The best DJ ever!!
We are so grateful we chose Scott Pallone as our DJ! From start to finish, his years of experience shined through in every detail. He kept the entire day running smoothly and made sure nothing was missed, which allowed us to simply enjoy the celebration with our family and friends.
Scott had the dance floor packed all night long. Every time a new song came on, I heard guests exclaiming, “I love this song!” My husband and I have very different music tastes, but Scott somehow managed to blend them seamlessly, keeping us both happy and our guests thrilled the whole night.
His attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage the timeline made everything effortless for us. On top of that, he’s such a friendly and genuine person, which made working with him a joy.
If you’re looking for a DJ who knows how to read the room, keep the energy high, and make your day stress-free, I cannot recommend Scott Pallone enough. He truly exceeded every expectation!

The best guy to work with.
From when we first talked with Scott, until the end of the wedding day, it was the best experience we could have asked for. Scott asked all the right questions and showed how much he cared about our wants and needs. Scott is a very talented DJ & MC and it showed during our wedding. Scott hand crafts it to make it exactly as unique as you would like. His experience and compassion really shows in his work. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a wedding DJ.

Absolutely Amazing from Start to Finish
Scott Pallone is an absolute GEM. His services are incredible and exactly what we wanted and needed for our wedding.
He was not overbearing on the microphone, only speaking to the guests when needed (e.g., directing them to dinner or to the dance floor), and he was otherwise quietly behind his rig playing our perfectly curated wedding playlist. We had a wonderful sit down meeting with him a few weeks prior to our wedding date. We went over all expectations; we discussed how to create our playlist Needs, Wants, and Do NOT Wants; we discussed who might be having the mic for speeches during dinner; and overall we just had a lovely conversation.
Scott has such an incredible energy about him. He's kind, thoughtful, talkative in a fun way, and overall just cares to make your special day the most special it can be. He's excited to be a part of that with you, but he understands the focus is not on him, it's all for you.
Last we checked, he offered just a few simple packages that were all well worth the money (truthfully, he could probably get away with charging even more for what he provides, and it would still be well worth it!).

Best Decision of our Wedding!!!
From our very first call with Scott we knew he was the DJ for us! He was so informative and helpful on our initial call. Listening to our wants and making lots of suggestions for things we could include. We hired him about a year out from our big day. When we had our pre-event call 10 months later, he remembered every detail of our initial conversation. Scott really makes you feel like you're the most important couple to him. On our big day he arrived early to set up and meet with us to make sure we were ready and comfortable. We had a few guests that were hard of hearing, Scott went out of his way to make sure those guests were comfortable and could hear the ceremony and reception. This was an incredibly special touch, as not all vendors understand how important this is. During the reception our dancefloor was constantly packed! Our guests loved the music and Scott kept it lively all night long! A true professional at what he does, if you are looking for a DJ for your wedding absolutely hire Scott!

Scott was an amazing DJ and charismatic MC for our wedding! He was nothing but warm and professional from day 1 and remained that way through our entire experience with him. The Best Day 9.28.24
From day 1, we knew we hit the jackpot with Scott. We have never planned a wedding or any party to this magnitude before and Scott was our secret weapon to feeling so comfortable with the process. He goes above and beyond for what we expected a DJ would do. He made sure we looked nice for our first dance, let us know about when our next events were coming up and even offered to grab me a drink before I walked down the aisle. Scott truly was such a integral part to making our day go smoothly. Our guests could not stop raving about the song choices, and how much fun Scott was. We were out on the dancefloor all night long with our guests and loved every minute of it. We even used Scott's audio guestbook and got the files back with 3 days. It was such a treat being able to listen to our voicemails so quickly. We truly hit the jackpot with Scott!

When we were running behind schedule from the ceremony, he kept our guests entertained. He helped make the night flow seamlessly between the entrances, planned dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss/garter, and our punk/rock hour the we requested. By far the best and easiest wedding vendor decision we made was hiring DJ Scott! Scott’s passion and professionalism on our wedding day was unmatched. Everyone of our guests complimented us on how great our DJ was. He had everyone on the dance floor the entire night.
Scott was so extremely organized during the planning process and offered suggestions to make our day special. He asked questions we didn’t even think to ask and worked in every song on our must-play list. Scott Pallone knows what he’s doing! We were blown away from the start at his professionalism and thoughtfulness in planning for our wedding. He obviously loves what he does and truly does it well. Scott worked with us to create a fully customized and seamless experience from the pre-wedding planning meetings and well thought out email communications to setting up top of the line sound and light systems at our ceremony and reception to coordinating our reception with clear introductions and quick announcements. He was great about keeping our evening on track and was quick to adjust when we had a change of plans. Best of all, he played a perfect mix of songs that were just our style and kept everyone from kids to friends to grandparents smiling ear to ear and grooving all night long! We have a video from our reception that scans across the room showing empty tables and a full dance floor! Overall, we would certainly recommend Scott and Diamond Entertainment to anyone if you’re looking for great vibes and the epitome of a professional DJ.

