I used Lauren for my spring wedding and I was amazed at how efficient and well done her work is. She did all 12 of my bridesmaids plus a few family members in such great time, and of course her work speaks for itself. I was so impressed with her work and highly recommend her for any wedding day or big event. -

Lauren did an incredible job on my wedding hair (as well as my mother and mother-in-law's hair). I was nervous about getting my hair done, as I've been pretty horrified by the outcome anytime I've had it done professionally for other people's weddings. Lauren listened to my concerns, and made me feel so natural and beautiful. I was glad that I did a trial run; I had more time and energy to chat with Lauren and express my desires (there's no way I would have had time on my wedding day), and it helped me approach my wedding day with more confidence!
I should also note that Lauren traveled to my venue in a terrible snow storm! There were whiteout conditions outside, and the road to approach the venue is about one mile long on a very curvy, narrow, and treacherous road. She arrived onsite ahead of schedule to ensure that she got there with plenty of time. We lost power all day at the venue, but she rolled with it and did my hair with the help of a small generator, by the natural light from the window! She helped me to feel calm and grounded despite the less than ideal circumstances. The end result was stunning -- my hair felt like it enhanced my natural features and was an extension of my personality. I'm grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and skill! -

Lauren was absolutely amazing! She did my hair for my wedding as well as my mother, mother in law and sister in law. During our trial she showed me various hair styles until I found what I really liked. She made us look beautiful and she was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Lauren for your hair stylist! -

Lauren did an amazing job on my hair as well as my bridesmaids and mothers of the brides! Everyone looked amazing and she had such a fun and positive attitude the entire morning. I ended up not doing a trial with Lauren because I was getting extensions at a later date but she reassured me my vision would come to life and she was not lying! My hair has never looked better and she nailed the old Hollywood vibe I was going for. My bridesmaids and I still talk about how we need our glam squad every day!Event Hair by Lauren's reply:

Wedding Day Hair Dream!
I highly recommend working with Lauren if you have the chance! She knows how to put bridesmaids, mothers and brides at ease with her skill. Everyone had a specific vision in mind and she implemented them perfectly on our rainy day. Even when I asked for a bit of a risk with a middle part, she embraced it and worked with me to create a masterpiece. Wish we could go back and do it again! -

Lauren does an amazing job!
Lauren did such an amazing job on myself, my bridal party, and both MOB and MOG. Everyone couldnt stop raving about their hair. She was super efficient and got everyone done so quickly! She took my random ideas on what I envisioned for my wedding day and captured it perfectly! There was not one thing that I would change. It was simple and elegant! I received so many compliments! It also stayed up all night long! -

Maker of Beautiful Hair Creations!
I first met Lauren for my hair trial in April 2019 and, given that I was planning long-distance, I especially appreciated Lauren's flexibility and willingness to travel! I knew immediately it would be wonderful to work with Lauren because she has a very calm presence AND she is super talented. Lauren did hair for me, my 4 bridesmaids, and 2 mothers. She worked promptly and did a beautiful job. I made a few changes from the time of our trail and Lauren was very responsive and provided the exact look I was hoping for. Highly recommend! -

I hired Lauren for my wedding this past weekend and I cannot recommend her enough. She did my hair, my MOH, my mom, and my mother in law's hair. Every single one of us looked FABULOUS. I received SO many compliments on my hair! Lauren listened to exactly what i wanted and perfectly executed the look. Not only is she talented, shes kind, friendly, works very efficiently and is extremely fair in terms of pricing.
Definitely choose lauren for your hair! You won't regret it! -

She works quickly but does not rush through people. She has a great personality and really worked well with Aaron at BrideFace Richmond. I would work with her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her services!! -

User2220674 Sent on 07/11/2015I absolutely loved working with Lauren. She has a calming yet fun energy, and she makes you feel like you're in good hands. I have very thick, long, curly hair, and I was so nervous about finding someone who would know how to work with it well. Lauren was perfect and immediately put me at ease. I showed her a couple of "inspiration photos," even though none of the photos had exactly what I was looking for. But she nailed it and came up with something even better than I had envisioned.
For the bridesmaids, I gave her even less guidance - just a few key words - and again she came up with something for each of them that was better than what I had envisioned myself.
We had a long day, with an early afternoon ceremony and evening reception. It ended up with a very humid 97-degree day, and while the events were indoors, we spent a lot of time outside taking pictures. And then, of course, we danced all night. But from start to finish, our hair held and looked great at the end of the night - all the while looking soft and natural instead of hard and hairsprayed.
Lauren is wonderfully talented and wonderful to have around as you're getting ready. We got a bit off schedule, and she just went with it, acting as a calming influence. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

User1407658 Sent on 10/29/2013Lauren is absolutely fabulous and most certainly was one of my favorite vendors. She is an amazing hairstylist. She did a total of 5 different hairstyles in about 3 hours. All of my bridesmaids looked amazing. I brought different hair accessories and changed my hair style slightly at the last minute and Lauren was able to do my hair exactly how I wanted it. She's prompt and responsive to emails. She's wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her.
