believe how organized everything was. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff and wedding team ( Gerry, Abby, Linda, Nicole, Derek) truly made our experience such an amazing one. Again, I can't thank the staff enough for all they did for us. We had the most magical wedding on NYE and will forever remember it! -

We had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River on July 4th and it was everything we could've asked for and more! From the moment we took our first tour at the Hilton, Gerry made us feel like family. She answered our countless questions and e-mails throughout the process in a timely and thorough manner. She made the stressful wedding planning process very stress-free and a pleasant experience. I cannot be more thankful to the staff at the Hilton for making our special day a day we will never forget. Our guests are still talking about the fabulous time they had! From the check-in to our room, to the servers, the bartenders, and everyone in between, the service was top notch! I also want to shout out my bridal attendant Lynda and head Maître d' Derek for being by my side the entire day and ensuring that all our needs were met throughout. I appreciate that I was able to wait until the day of the wedding to see the weather and to decide whether or not we wanted our ceremony indoors or outdoors. The grounds are beautiful and we had a variety of places to take pictures at. There is a not a single thing I would have changed about the day. I highly recommend the Hilton! -

I don't think I could ever say enough about how fabulous it was to work with and host our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River. It was truly everything we dreamed of plus more. The entire staff completely knocked it out of the park and blew our minds. Every single detail was absolutely perfect. From the food, attentiveness, service, kindness and everything in between, it exceeded our expectations. We hosted our entire event at the hotel from rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and then brunch on Sunday. We utilized the entire venue by having our ceremony in the conservatory cloud room, cocktail hour in the garden and outside, reception in the ballroom and after party in a private room across from the bar. We did buffet dinner and let me tell you, everyone keeps talking about how fabulous our food was and how great having a buffet was. The food was always hot and people had so much to chose from. We had every station you could want from burgers and fries, carvings station, Asian and Italian. The stations stayed open for hours which was even better. What was even better was the dessert, OMG. I still can't get over how much they offer you within their packages and how wonderful it all was. Abbey and Derek specifically made the entire experience even better. I wish we would do it all over again and I wouldn't change a thing. We wanted a hotel so that everything could be at one place and we made the absolute best decision. -

We held my daughter’s Bridal Shower at the Hilton Pearl River in March. From the moment I contacted Gerry, the Catering Manager, I knew I was in good hands. She was pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. Unfortunately Gerry couldn't be there the day of the shower due to a family obligation, but she left us in the hands of her A-Team, or rather her “At Team”! Abbey took over in her absence and never missed a beat. She was prompt in her email responses and checked in several times during the shower. She was a pleasure to deal with! When we arrived with all of our shower baggage there was a member of the staff to greet us with a large cart to bring things in. The servers were informative and helpful during the set-up process. Since I had a small shower, we only had one server, Kathy. But with her I felt like we had more! She was always there for the guests, attentive and anticipating their needs. Kathy was pleasant and always checked with me for key events. Just knowing she had everything under control enabled me to relax and enjoy this special day. Our guests were treated like royalty and they were completely blown away! The food….DELICIOUS! Service OUTSTANDING and Professional all-around! Not to mention the venue and surrounding grounds is absolutely gorgeous!!! Thanks to Hilton Pearl River, I was able to give my daughter the shower of her dreams and one that exceeded all expectations... -

Melanie Sent on 07/05/2018My husband and I were married at the Pearl River Hilton June 2, 2018. It was so easy to make a decision to get married here because it not only is a gorgeous venue (we had an outdoor ceremony on the back lawn) but they seriously give you the most bang for your buck! In addition, everyone is such a delight to work with!! They accommodated all of our requests and never batted an eyelash. Our wedding coordinator, Abbey, is hands down the key to all the magic. She made EVERYTHING so easy for me, from answering 1000s of questions prior to the wedding day, to being available 24/7, and to making my wedding Day the smoothest and best day imaginable. The food is delicious, and all of our guests were raving about the cocktail hour and the venue itself. The ballroom is huge, there are plenty of photo op spaces, and the lobby is simply elegant. We even had our brunch and rehearsal dinner at the hotel and nothing was replicated- each in a different room with different menu options. They also recently renovated their rooms which are gorgeous and HUGE! I could not say enough positive things about this venue. The Pearl River Hilton will forever hold a special place in my heart! Thank you Abbey and the entire staff who helped give me the wedding of my dreams!!
