We had a wonderful experience shopping at Helzberg. The employees were not pushy - they asked how much we wanted to spend and showed us rings in that price range. They were extremely patient while my husband tried on many different rings because he couldn't make up his mind. And, Helzberg has a fantastic lifetime warranty that covers sizing, re-rhodium plating for white gold rings, repairs scratches in gold, and replaces the diamond if the diamond falls out.

The entire staff of Helzberg was always willing to help us in anyway we needed. We made countless purchases and returns and their spirits never wavered. Even on the days when we would stay in their store until they closed and walked away empty handed, they were the definition of fiendsly. We have tred using other jewelers and have always ended back at helzberg due to their superior service and prices.

We had trouble with the engagement ring, the stone was not set correctly and fell out! It was fixed.
