The stuff was respectful and responsive to our questions. All was prepared for our wedding day. It was beautifully decorated. The day went off well and we are grateful we chose the Hilton Cocoa Beach.

My wedding at the Hilton was an exceptional one. Tara, the head of catering was very professional and accommodating. She was always prompt in responding to emails and making any changes as we requested. She made the experience exceptionally great.
My only unpleasant experience was with the front desk staff who were charging my credit cards and the cards of my wedding guests on check-in rather at check-out. The staff was nice and probably just following their managers orders. So I can’t say it was the staff, but rather The Hilton’s policy/decision to charge us at check-in when rather than as I was told prior by the staff at the time of booking that payment would be collected at check-out. Other than that, our wedding there was a beautiful & wonderful experience.

A wedding dream come true!
I could honestly cry happy tears while writing this review of our wedding experience at the Hilton Oceanfront! Just wow. First of all , our coordinator Kristi was INCREDIBLE! We all know how stressful planning a wedding can be and she alleviated every bit of that stress with her organizational skills and creativity. The staff was immaculate and beyond professional. The food that came within the wedding packages was DELICIOUS- thank you Chef!! We had our ceremony on the private deck facing the beach and it was breathtaking! I loved our space for the reception- plenty of room for our guest count including a dance floor. Just so many great things to say and I will forever relive my wedding day thanks to the Hilton!!🥲❤️

Marcia and her team at the Hilton are top notch! They provided personalized customer service and ensured nothing was missed. The preparation, ceremony, reception and follow up was prompt and efficient. It is evident that they have been doing this for years--seamless!!! Every staff person we came into contact with went above and beyond with a smile on their face! The food at our reception was excellent! I am a foodie, so I am extremely picky and I was impressed. Perfect Bride and Venue
I am the groom at 65 years old. Never married before because I am a really fussy person. I found the woman of my dreams and never happier. The Hilton Cocoa Beach was just like my wife, a dream come true. Shannon, Catering Director was a great listener and full of ideas. She worked with our budget and worked the night of our wedding. Ben, Banquet Manager and staff did a fantastic job on the bar and food service. The food was over the top. Chef Glenn and his staff impressed all 122 of our guests. The day was perfect, except that it rained when we planned a beach wedding. Shannon and Ben quickly adapted and made adjustments. It worked out perfectly!!!! Thank you Hilton Cocoa Beach Team!!!!! Breathtaking Venue!
I had my wedding here and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! Shannon was my wedding coordinator and she was fantastic at explaining everything and with communication throughout the entire process. The venue was lovely, the food was great and all of the catering staff were friendly and very attentive. Not to mention all of the breathtaking views, oceanfront access and excellent level of service! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in search of all the above.

I can’t say enough excellent things about Hilton Cocoa Beach! We got married 3/22/21 and had the BEST time. Shannon and her team were amazing. They were attentive, managed challenges quickly, and made us feel at ease. This was a destination wedding for us, as we live in New England. But to be honest everyone was so meticulous with their planning and communication with us that we felt completely calm. Their ballroom is huge and gorgeous, and VERY comfortably fit our 90 guests. Shannon, Jennifer and Teresa, thank you for everything! This was the best day of our lives because of you all.

Despite all of the challenges during the pandemic (the original date had to be postponed and then the plans for the (postponed) day of had to be changed about one week prior because of city ordinances), the staff, and particularly Jennifer Odom, were flexible, accommodating and went above and beyond in every way. While it wasn't what or when we originally planned, it was every bit as special and magical.

Easy and perfect from VT
There are not enough stars to show satisfaction with our reception dinner and the wedding day ceremony and brunch- both venues were thoughtfully put together and gorgeous, staff was attentive - planning from VT and never seeing the location, we just went with it and have 0 regrets- even small issues were worked through via email and phone and things moved forward without a hitch. If you do a package deal like we did, let Marcia and her team do their thing- if you are a bride that is on the controlling end of the spectrum vs rolling with it, I think such a bride will be happy to as the team was patient and wanted to please-I think just being chill and passing off the “baby” is the way to go here- I will forever have memories of a perfect stay/ceremony- food was delicious -vendors selected by Marcia were top notch -I can’t say enough awesome things.

