Melissa was amazing to work with for my wedding. The day of my wedding everything went flawlessly and I couldn't have changed anything about it. Perfect location for a beach wedding!

My husband and I were planning a destination wedding from New York in order to accommodate the very important elders in our family. We settled on Clearwater Beach as the destination based on a rental home we found to house our best friends. We needed to find a ceremony site, and we thought that the beach would be nice. We toured the Hilton Clearwater Beach with Melissa and chose it based on the large beachfront beautiful beachfront property, the built in rain plan, the day-of coordination, and the ability to book a wedding block of rooms for our family.

Melissa and her team were responsive throughout the entire process and were very accommodating of all of our needs. Our ceremony was simple and beautiful - just what we wanted. While we didn't have our reception at the Hilton based on availability of the outdoor spaces, we did have our rehearsal dinner there. The food was delicious and the service superb!

We loved the Hilton...We looked at 7 other venues and knew the minute we walked in that this was the place we wanted our wedding and 40 friends ande family to stay.....Melissa and Ally the wedding planners as well as Jamie the coordinator made a 53 year old bride feel 24 again....The Sandpiper deck was beautiful and the hotel wasw great....The staff treated me like a queen. The hotel has a great beach and Tike bar and you can walk to any cute shops or great resturaunts. Don't go anywhere else....

The main reasons I chose the Hilton was its wedding package, location, and ceremony and reception options. There are many activities for you and your guests to do on property and plenty within walking distance. When booking the Hilton you get many items already included and that takes a lot of planning off of you and made it easy! The food was fantastic and the presentation was very appealing. The service was wonderful during our planning process and the day of the wedding. Melissa took over as banquet sales manager about 4 months away from my big day and the transition was very smooth. She is caring and understands how important your event is by making sure it has met or exceeded your expectations. I enjoyed the fact that while getting married on the beach, the ceremony locations are not next to all of the sunbathers and the reception space allows you to feel secluded from the other guests. I was most worried about rain, (although you are guaranteed a backup location) but it was a beautiful evening! My wedding was perfect and I am so happy that I chose the Hilton!

My husband and I looked EVERYWHERE for the perfect beach wedding and the Clearwater Beach Hilton was it. We really wanted to have our ceremony and reception outside with about 100 guests and the Hilton was head and shoulders above the rest. The Sand Piper Deck is amazing. My second choice was the Don Cesar but I still liked the Hilton's Sand Piper Deck better than any room or deck that they had. The food at the Hilton was also really good. Also, to my surprise they served mojitos with fresh mint at our wedding all night!

Melissa, the Catering Manager, was really great to work with. She had no problem working with me on any special request I had. We also had an issue with our photographer and she is still checking in with me to make sure that it gets handled as well as calling my photographer. This is just amazing service and shows how much she really does care for her brides.

I definately have no regrets about having my wedding here. Melissa and her staff at the Hilton did an AMAZING job with my wedding and I recommend the Sand Piper Deck for anyone who wants a beachfront wedding.

Things don't always go as you planned but lucky for us we had the amazing people at the Hilton to help us the day of our wedding! Weather (not rain...but cold and wind) was unfortunately a factor and we had to move everything inside. Having a destination wedding can be challenging. E-mails and phone calls are the only way to communicate. Melissa Rowjohn is awesome! She began working at the Hilton 2 months before our wedding but took the time to get to know us and learned every detail of our wedding. She definitely made us feel important. She is very quick to respond to emails and calls and always has comforting words when I had concerns or questions. The food was delicious and the recommended vendors we chose were great! Changes and all we had an amazing wedding! Many of our guests had no idea we changed anything because everything went so smoothly that day :)

We absolutely loved The Hilton in Clearwater as our ceremony and reception site! We were married on the beach and had our reception on the outdoor deck and really loved the venue! The service from the planning to the actual was reception was awesome. If you are thinking about getting married in Clearwater Beach as a destination I would definitely recommend using the Hilton as your venue!

