  Amanda was great and easy to work with. She helped us customize our menu based on what we wanted, even though it was not normally something they offered. The only hiccups were that we didn't know what sort of information we needed to provide to make sure all the details were fine-tuned and she didn't really provide any direction. Also, we were a bit shocked to see that a full bar was offered during the reception when we thought we had specified beer, wine and our signature drink only.