Beautiful Beach Wedding
We had our ceremony on the beach and reception on the pool deck, and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Krista was beyond amazing, she responded quickly, and ensured everything was exactly how we wanted. When looking for a venue we wanted 1. a beach ceremony 2. an outdoor reception 3. a pig roast. Hilton Cocoa Beach was able to provide us with all of these at a reasonable price. The beach area for the ceremony was beautiful, and we received so many compliments but people loved the food most. The chef did an amazing job, the pig roast was a huge hit and the buffet options were great! I would highly recommend if you are still looking for a venue! We were planning our wedding from overseas, and Krista made all the difference! Thank you!

The Perfect Day
From the moment I first contacted the Hilton, I knew this would be where I would have my wedding and reception! Although I was planning from 1,900 miles away, Krista Smith walked me through the planning process and made it easy. She emailed me questions over the course of several months, so my fiance and I weren't overwhelmed with decisions to make. When we showed up the week before, everything was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures. The actual day of our wedding was completely stress free for me (yes, as the bride!). I wouldn't have changed a single thing about our special day.

Fabulous experience all the way around! The Hilton staff was amazing! The Director of Catering and Room Sales Manager made the wedding planning process seamless and fun. The Horizons Room and private deck was perfect for the Rehearsal Dinner, and the Grand Ballroom perfect for our 150 guests. And the food---delicious! The Hilton Oceanfront is most definitely the BEST wedding venue in Cocoa Beach.

Our wedding was 11/23/18 (day after Thanksgiving). We chose a brunch reception due to setting sail for a cruise that afternoon. Krista was our wedding planner, and was simply amazing! She was attentive, accommodating, and had great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious! The servers were caring and professional. Our wedding/reception took two months to plan. All of this could not have been done without Krista!! Seriously, she is amazing. If you’re planning a beach wedding at the Hilton, ask for Krista! It wasn’t too expensive but it was great! We had some issues with the room blocking and Jennifer, the lady who runs it, and her staff. Some mistakes and issues were made, and they were frustrating. But overall, I would absolutely do it again. Krista was so perfect and I couldn’t have done it without her!

Perfect Wedding Experience
We had my daughter's wedding here this past weekend and everything was perfect. We planned the occasion several months ahead of time and was able to make monthly payments such that we were able to pay off the wedding before the date. The sales and catering staff are excellent. They communicate regularly and are detailed and efficient. The Horizons room and beach were the perfect setting for a smaller group. We pushed the limits of the Horizons room with 68 adults but were able to have a smaller room just off the Horizons for a pizza party for the children during the reception. I highly recommend this venue.

Marcia Holland and the staff at the Hilton were top notch. The food was excellent, the planning and look of the room was beautiful. Passed hors d'oeuvres , chamber music, carving stations, beautiful white table cloths and furniture. The outside private deck and on and on. Needless to say my fathers 95th birthday party was a great success! Everything was thought of and the Hilton was so accommodating.

My husband and I just got married at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Ocean front. We had such an amazing day! Not only was the venue gorgeous, but we didn't have to deal with people walking through our wedding, or the beach wedding nightmares that one always hears. Our event planner was amazing - Krista Smith. We had an events coordinator change within the year of planning and were very nervous the new woman would not be as good, however this was not the case. Krista went above and beyond all expectations! The reception hall was amazing and perfectly set up and the servers and customer service was top notch. My husband and I would recommend this venue to others. Thank you Hilton Cocoa Beach for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

My daughter's wedding was held here on December 30, 2017! Every detail was delivered! I worked with Jessica in Event Planning and she responded to emails promptly, had great ideas for the reception and was there the night of the event! She then turned the event over to the Banquet Captain who continued to make sure everything went smoothly! The hotel was even decorated with Christmas trees in the wedding colors and Jessica had them moved to the Grand Ballroom for decoration. I was told by guests the food was delicious, well presented and they loved the late night snacks! I also appreciated Jennifer and Teresa with the help in booking rooms for our guests and the securing the Ocean Front King Suite for the bride and her attendants to get ready in for the day! I even had out of town guests bags that Teresa made sure were in each guests room upon their arrival! The staff was also extra attentive and helpful all weekend! I highly recommend the Hilton for any event! My daughter's wedding reception and the breakfast the next day were excellent all around and very memorable!

