Jessica Sent on 06/07/2018Jenn did a phenomenal job helping us execute our fusion Indian/Western wedding as our coordinator. There were a lot of layers going on with the fusion of two different cultures, and Jenn made sure it all happened beautifully and smoothly and with a fun, confident vibe that made me excited and relaxed about everything from the moment I met her. Jenn helped us get the day organized by putting together the perfect timeline for our ideas, took care of communicating with our vendors and venue to take the stress out of all of that off of us, and even helped us navigate some family dynamics to keep everyone happy. Jenn was quick to respond to my questions and to quell any anxieties that came up for me, and to give me her insight anytime I was having trouble making decisions about details. The day of, Jenn made herself available to us from morning til night, making sure everyone knew what was going on what they were supposed to do every moment, and that everything was getting set up the way I wanted at the venue. She even saved me from a self-imposed wedding dress fiasco when I demanded a bridesmaid cut the crinoline out of my dress and then immediately regretted it - Jenn just calmly said "no prob, we'll put it back" and remedied it with tools from her emergency kit without for one second making me feel like I was being a bit crazy (which I was! ha!). As with any big event, there were some last minute challenges that came up and Jenn and Joey handled them with stealth and calmness to keep everything smooth and seemingly flawless. There is NO WAY our day would have gone as smoothly without Jenn, or that I would have been as relaxed in the weeks leading up to the wedding as I was with her help. After all the planning, we truly got to just turn our brains off and enjoy the day and all the amazing, special, once-in-a-lifetime moments without worrying about the logistics of anything, knowing everything was being handled by Jenn and Joey.

User2240206 Sent on 07/24/2015We were fortunate to have Laura as our day-of coordinator-- which i would strongly recommend to anyone who is on the fence as to whether or not they need a coordinator! Trust me-- you want Epic Events on your side when it gets down to the crunch! Laura did a fantastic job of keeping us on track, and always made me feel like we could manage everything. She really listens to you and is extremely flexible on working with your style, budget, timelines, and schedule. The whole process of working with Epic Events was smooth and stress-free!
On the day of our wedding, I left so much in Laura's very capable hands. We had so many last minute hiccups, but Laura handled them with ease and most importantly-- with total calmness!! (For example... half an hour before our outdoor ceremony, it started to rain! Laura didn't panic-- and everything worked out beautifully.) She did a wonderful job with our decor and all of my vendors consistently told me how awesome she was to deal with and how organized and professional she was. Awesome. Thanks Laura! -
User2006538 Sent on 01/12/2015We worked with Laura starting 8 weeks prior to the wedding. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. She was extremely organized and that definitely kept us on track with the planning. We met a couple times at coffee shops but most of our communications was through email and she was always very prompt at getting back to us. She also came to our wedding rehearsal two nights before the wedding and helped everyone feel at ease. The day of the wedding was not stressful at all because I knew I could trust Laura with all the details and vendors; it made for a much more enjoyable day not having to stress/worry about the details. Everything went flawlessly! Laura made a detailed timeline of the day and guests even commented after about how everything was on time. She worked well with all the vendors and the hotel staff. This was honestly the best money spent for the wedding as it makes the day that much more enjoyable! -
User1681455 Sent on 06/27/2014Now that the last of our out-of-town guests has left for home, my newly minted husband and I are able to sit down and take a few minutes to say a quick "THANK YOU!" for everything Briar has done for us. Briar was absolutely amazing to work with and throughout the night, all our vendors and guests came up to us to say how wonderful she was and what a great job she did pulling everything together and making our big day such a success. And Joey! What a fantastic assistant! Having Briar and Joey there to handle all the little details really allowed Mike and I to sit back, relax, and truly enjoy our wedding! Heck, the two of them even went so far as to look for my missing Manolo Blahnik shoes (which I found in the dumpster by the way. I know. What bride throws expensive shoes in the trash and then goes dumpster diving on her wedding night. THIS bride! Lol...)
I hope Briar is prepared to receive lots and lots of new business because I'll be singing her praises to everyone and anyone I meet who's looking for a day-of-coordinator and/or planner. If you are a DIY bride that is on the fence about bringing on a day-of-coordinator (like I was) I promise you that hiring Briar will be one of THE best decisions you will make and the best gift you can give yourself for your special day.

She made a schedule for the day and made sure we stuck to it. She organized all the vendors and made sure they were there and delivered their services correctly and on time. The day was completely stress free for me and the day went perfectly. I would hire her and her company again in a second!

The responsiveness of Briar was prompt and she always had an answer to all of our questions and concerns. Usually, couples have a lot of stress when planning their big day but for us the planning process was enjoyable & we would do it all over again if we had to! The knowledge and expertise that Briar had in this industry really helped pull together our week long event in Hawaii. Briar is very personable and easy to get along with, so that made communicating anything and everything to her very easy. From day one - expressing to her about our vision for our wedding to the last day seeing exactly what we wanted pulled together was unreal! I would definitely recommend hiring Epic Events to be apart of your team to make your vision of your wedding day come to LIFE!

Natasha Sent on 10/18/2013We hired Epic Events for Day of Coordination. Immediately meeting up with Briar, we felt comfortable and felt that she would be the right person to help us with our wedding. However, following the meeting, a review turned up that was negative and we felt the need to discuss this with her. She was very upfront and honest, dispelling any concerns we had. We’re so HAPPY we went with our gut instincts!
Her attention to detail was incredible, as she asked us questions that we never even thought of, planned our timeline, contacted all of our vendors, replied to our emails/phone calls/text messages promptly weeks before and leading up to the wedding. For the day of the wedding, I was stress free as I had Briar and Brittany to help set up our ceremony and reception space. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have remembered all the little details, and the minor issues that came up which she helped resolved (I didn’t know about until after the wedding! That was how good she was!). Briar was amazing to work with, positive, professional, organized, patient, and always reminded me that she was there for us. The day turned out to be the best night of my life. Thank you so so much!! We would definitely recommend Briar for any wedding planning services!! Best decision ever!
