Fluffy Thoughts provided dessert for my wedding on May 4, 2013. We served cupcakes, brownies, blondies, lemon bars, chocolate covered macaroons, and french macarons. We also served a grooms cake during the rehearsal dinner (which was a HUGE hit). Lara and her staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating. They answered my emails promptly and provided suggestions regarding dessert options. My guests raved about the macaroons - they were all gone by the end of the night! Although I did not try the cookies, I can attest to their quality by the remaining desserts. Another bonus is that Fluffy Thoughts offers brides and grooms a "free" 6 inch cake for their one year anniversary. We are excited for this and plan on using Fluffy Thoughts in the future!

We ordered a small cake for cutting and served an assortment of mini cupcakes to our wedding guests. Fluffy Thoughts was incredibly easy to work with and helped us to tailor our order to meet our needs. We really enjoyed trying the different flavors of cake and icing before deciding on the flavors for the wedding cake and cupcakes.
We have heard only rave reviews from our guests about the cupcakes - everyone loved them! We thought we ordered too many, but there were not that many left over. Many of our guests went back for seconds (and thirds) because they were so good.
We highly recommend Fluffy Thoughts! The mini cupcakes we ordered were thin mint, peanut butter, apple spice, salted caramel, vanilla with chocolate, and cookies n cream.

I have been to a few wedding where the cake was dry and had no flavor, well my cake was far from that. My cake was truly delicious, moist and flavorful. I loved everything about it. Lara is very creative and help you to figure out what you want even if your not exactly sure what you want walking in. I can't wait until my anniversary so we can get another one of their cakes again. We may not make it until then ;)

Our wedding cake was so yummy! I brought Fluffy Thoughts a picture of the cake I wanted for our wedding and they did an amazing job making it look just like the photo! The tasting was lots of fun, they suggested so many great combinations of flavors and stayed in constant contact throughout our entire planning process. We received lots of compliments from our guests, they all loved it! I also used Fluffy Thoughts for a groom's cake and they did an amazing job with that one as well...highly recommend them for your events/wedding and if you haven't tried them yet, you've got to check out their cupcakes!!

Easily the best wedding cake I have ever tasted! Kate and Lara are super responsive, helpful, and talented at making delicious wedding cakes. The cake itself was stunning, and I received so many compliments on both the look and taste!

The team at Fluffy Thoughts was wonderful to work with and the CAKE was not only beautiful and executed exactly how I wanted it but it was soooo tasty! My guests went for seconds and thirds! We also used them for my son's birthday, and they adjusted the cake for his various food allergies. All around a wonderful bakery!

If only I could upload a picture of my wedding cake to be my review because it was AMAZING! Fluffy Thoughts created a beautiful and delicious cake that just made my wedding. Here are the top five reasons why I love them:

1) Their prices are the same as a lot of bakeries that I talked to but the quality of their design work was far more superior.
2) The consultation was probably the best part of the wedding planning process. We sat in a room with Lara who talked us through what we wanted and then had us test out different flavors of cake, icings, and filings. We left with a sugar high but everything was so good.
3) I was able drop off flowers at the bakery the day before the wedding day and they decorated the cake for free.
4) They responded to requests over email and were responsive and accommodating.
5) The cake was simply beautiful. It was tall, elegant, and everything I wanted it to be. People see the cake in our wedding pictures and they always gasp. It looked awesome and it tasted awesome.

Fluffy Thoughts provided us two cakes, one to cut during our reception and one small anniversary cake. The anniversary cake was absolutely beautiful and came out exactly how I wanted. The cake we cut was SO DELICIOUS!! A lot of cake companies give beautiful cakes but then they don't taste good, but Fluffy Thoughts cakes are both beautiful and delicious. Despite the small order they even delivered the cakes to my venue in Woodbridge so we didn't have to worry about picking them up. I highly recommend this vendor to all brides! Fluffy Thoughts was wonderful to work with! From the delicious tasting, to the easy design phase - we were confident that they were going to deliver an incredible cake. We were not let down. The cake (red velvet, cream cheese icing, dark chocolate ganache, and raspberry jam) was the best wedding cake I've ever had! Fluffy Thoughts provided the most beautiful cake for my wedding. We had one 4-tiered cake (banana cake, caramel filling, and cream cheese frosting) and two sheet cakes (white cake with strawberry cream cheese filling and an eggless white cake with strawberry cream cheese filling) for our 400-person wedding. Lara (owner of Fluffy Thoughts) is an artist. The cake design was exactly as I had imagined it...the colors and piping were beautiful. Furthermore, the cakes tasted great! Several guests commented that it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had.

Lara was extremely accommodating throughout the planning process, and she gave us great advice on cake flavor combinations and designs. During our tasting, we were able to try different combinations of frosting and filling flavors with a variety of cake flavors...so we really were able to customize our cake as much as we wanted! We had a lot of guests who do not eat eggs, so we requested an eggless cake...which was just as delicious as the regular version of the cake (which I have never encountered before! usually eggless cakes don't have the right texture, in my opinion). Throughout the whole process, Lara and her team at Fluffy Thoughts were a pleasure to work with...and we're looking forward to our anniversary cake ;) Also - their cupcakes are fantastic!

We had the best cake from Fluffy Thoughts! In four tiers, they were able to do three different types of cake, and they were all delicious. We were absolutely sold at the tasting - Lara brings out an egg plate of different frostings and cakes, and suggests combinations. The frosting was delicious - not greasy. Our cake was a basic design (dots/pearls), and the price was reasonable. They also bake a fresh cake for you (free of charge) for your anniversary.

Lara was so great to work with, she is very professional and sketched out our cake as we were tasting. I don't have a sweet tooth but my fiance and I had so much fun tasting different cake, frosting, and goodie combinations for over an hour! We first tasted their cakes at a bridal expo and we were hooked. We have three layers: red velvet with dark chocolate ganache, strawberry cake with strawberry icing, and apple pecan spice cake with salted caramel icing!

So worth the money! All we did was give the specifics, order and pay, they took care of the rest! I recommend Fluffy Thoughts to everyone I know getting married!