The Hilton Cocoa beach was amazing! We were displaced from our original venue due to Hurricane Irma and Marcia was just amazing through the whole process. She was responsive and attentive throughout everything. The food was great. The banquet servers and bartender were awesome. My family had a great time and enjoyed everything the Hilton accommodated us with. I highly recommend this venue in the Cocoa Beach area.

I recently got married in Cocoa Beach and we had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront hotel. Marcia is the hotel's coordinator that worked with my husband and I, and she is fantastic!! We had planned a destination wedding in FL (from IL), and Marcia was so incredibly helpful, flexible, detail-oriented, and accommodating the whole time leading up to our wedding (10 months of conversations and planning!). Our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were both lovely and the food was delicious! I have food allergies and the hotel's chef was so accommodating for my needs! Marcia also added sweet touches to the tables by creating lovely centerpieces for us. All the service staff were wonderful to work with and professional. The Hilton Cocoa Beach was such a beautiful venue for our beach wedding. We chose to have our ceremony on the beach and our reception in the grand ballroom. They set up the beach ceremony area with a white arch decorated with flowers, I felt like this helped bring a little more intimacy to the event. The grand ballroom was recently renovated (as well as the rest of the hotel) and looks beautiful. We chose to do the buffet dinner with beef, chicken and fish. All of the food tasted great. Our guests commented to us about how tasty the food was.

We choose this location because we heard that they had a great location, packages, and staff. Completely true! We planned a destination wedding so having a all inclusive package was wonderful! Planning a wedding from out of state can be a challenge, however the Hilton made it a breeze! Every detail was perfect and I never had to worry about a thing. The Hilton was excellent. Even the shuffle of event managers due to changes in their employees was seamless. I had issues with the contracted florist and photographer, but the Hilton manager helped as much as possible. The beach setup was excellent. The event manager was very responsive over email. And the dinner at the hotel restaurant (not part of the package) was outstanding.

Everything for our wedding and the reception went flawlessly. We really liked the way the individual services ie. flowers, photographer, officiant were sent to us already set up to do our wedding with a simple process to customize the service for us. All 3 people who did this were very professional and made it easy for us. Maggie at the Hilton was a great help in being the conduit that pulled this all together including being the liason with the chef for the incredible meal. We very much appreciated having a room that overlooked the ocean and walkway beach entrance so the female part of the wedding party could see people who were attending the wedding arrive, very awesome!
Thank you to Maggie, John Arnold the officiant, Heather the photographer, the florist (sorry forget name but she was wonderful!!), and to the wait staff who served our brunch, they were so kind to us and the children providing outstanding service!

Very easy to work with and the officiant, photographer, and florist were extremely good vendors to use. Overall an amazing experience. The only change I would like to see is allowing a room for a couple hours to have hair and makeup done since I had to pay a full night room charge just to get ready for 2 hours in the morning. Both the wedding and reception we had at the Hilton Cocoa Beach were remarkable…it was all beautiful and elegant. From the beginning, Janice’s friendliness and planning made everything fun. The wedding package they have whereby they hired Chaplain Jon Arnold, Photographer Michael Howard and Cocoa Beach Florist was great. They are all very talented and professional. Our son and wife were married on the beach. We were set to have the reception on the deck after the sunset wedding.
The wedding went off without a hitch. Five minutes after the I do's it started to pour.
We all made it to the Hilton for the reception before we melted.
Knowing that we were not going to have the reception on the deck because of the rain. All the way there I was wondering what we were in for when we arrived. WOW! They had replaced the outside torches and candles to inside fabric covered chairs, beautiful centerpieces, cake table, cheese and fruit table. The waiters and waitresses were over the top. Janice and her team was awesome! They put together the best short notice wedding I have ever seen! We wanted everything handled for us and they did everything! We had only two things to do, to choose our vows and to determine what color of flowers I wanted! The photographer they chose, Micheal Howard did an amazing job! Everyone complimented us on the excellent quality of the pictures! I highly recommend this team!

