The team at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa delivered a dream wedding for my husband and I. They provided exceptional service and made sure our perfect day was completely stress free. They expertly managed all of our vendors, were flexible with the dietary restrictions and the venue was truly impeccable. All of our attendees raved about the service and food... We had ZERO complaints the whole weekend. The Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa's beachfront venue looks like it was plucked from a magazine. The sunset was a blend of color and the perfect backdrop as we said, "I Do". We cannot say thank you enough - It was a dream come true! Haily, Stacy and Rebecca were a true pleasure to work with. We planned this destination wedding over the telephone and email from Canada and it was a breeze. Haily was my main contact and Stacy took care of getting the rooms for all 62 guests in attendance. We had our ceremony on the beach and the reception was in the Sandpiper Terrace. Everything turned out amazing. I would totally recommend the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa for anyone wanting to have a beautiful wedding in Florida. -

A Perfect Wedding Experience – Truly Unforgettable
Our wedding experience was absolutely amazing thanks to Rebecca and the entire coordination team. From the very beginning they were incredibly professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which allowed my wife Hanna and me to truly enjoy every moment of our special day.
Their communication was excellent and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. On the wedding day everything flowed perfectly, and we felt completely taken care of.

Our experience at Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we began planning our wedding to the final goodbye, the entire team went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. The venue was absolutely stunning—paired with the magnificent sunsets each evening, it created the most breathtaking backdrop for our special day.
Before choosing Hilton Clearwater, we toured and met with two other resorts in the area and one on the opposite coast of Florida. While each had its strengths, the difference in how far the Hilton team goes to create an unforgettable experience was immediately clear. It wasn’t just good service—it was genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a level of care that exceeded all expectations.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful setting, the delicious food, and the overall atmosphere. We felt genuinely supported and celebrated by the staff, and it made all the difference.

The Hilton Clearwater beach did an incredible job bringing my vision to life! We planned the wedding from Arizona and had never visited the venue. We were given a video tour and Haily and Carole took amazing care of us throughout the entire planning process. I was able to mail any decor or signage needed right to the hotel and it was all ready when we arrived. On wedding day I was the point of contact and they handled everything without a hitch. I highly recommend this location, the guests had so much to do in Clearwater down the strip of restaurants and bars as well as Tommy's Tiki on site at the hotel for some beachy drinks! We had coffee every morning in the

Best Wedding Venue EVER!!!
The Hilton Clearwater Beach team was unbelievable! We decided we wanted to have a destination wedding in Florida and landed on the Hilton due to hot stunning the Sandpiper Deck was and how responsive, knowledgeable and personable Gianna Malave, and the team was! We felt comfortable working with them from afar. Once we booked with them, everything was a breeze. They took care of everything and our day was beautiful! We can't thank them enough! -

Great wedding venue
The Hilton Clearwater Beach was able to make our dream beach wedding a reality. The sight of the sun breaking through the clouds in the middle of the ceremony will be a cherished memory for life. Our dinner and beach party were set perfectly in the Sandpiper Deck later that night and were so much fun. We always knew we wanted to get married at the Hilton in Clearwater so didn't pay too much mind to the details surrounding booking it. But Alex and Gianna made our day so special! They were always available to meet or email about the details and were so helpful in making our day perfect! They reassured us and were present the whole weekend! Then the day of the service was way beyond our expectations! We had people help us get our food and made sure every single detail was covered! Not that I ever doubted them but they really blew me away with their preparation and service! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get married on the beach! The Hilton worked with us on a special menu to fit within our budget and our guests all raved about the taco bar we had. They were very understanding when we had to change our wedding date three times due to the pandemic. After the long awaited year and a half, our event finally came. The day of coordinator and Hilton staff did a fantastic job making sure our wedding went off without any issues. We even got to have our puppy partake in the ceremony which made the day extra special. We could not have asked for a more perfect night or venue. -

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Candice & Courtney at the Hilton! Since the day we booked the venue, they were always prompt in answering our questions via email and helped coordinate every detail for the big day! They have a list of recommended vendors and they are a dream-team when they all work together! We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day; the venue on the beach was a dream come true! There were 3 other weddings booked there on the exact same day as ours and they did such a great job at making sure each event ran smoothly and did not interfere with each other. The food & service was excellent as well! The only thing we wish we could have changed is to have been able to extend our reception past 11pm; however, there is a noise ordinance on the beach so we couldn't and when we went inside, the hotel bar was already closed. We chose the Clearwater Beach Hilton resort as our host hotel and wedding venue. The views are absolutely amazing from the rooms. The pool area is fantastic and the staff took care of all of our needs. We must especially mention, Holly, our event coordinator from the hotel. She was 100% on point and handled every detail. Including details I would've never thought of. She didn't miss a beat. It was so comforting to know we had her on our side coordinating day of so we could concentrate on enjoying the whole experience without any stress. Also, we need to mention how delicious all of the food was. Above our expectations and many guests mentioned the high quality food that was full of flavor. We had the grammy nominated band, Sevendust, play an acoustical set on the beach during our reception so we had extra coordinating and setup than a typical reception on the beach and again Holly was our girl! Everything went off without a hitch! Finally, we can't recommend this location enough. From the gorgeous white sand beach backdrop to the A+ staff at the Hilton. Wouldn’t change a thing about it!
My wedding was the most beautiful and easy wedding to plan because of the Hilton staff. Everyone who came said it was the most beautiful weddign they had ever been too. We are out of state so we visited one time about a year and a half before the actual wedding day and fell in love with the place and did all of our planning over phone and email. The Hilton is definitely worth the cost and I feel like I got more than what I paid for. We couldn’t have been any happier with how everything turned out and Brooke and Candice were saints throughout the whole process! I cannot say enough positive things about choosing to have your wedding at the Hilton. Absolutely everything about the entire process was perfect. The venue is beyond beautiful and the option to be able to have your event outside on a covered deck on the beach is hard to say no to. We had our wedding in January and cold temperatures and high winds made it a chilly night but the Hilton staff brought out comforters for all of our guests and Courtney helped us rent last minute space heaters so we could keep the party going all night long outside. The ability to have our hair and makeup done right at the venue made the entire day relaxed and stress-free. They truly helped accommodate all of our guests with their room requests and special dinner requirements. Best decision we made was to have our wedding here. -

