We had wonderful service; however we had 45 wedding guests staying at this resort who had fair service at best. Issues with housekeeping mainly and housekeeping supervisor trying to nearly argue with wedding party as we are actually walking to limo for wedding ceremony. Sadly, our guests had mostly poor experience and those who attempted to discuss were blown off and told no managers were available. I obviously learned of this after my honeymoon and have only been told that they are passing along the information.