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ than Scott. From the moment we met with him for the first time, we knew our reception would be in great hands. He was extremely responsive and professional and more than willing to work with whatever special requests we had. So many people told us, both during the reception and afterwards, that the music was incredible, from the start of the cocktail hour to the end of the night. He even played a few little surprises, like some songs that we had referenced in our ceremony. It put a huge smile on our faces and made our day that much more special. Scott has been a close friend of my family for years, but I am not being biased when I say he is the BEST DJ around. Incredible DJ
DJ Scott Pallone for me was an instant hire after our first consultation. I could immediately tell this man was detail oriented, which to me in the midst of wedding planning really mattered. I will start by saying his prices in comparison to a lot of capital region DJs was very reasonable. And for a bit more, he will light up your wedding like a dance party (which is what my vibe was, but I am confident he could set whatever mood you desired for your big day). Scott was a great communicator and reached out about a month before the wedding to make some more definitive plans. He came to our pre wedding meeting with a list of questions, some I didn’t even think of, which translated to a very seamless wedding day. He asked for songs from us, but I would definitely recommend giving him creative control for the majority of your wedding. He did not disappoint and really paid attention to how guest responded to different types of music. He was also just a lot of fun and had a kind calming way about him. My guests had great things to say not only about the music, but the man behind the DJ booth as well. Scott also played the music for my ceremony and the way he transitioned from the several songs we wanted throughout it was perfect. I would highly recommend Diamond Entertainment Professional Disc Jockey Service for your wedding!

Scott was referred to us by another DJ and we are so grateful for that. Communication was top-notch. Scott is phenomenal with details and incorporating the overall vision and making it a reality.
The day of he had our guests dancing the ENTIRE night and having a blast. We had all ages (kids, teens, adults, etc.) and we loved how Scott used music to have generations of family dancing together.

One Amazing Guy!

We couldn't be more impressed with Scott as a DJ, MC and wedding vendor.
He went far beyond most DJ's duties in helping to not only bring the life of the party but also make sure that our wedding ran smoothly. He coordinated with the other vendors and was updating us regularly to see if we needed anything and to help take the pressure off us. On top of that he is extremely talented. Scott was able to curate a whole 6 hours of music to our taste, he was able to choose songs that we loved and fit with our theme simply from our conversations and short list of must-have songs. Scott was such an amazing asset to our wedding day! Our original wedding date was postponed due to COVID and our original DJ was no longer available for our postponement date. This was a blessing in disguise because our search then lead us to Scott! He was incredibly caring and wanted our special day go without any issues! He was open to hearing anything and everything we wanted! He accommodated our non- traditional wedding requests and was supportive of our family dynamic. He was extra careful to review the pronunciation of people’s names too! One of our groomsmen was deployed before our wedding day and unable to make it, he had reached out to him to not only thank him for his service but to surprise my husband with a recorded message to play during the speeches! Awesome and Thoughtful DJ!
We had a blast at our wedding thanks to Scott! He was professional, easy to communicate with and made sure every last detail was taken care of. He combined our very different tastes of music into one night and he had everyone out dancing. My husband is in the Navy and since his best man couldn’t attend, Scott had the idea to surprise him. He reached out to his best man and was able to help him record a speech that he was then able to play during the speeches. My husband was so surprised and it was so nice to hear such a special message from his best man. We are so happy that we went with Scott and can’t recommend him enough!

Do Yourself a Favor - Book Him!
Scott of Diamond Entertainment Professional DJ Service was FANTASTIC! We had an intimate COVID-19 wedding (think small and socially distanced). We were able to have the three key dances at our venue, but that was it. Scott played our ceremony and our mostly seated reception and he was AMAZING. Though folks couldn't dance on the dance floor, he had people dancing at their tables. The music really worked, and he played everything we had requested! His personality really clicked with ours, he kept things classy and fun and he is just an all around great and easy going guy! We had a blast and were so happy he was willing to DJ our event!
P.S. Do yourselves a favor and play the Newlywed Game - it's fun for you and your guests will have a blast watching!

