    Amazing, helpful, and timely!

    Samantha and the team were amazing! I rented a circle wedding arch which she added lights and flowers to by request. I also ordered 65 white chairs, ivory linens, and a sequin linen for the sweetheart table. The team was there to set up when they said they’d be and showed up on time to break down. I paid a delivery fee and was able to get everything delivered to downtown Jacksonville. She even threw in 2 beautiful chiavari chairs for the sweetheart table free of cost. I have nothing but good things to say! Thank you!

    No lie, Samantha was like my best friend through this wedding process. She was always easy to communicate with, very professional, and I definitely know I couldn't have pulled this wedding off without her. She helped me find all my vendors, dealt with them when I couldn't (or didn't want to), and always tried her best to make herself available whenever I needed her. I told her after my wedding was over I felt like I was loosing a friend. She came up with a version for my wedding that we agreed with in the beginning and did everything to see that the vision came to life. Everyone had such a great time at my wedding and the best part was that my big day was worry free!

    My experience with forever mine weddings & events was amazing I really had a great time they are very professional they get on the job ASAP I love they ideas they very creative, very professional, and I would preferre anyone to them!

    My event was everything I expected and more. I can not say enough good things about wedding planner. I would recommended Samantha to anyone planning a wedding or vow renewal. She provided me with great service and always with a smile.

    My wedding day was the best I dont know what i would have done if Samantha wasn't there me and my husband are very grateful for what she did for us my WEDDING was EPIC and for that we thank you so much

    Samantha was AWESOME! Very flexible and sensitive to my needs took alot of pressure off of me. Even with little things II could of done myself, she listened to me and my ideas. The party went off with no problems I will call on her services again.

    I hired Samantha for full time planning. Her mother works with her. All I can say is on my wedding day I was told use went above and beyond the call of duty to help make things a success when things were going downhill. I do know the team of people I had loved her mother Minnie. Thank you Samantha and Minnie for assisting to make my day perfect!

    We eloped so our time with Samantha wasn't as much as originally expected. For what we asked of her she did a great job. Unlike other customers I really can't say much about the final result however I think she would have helped us get everything done that we needed had we decided not to elope

    Not reliable

    I hired Forever Mine Weddings & Events (Samantha) to be my day-of-coordinator for my May, 2021 wedding. Typically, I do not write bad reviews for small businesses; however, the experience I had was so horrible, I have decided to write a review with an overview of the worst things that happened.

    1. Samantha stopped being responsive the closer we got to our wedding.
    2. I had to create my own day of timeline because she had refused to add in some of the events that were scheduled (such as our sparkler send off), and added in events that we did not ask for (such as food blessing even though our event was non-religious), and refused to adjust the times on our day of timeline. I had to ask repeatedly for her to remove the food blessing and for her to add in the sparkler send off, which she never added.
    3. Samantha advised me the day before the wedding that she needed to leave right after our ceremony because she booked another wedding event on the same day as my wedding. She had a friend of hers step in who was not familiar with what was needed/agreed upon between myself and Samantha, which caused a series of its own complications.
    4. Samantha and her team arrived an hour and a half late of schedule on my wedding day.
    5. Samantha and her team did not complete the set up timely partially due to being late and partially due to moving very slowly as if we were not on a schedule. This required me (the bride), the groom, our wedding party and our parents to help set up our venue for our wedding. Even with the extra help, many things were not set up before the wedding needed to start.
    6. Our guests could not be seated on time and had to stand, waiting outside of our venue in the Florida heat without any shade or chairs because our venue was not ready due to #3-4.
    7. The person Samantha hired to take over for her argued with my event staff in front of my guests during the reception to where guests had to come up to me to pull me away from the reception to help them work out their issues
    8. The person Samantha hired to take over didn’t even know what a Sparker Sendoff was. This was very shocking because this is one of the most popular send-off styles, and it was frustrating because this was in our schedule, meaning that Samantha should have gone over this with her and made sure she knew what was expected of her. The woman ended up removing the sparklers from the designated sparkler bin to put them into the designated (and labeled) water bucket (which is used for used sparklers to reduce fire hazard). When my guests asked where they should put them once they’re done since they were put into the empty water bucket, she didn’t respond to their question even though she was even making eye contact with them when they were speaking to her. She did not bring out a container or water for the sparklers to go in which could have been a fire hazard.
    9. The person Samantha hired to take over for her started breaking down the tables at our event while guests were still at the tables around 8:30pm, when breakdown was not supposed to start until 10pm or when the last guest leaves (whichever is sooner). This resulted in guests leaving early because the coordinator was breaking down the event even though it was not over yet.
    10. When breaking down the event, the person Samantha hired to take over for her just threw items in bins without caring how they were placed, resulting in several of my items broken.
    11. The person Samantha hired to take over for her pushed my custom-made cake topper into the icing on the top of my cake instead of removing it. This broke my cake topper, which cannot be remade since the company had closed due to covid. This also ruined the top of the cake which was supposed to be stored for our first anniversary. Samatha was aware of this and most likely did not relay this information to her.
    12. The person Samantha hired to take over for her left before the reception was over when there were still guests there. This is completely unprofessional and not normal to be done by any means.

    This was all a complete nightmare and when I brought all of this to Samantha’s attention after the wedding, she did not take any responsibility for these issues or apologize for what happened, she just said, in her exact words, “I apologize that you feel the way that you feel”. She did give me a $200 refund, $88 of that being from damaged items, and it took her over 15 days for her to ask me for my information for the check (which she already had) and another 10 days for me to get the check, that should take 2 days max to be delivered since I’m in the same state.

    This cost me so much time, stress, and frustration before, during, and after my wedding day, and no one deserves to go through that. If I knew this would happen, I would have rather find a different day of coordinator for double the cost than go through any of that mess.