I am so glad that my husband and I chose the Hilton as our wedding venue. We were planning a destination wedding so we knew that we wanted to have everything at a hotel. We chose the Hilton because of the location (the beach is gorgeous and there are lots things to do and places to eat within walking distance) and because of the look of the hotel and the great wedding packages they offer. The wedding coordinator that I worked with, Heather Messier, was absolutely amazing. She always responded to my emails quickly and answered all of my questions, no matter how many I asked! She was so sweet and helpful, and the best part is that my wedding was absolutely perfect!! All of my ideas that I had outlined for Heather and the multiple boxes of stuff that I had dropped off for her came together just as I had imagined because of Heather. She really listened to everything that I wanted and put it all together perfectly. In addition to that, the food was delicious. All of my guests raved that it was the best hotel wedding food they’d ever had! Almost every plate was empty when the waiters cleared the table! I would highly recommend the Hilton to anyone for any kind of event! The level of service we received was outstanding and my wedding was perfect!

Seema and her team were fabulous in making our wedding day happen! We couldn't have asked for a better venue from the Hilton Clearwater with its beautiful white sand, and perfect layout. Seema was great and she helped us with organizing everything that came along with it (officiant, florist, cake, etc). Thank you for making it a dream come true for us!

Joanna and Heather are magic workers! Our wedding was flawless and they are to be commended for stepping in and taking over (after staff changes). Our wedding was more than perfect and we'll always recommend working with these two fine ladies and their staffs. Thanks ladies.

We had never been to Clearwater Beach before. We pulled up to the Hilton on Thursday and we were very excited!! The hotel was nice, our room was awesome, and the view of the beach was spectacular. And all of our best friends and family were in the same lovely vacation spot! And then we met Joanie... and then we met Mike... and then we met Julie... and everyone was great!! Our rehearsal was perfect, our open house luncheon on the beach was wonderful, and our relaxed wedding on the beach was to die for! Not a thing went wrong and we didn't expect it to, but it is nice when everything is better than expected. We have to thank everyone at the Hilton for the professional service they gave all of us. We all left with wonderful memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you.

Can even tell you how thrilled i am that i chose the Hilton Clearwater Beach as my wedding Venue! Joanie and her staff are true professionals. They are there for you every step of the way. Being a destination bride, they really put all my fears at ease and made my day more perfect than i ever dreamed. I cant even tell you the hundred maybe thousands of times i emailed Joanie and Stephanie. They always got right back to me and answered all my questions. One quick suggestion that a lot of people dont think about- Since i was a destination bride, i had my wedding on a Tuesday. We did it that way because all of my guests were from out of state so they were all on vaca and didnt care what day it was- but also i wanted to minimize the number of people onthe beach in the backround of my pictures. Can i tell you what a great desicion that was! We arrived on a Saturday. We watched 2 other weddings go on that day at the same time. I am glad i didnt have to share the beach with anyone on my day. Also, the hotel is HECTIC on the weekend- check in takes a long time, there was no parking left in the hilton lots. So i can only IMAGINE what a nightmare that would be! And there were tons and tons of people on the beach around them and in their wedding photos. I know this isnt always feasible. especially for a bride who is from the area. But if you are destination, you really may want to consider getting married on an "off" day- best desicion i made!

I am from Glasgow and got married in the Hilton on Clearwater Beach. I was so pleased with the service I received from Joanie and Julie. Coming from Glasgow I thought it would be difficult organising a wedding abroad but it was so easy and stress free. Joanie responded to all my emails very quickly and was just great. We arrived at the hotel the day before and had a rehersal. The day of the wedding was so chilled out and relaxed. The wedding itself was amazing - on the beach (the sand is so white) then afterwards the cocktail hour on the deck with canapes. After this we had our meal and party and more food in the evening. The food was amazing and all the staff couldn't do enough for you.
Julie andf Joanie work so well together - they communicate on the day of the wedding to make sure everything is perfect for you.

To say that the Hilton made our special wedding day a "dream come true" is still not enough to do them justice. Joanie and her staff are bar none, the best in the business and we would personally recommend them to anyone. They made our wedding day go off without a hitch....