Janice Romano and Maggie, as well as the bell-hop, director of Grand Ball Room (breakfast), those who set up the tables, housekeeping, etc..... did a superb job. All were very pleasant,helpful, accomodating, had cheerful attitudes, and genuinely strived to do what was needed. The Collins Family is over-joyed with choice, for the wedding of our oldest daughter. We had a whole day of splendid outcomes, from the wedding, to the reception, to a day by the pool and beach....even to the loading of everything into the cars to go home. Thank You so much for being a pleasure to work with. There were no stress moments with the Hilton. Applause!!!!!!

Your event planner ,Jan Romano, was very helpful and responded to all questions. Everyone who worked at the buffet dinner and breakfast were very friendly and accomadating.

The staff that the HIlton provided went above and beyond our expectations.They were genuinely concerned with the happiness of our bride and groom and all of the guests. This was the most pleasant experience because of the people involved. The food was tremendous and greatly appreciated since the chef catered to our requests and did it so very well.

My husband, and I (for lack of better words) literally had a shot gun wedding! Choosing a vendor last minute was definitely stressful. Janice Romano, and the rest of The Hilton staff really pulled through for us. They provided myself, my seven bridesmaids an amazing suite the night before, and one for the night of. All of my guests had a blast, and I was very pleased with the results of my wedding!

The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront was an outstanding venue for our daughter's wedding reception. The went above and beyond the call of duty on every detail. The ballroom and set up was done well in advance and they were extremely flexible in dealing with some last minute changes we threw their way. The food and service was exceptional. We also rented about 30 guest rooms as well with most of us staying in the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were great, the resturant, bar and pool were all excellent as well. The staff throughout the entire hotel were outstanding and easy to work with. We couldn't have picked a better venue and I would highly recommend them for any type of event.

We can't recommend the Cocoa Beach Hilton highly enough. We had a destination wedding on the beach and they were wonderful to deal with. Everyone there was thoughtful and seemed genuinely excited for us. We were concerned about arranging a wedding from a thousand miles away but our contact person, Janice Romano, answered all our questions and made the process a breeze. The food was delicious, too, and all of our guests remarked on how beautiful it was. No complaints whatsoever!

We used the Hilton Cocoa Beach for our reception and catering. Janice Romano and the entire Hilton team was exceptional in their support and forward thinking throughout the process. They accommodated any last minute changes with little effort on our part. Janice worked well with our other vendors too! The only recommendation to improve their support and services would be to keep the bride/groom updated on room rentals if a block of rooms were established. Everyone at the Hilton were very helpful and truly cared about our special day; as if it were their own wedding! Great Job... I recommend using the Hilton Cocoa Beach without hesitation.

DoubleTree and Hilton did an outstanding job hosting our wedding ceremony. It was an unusual set of circumstances because the wedding was supposed to be at DoubleTree, which was shut down right before the wedding due to storm damage. The manager of DoubleTree personnally coordinated moving the entire ceremony and recpetion to Hilton. Everything was perfect thanks to the last minute coordination between the two hotels. I would highly recommend both hotels in the future.

AMAZING!!! Janice and her team of professionals go above and beyond!!! The food was delicious and the service fantastic! Janice was helpful throughout the whole process and was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding she made sure everything went smooth and as planned. No surprises, everything was upfront and organized. The hotel staff was friendly to myself and all of my guests. The Hilton at Cocoa Beach is the place to have your wedding. A+++++!!!

Janice and team at the Hilton went way beyond our expectations!! They were accommodating, flexible, and creative! The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! Eventhough the ceremony and reception was rained out they seamlessly changed the ceremony and reception indoors. It was truly my dream wedding thanks to Janice and her team of professionals. Even the front desk and bell hops were friendly and willing to help out in any way! The whole hotel was focused on making our day special. All of our guests that stayed at the hotel was impressed with the rooms and service. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Janice was amazing throughout the whole process. She was easy to communicate with and I felt like she was my personal wedding coordinator! Overall we were very happy that we had our wedding at the Hilton!!! FIVE STARS to the Cocoa Beach Hilton!!!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful oceanfront hotel, excellent staff, delicious food, and just a fabulous reception site! Everything about our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception was better than we ever expected it to be and we wouldn't change a thing! The entire Hilton staff was amazing and we got nothing but compliments from our family and guests.