Great DJ with unstoppable enthusiasm
From the first time we spoke with him he was so incredibly enthusiastic and just warm and welcoming we knew we had to go with him. He was very easy-going through out the whole process and made everything very easy and simple. The day of we had no worries and everything ran smoothly. Many of our wedding guests commented on his great music selection choices. Scott was a pleasure to work with and was easily one of the highlights of our wedding.

Amazing DJ and Fellow Vendor
We had the pleasure of working as photographers with Scott in August and we cannot say enough great things! To start, we were photographing our wedding at the State Room as out-of-state guests from Orlando and Scott was so welcoming. He helped suggest amazing views in the area to photography and assisted in any way he could throughout the night. He didn't view us as though we didn't belong, but rather wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Second, his communication was top notch. He made sure to keep us updated of changes throughout the night and let us know when big events were about to happen. This is rare where we are from! Finally, he kept the party flowing all night and the dance floor was never dead. Scott is a rare form of DJ and you would be crazy not to hire him!! We look forward to the opportunity of working with Scott again and highly recommend!

9/28/19 Wedding
When planning a wedding there are 2 things that stick out the most: music and food! So we definitely wanted to make sure we chose a DJ that would keep the party going and that is definitely what happened with Scott. From the first time we spoke to Scott we knew he was the DJ for us. He is so personable and wanted to get to know us and know what we had in mind for our wedding. On the day of the wedding he was so professional and everyone had a blast! If you want a DJ that will keep people dancing then Scott is your guy! We also loved that at the end of the night Scott wanted to get a picture with us so once again very personable! Thank you again Scott for an amazing night that we will never forget! We would definitely recommend Scott Pallone as your DJ for any occasion!

A Spectacular Wedding, with the Best Entertainment!
When you get married, hiring the right vendors is one of the most important decisions you make. Your vendors are the people who you plan with, who you share behind-the-scenes moments with, and who on the day of your wedding, deliver the experience your guests will talk about for days to come. Scott Pallone of Diamond Entertainment was that right decision. From the moment we sent our first inquiry email, to which he responded with warmth and enthusiasm about our big day, to each of our planning calls-Scott was available, knowledgeable, and made our experience special. We knew he had many weddings ahead of him and yet we also felt like we were his only priority. Scott has a special combination of passion for his work and passion for his clients that allow him to achieve that for his clients. One of the best things about working with Scott is that he took time to get to know us as a couple and to find out what we enjoyed. There is no doubt that he used that knowledge when he made announcements at our wedding, and in his selections of just the right songs to play during our cocktail hour and reception. As a vendor his pricing was also incredibly straight-forward and allowed us to anticipate exactly what his service would cost. Our wedding was a bit more complicated due to our venue, a large museum where our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was in three different spaces! When we presented him with our concerns about how he would setup three different spaces with music and entertainment, he fully took those concerns off our shoulder and presented a well thought-out, logical plan for handling the logistics of our big day. He even took time to go to our venue to plan how he would manage his time there, which only put us more at ease. The day itself was made more special by his kind attention to us, and to his positive energy and cooperation with our other vendors (photographers, videographers, officiant, and caterers). Our guests remarked that Scott did a phenomenal job in announcing at our event, and of striking the right mood with each of his music choices. Of course, Scott also asked us for our input and we put in specific requests which he honored during the wedding. It was also clear that he kept an eye on us throughout the night, and when we were finally able to get to the dance floor, he would cue up a song on our please-playlist. Even with so much going on, Scott had our happiness at the center of his work. Do yourself a favor, hire Scott of Diamond Entertainment. We are so happy we did!

The best dj ever!
Scott was amazing to work with for our wedding! From day 1, he was organized, professional and passionate about his role at weddings. We first developed a plan over a casual but productive phone conversation (we live in NYC and he lives upstate). We then met in person, meeting half way in Woodstock, New York at an independent brewery. He was just as impressive in person as he was over the phone. We felt safe the wedding would be taken care of. He was open to our music and we were confident he would create the perfect vibe. Then the big day came. He played music during the ceremony, the timing and sound were perfect. He then moved seamlessly to the tent for dancing. He coordinated to order of events for the big day so well. No awkward moments! Everyone was truly impressed and loved the music...everyone was dancing!! He played exactly what we asked for, while mixing in his own expertise. We highly recommend his service!!