Clarissa Sent on 12/18/2017Working with Courtney at the Hilton Clearwater was like a DREAM for any bride. She was always prompt with her emails, always was available to chat over the phone when I had questions - just incredible. We were planning our wedding from Colorado, so naturally that added some stress but Courtney was always accommodating and ready to review any details or reports when needed to reassure me that everything was as it should be.
The day of the wedding was absolute perfection. I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue, or a more competent staff! Everything was timed perfectly, no hitches whatsoever, and even things I was too anxious to think about, they had already thought about and planned for. The catering staff was AMAZING - food was incredible (which we knew it would be from the tasting), and our glasses were always full without ever having to get up for another drink - it was special being taken care of like that! I could barely eat (nerves, tight dress, lol) so they ended up making me a bunch of to-go containers to take back to our room later so that I could actually enjoy the food we picked out - such a nice touch.
We loved, loved, loved out wedding at the Hilton Clearwater and would highly recommend them to anyone considering this venue.Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa's reply:

We got in contact and worked with Melissa from the very beginning and she also helped with our decision in picking the Hilton for our ceremony and reception! Melissa was amazing to work with and answered emails and phone calls almost immediately and was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Our wedding was a destination wedding and I felt extremely comfortably and relaxed going into our wedding week because we had already covered every detail of what was going to happen. Melissa helped with every question we had and our wedding day went absolutely perfect! I highly recommend working with Melissa at the Hilton! -

Katie Sent on 05/17/2013My husband and I looked EVERYWHERE for the perfect beach wedding and the Clearwater Beach Hilton was it. We really wanted to have our ceremony and reception outside with about 100 guests and the Hilton was head and shoulders above the rest. The Sand Piper Deck is amazing. My second choice was the Don Cesar but I still liked the Hilton's Sand Piper Deck better than any room or deck that they had. The food at the Hilton was also really good. Also, to my surprise they served mojitos with fresh mint at our wedding all night!
Melissa, the Catering Manager, was really great to work with. She had no problem working with me on any special request I had. We also had an issue with our photographer and she is still checking in with me to make sure that it gets handled as well as calling my photographer. This is just amazing service and shows how much she really does care for her brides.
I definately have no regrets about having my wedding here. Melissa and her staff at the Hilton did an AMAZING job with my wedding and I recommend the Sand Piper Deck for anyone who wants a beachfront wedding. -

Lorraine Sent on 08/10/2010I am from Glasgow and got married in the Hilton on Clearwater Beach. I was so pleased with the service I received from Joanie and Julie. Coming from Glasgow I thought it would be difficult organising a wedding abroad but it was so easy and stress free. Joanie responded to all my emails very quickly and was just great. We arrived at the hotel the day before and had a rehersal. The day of the wedding was so chilled out and relaxed. The wedding itself was amazing - on the beach (the sand is so white) then afterwards the cocktail hour on the deck with canapes. After this we had our meal and party and more food in the evening. The food was amazing and all the staff couldn't do enough for you.
Julie andf Joanie work so well together - they communicate on the day of the wedding to make sure everything is perfect for you.
Thanks again - I loved every minute of my wedding day.

Christie Sent on 06/07/2010Can even tell you how thrilled i am that i chose the Hilton Clearwater Beach as my wedding Venue! Joanie and her staff are true professionals. They are there for you every step of the way. Being a destination bride, they really put all my fears at ease and made my day more perfect than i ever dreamed. I cant even tell you the hundred maybe thousands of times i emailed Joanie and Stephanie. They always got right back to me and answered all my questions. One quick suggestion that a lot of people dont think about- Since i was a destination bride, i had my wedding on a Tuesday. We did it that way because all of my guests were from out of state so they were all on vaca and didnt care what day it was- but also i wanted to minimize the number of people onthe beach in the backround of my pictures. Can i tell you what a great desicion that was! We arrived on a Saturday. We watched 2 other weddings go on that day at the same time. I am glad i didnt have to share the beach with anyone on my day. Also, the hotel is HECTIC on the weekend- check in takes a long time, there was no parking left in the hilton lots. So i can only IMAGINE what a nightmare that would be! And there were tons and tons of people on the beach around them and in their wedding photos. I know this isnt always feasible. especially for a bride who is from the area. But if you are destination, you really may want to consider getting married on an "off" day- best desicion i made!
