    My husband and I went with flash photo booth for our wedding. His brother and sister in law worked with Flash Photo Booth back in 2012 and we thought they were great.
    They were very good to work with during our wedding, it was so much fun and worth it!. Definitely recommend :)

    I chose flash because I've been in their booths at other events and thought they seemed good. The beginning of my experience was fine, I paid the deposit, they said they'd give me a personal "green screen" background etc

    A couple days before the wedding they emailed to ask if they could change the time that they were coming. The time they wanted didn't work for me so I said no. They said ok

    Wedding day: they set up (a little awkwardly but my husband and the guy figured it out a little better)

    For my personal background I asked for a map (to go with my vintage travel themed wedding) they didn't do it. Instead there was a Hawaiian floral print curtain and Hawaiian floral prints on the cards...not at all fitting my VERY themed wedding.

    A little over an hour in, the print or computer or something glitches. No one gets their photos for a while (lots left behind due to wait time for printing). The booth guy has to manually restart each time someone goes in. This lasted close to an hour

    The bag of props but terrible and whoever decided that a flimsy duffel bag was better than a box or basket was terribly mistaken. Props all over the floor, it was hard I see what was there to use, things where broken and out dated. I definitely should have brought my own.

    My wedding was 2 weeks ago and I have still yet to receive the link to view all of the photos. And it's just a link. No CD (no mailing required, just a 10 second email!!). So I emailed them and they said they have lost my original (deposit) payment. So I had to go through my bank statements to prove that I had paid.

    I just didn't have the best experience. My guests still had fun because everyone loves a Photobooth but perhaps I should have went with a smaller/local company who might have been a little more characteristic and up beat.

    I would say I won't recommend this vendor however do research and keep your options open. Maybe the one that costs $50 more is worth it?

    Flash Photobooth no showed our wedding.

    Our wedding took place May 2017 and on the contracted time for the photobooth to start they were not there. We tried calling the owner but was unsuccessful. Over an hour after they were supposed to start, the owner Sonu Purewal finally returned our call. Informing us that on the way to the venue, they were pulled over by police and their vehicle was impounded. They were not allowed to retrieve equipment from the vehicle and told us they were working on getting another photobooth to our wedding. They were to call us back with an ETA but never did.

    After the wedding I had asked for my deposit to be returned, for reimbursement of vendor meals I paid for in advance, and compensation for breach of contract and missing our wedding. Over a week after the wedding, the first 2 were reimbursed, with an additional $27 for compensation.

    In my phone conversation with Sonu Purewal from Flash Photobooth, he was immature and disrespectful. When I commented that he did not sound remorseful, he asked if this was my wedding or my funeral and asked why he should feel remorse. He implied it was not their fault they could not make it to the event, they had ‘evidence’ that the driver was truly pulled over by police. He also said we were not entitled to any compensation and we could not take him to court because it was in the contract, a contract which they broke by not showing up to our event. He also asked if my wife and I would get divorced because they did not show up to our wedding.

    I sent this vendor a deposit in July of 2016 and confirmed venues and dates. Then our location changed in September 2016, still giving them lots of notice as our wedding is in March of 2017. So, I e-mailed them to let them know. I had no response. I tried again once a month until this month January. I sent a concerned e-mail and received a phone number to reach them at. I have since called it twice now, leaving messages both times. Now, I am left hanging to if they are even coming to my event.

    I am highly unimpressed with the lack urgency to respond, as it now has been 5 months with out a helpful response acknowledging that our location has changed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