Absolutely Incredible!
Scott Palone/Diamond Entertainment was an AMAZING wedding DJ! His professionalism is off the charts. When we had our initial consultation Scott spent the time talking through every detail of the evening to make we had a DJ experience completely tailored to our wedding. He thought of things we did not even consider, such as if there are any recently divorced guests who would not want their wedding song played or if he should not take requests from certain guests. We had very specific wedding entrance music and Scott played everything absolutely perfectly (and pronounced everyone's name perfectly too!). We provided Scott with our "must play", "please play if time permits" and "do not play" lists and we got exactly what we asked for. Furthermore, when we told Scott we had a string quartet during the reception Scott took the time to look up each song the quartet was playing and load it on his computer just in case there was an a car accident or something and the quartet was unable to make it. We had no issues with the quartet but it was great peace of mind know that Scott had thought ahead to cover us just in case.
As far as the actual reception, it could not have been better. Everyone was dancing the entire night including our family members that "don't dance". There was a great mix of newer music, pop music, group dances (like the cha-cha slide) and slow dance classics. He even played Baby Shark for the flower girl. We were all having such a great time, we stayed at the venue for an extra hour until the venue coordinator literally peeled us off the dance floor.
We had an AMAZING wedding and a big part of it was Scott Pallone/Diamond Entertainment. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic professional DJ
My fiance and I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and attentive DJ for their wedding. As soon as I reached out to him to ask about availability he was quick to respond and scheduled a call to discuss how my fiance and I envisioned our ceremony, his thoughts/suggestions, and provided more information about himself, his experience and the services he offers. We swapped numerous emails discussing the event and several phone calls. We had a change of circumstances and our guest list dropped significantly to a point that musical entertainment would not have been a great fit at our venue. Scott was understanding and discussed various situations with us, and offered his consulting services and recommendations to make sure our day was perfect, even though he was no longer going to provide musical entertainment. We would highly recommend him for any of your wedding needs!

Great experience with DJ Scott!
Scott went above and beyond as our DJ and I would recommend him very strongly to anyone else looking for a wedding DJ.
Scott is incredibly detail oriented (you can tell he has done this for years and years) and will make sure to get every little thing right. For example, we had only requested the last song of the night...Scott reached out to make sure his second to last song was also OK because he really wanted the wedding to end on a high point. Also We really wanted our friend to announce the party and Scott made sure to talk to him beforehand and make sure he was prepared as well.
Scott is also super prepared and connected with the vendors around Albany. There were zero prewedding issues...which is how you want it.
Lastly, Scott really listens to what you want. Going to several of my friends weddings, you would be surprised how often this doesn't happen! Multiple different people complimented the music saying "Its like listening to one of your playlists!". It ended up adding a really nice personal touch to our wedding.
We were super happy to have Scott as our DJ. I really can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with him - he's just that good. Thanks Scott!

AMAZING! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Scott was the perfect combination of professional, efficient, flexible, fun, and reliable! I can barely put into words how perfect he made our special day! From the start of our interaction he made sure to respond in a reasonable amount of time and always get back to every question I had! I usually have issues with vendors not answering every single question I write in an email, but with Scott he caught each one and responded in full detail! He was extremely nice, and made every conversation we had feel like I was speaking to a friend.
As for the days leading up to the wedding and the day of:
I had a bridesmaid unable to attend at the last minute because of deployment training (we are all military, so the communication aspect was so important to me with us being in Montana!) and Scott helped me work around this issue and even surprised me during the wedding with a recorded speech from her that brought me to tears! (I can still not thank him enough for this, it made our day that much more special) He easily helped us with every request we had that day including splitting our first dance with our parents. I still cant believe how SMOOTH our day went he easily transitioned us through every component of the wedding day! We did not have to lift a finger or think about a single thing but enjoying our day! One of the things he wanted to make sure was that we were able to relax and not worry about the details, and he definitely followed through!
Overall:
YES I recommend him as a vendor, I couldn't recommend him more! THANK YOU Scott, you are amazing at what you do and made our day so so perfect!! :)

My husband is in the Military and we had a month and a half to plan out wedding. I contacted several DJ's and none were available and they gave me recommendations to who they would use. Scott was recommended to me and it was honestly the best decision we made. From the start when I contacted Scott, he replied within the hour. When I started asking more questions and about pricing we set up a date to talk on the phone so he could tell me all about what he offers and I got a really good sense of his personality and what we would be getting. Ever DJ that I contacted they told me their price over email, and some can put out a number and you have no idea what kind of person you will be getting. From the first conversation Scott and I hit it off and I knew he was going to be our DJ. Following the booking, we set up a date to meet and talk about what I wanted our day to be like. My husband was in training so me doing everything, I was doing a mock up of where I wanted everything. The day of the wedding my husband thought the venue would look better a different way and the day of we changed it and Scott was completely accommodating, no questions asked. The day of the wedding was the first time my husband had met Scott and he was completely blown away by how awesome he was. Scott was so much more than just a DJ, he made sure our day was seamless. He communicated with our other venders and they were all on the same page and we didn't have to worry about anything. He played from 3:30 until after 11, when we had discussed he was only playing until 10. Our guests loved him as well, and danced the whole night. With music being so important to us, we 100% the right choice with booking with him. We cant say enough awesome things about Scott!

My husband and I booked Scott for our wedding. From the first time we talked to him we liked the attention to detail and the excitement he showed in the type of wedding we wanted. We had a Harley Davidson wedding that he went above and beyond to make sure that our monogram was exactly what we were looking for. He made sure to keep us informed throughout the reception as what was going to happen and come up so we were prepared. We liked how he was not the everyday DJ that played the same games and songs. It was all about us and what we wanted. Our friends and family had a great time and enjoyed the music he played. We would absolutely recommend him and use him again if something comes up where we need a DJ. His prices were great and lower then what we seen for other DJ's and he blew us away when he added lights and a monogram for no additional cost. We were COMPLETELY satisfied.

Scott Pallone was our DJ at our wedding this past Saturday! He was highly referred to me from a friend who is also a local DJ. Scott made the whole experience of bringing entertainment to our wedding a pleasurable one right from the beginning. I wasn’t sure where to begin or how to make sure I wasn’t missing any detail, that’s where Scott helped me with all my concerns without even asking. He knew exactly what we needed with just a few questions. His high regard to us as a family made me reassured that he captured all details of what we all wanted with our playlist, wedding games, activities etc. Meeting Scott in person a few weeks before the wedding to review and finalize everything was key to helping me relax as I left thinking we couldn’t have hired a better person for the job! Our wedding was a complete success as he kept everything moving and worked well with the venue, photographers, officiant and guests. He kept A consistency throughout and didn’t skip a beat. He was also able to keep my husband and I on schedule which to me is a very hard task all by itself. I highly recommend his services and will hire him again when I need entertainment!

Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. My guests were coming up to me the day after our wedding saying that they have never seen a wedding dance floor so packed and lively. My husband and I had our wedding reception at MASS MoCA. Scott was our Emcee and provided the lighting, dinner music, and dance music. He is professional and met with me and my husband prior to the wedding to get to know us and understand the hopes and concerns that we had for our wedding music. DJ Scott made the museum feel classy, elegant, and fun during dinner, and lively during the dance reception. We had guests ages 20-95, and he curated the music to accommodate the diverse ages of our reception. During the reception, Scott quickly checked in with me and my husband to update us on the pace of the night and see how things were going. We were referred to Scott by the music man and from the first initial email and phone call regarding availability, pricing, options, and what we were looking for, Scott did not disappoint. We connected instantly and he knew exactly what I pictured our reception to be like. Fun, upbeat, tons of dancing, and he certainly delivered. We had our final meeting, went over songs, formalities, all that fun stuff and a few days before the wedding I wanted to change our first dance and surprise my husband. Scott loved the idea and welcomed the last minute changes and it went perfect. Our guests were on the dance floor all night while he would check in with us, playing all our favorites and more perfectly throughout the night. No one wanted to leave the dance floor! The DJ really makes or breaks your wedding day and my husband and I were so lucky to have found Scott! From the introductions to the first dance, cake cutting and the last song everything ran smoothly and perfectly. We met with Scott twice before our wedding and he went over every detail! He was beyond professional and made sure we had everything in order and ready to go for the big day. He really knows how to read a crowd and played the best mix of classic party songs, current hits and great throwbacks; our dance floor was packed and buzzing the whole night. He made sure to play specific songs that we had requested like our parents and grandparents wedding songs that added a special touch to the day. He offers multiple packages for great values, especially the ones with uplighting and the monogram which is what we chose. What can I say, all class. Scott is so amazing at what he does and he also shows his passion not only from the first conversation with him (which will be very long) but right up to the very last song. He really listens and gets excited, he understands any quirky requests that may come up and how to handle delicate situations. Scott was absolutely incredible and made our day what it was-amazing! He found a song for me that I didn't think he'd be able to and he frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were still comfortable with the timeline of reception events (parent dances, cake cutting, etc). The uplifting was beautiful and he played great music and knew exactly when to change it up to get guests in the party mood. Scott was worth his weight in gold and I would choose him 100 times over again. From the first email, and phone call I knew he would be amazing, he always showed so much enthusiasm for our wedding and it was evident he truly does care as he took the time to make sure everything was perfect for us! He helped make our day go off without a hitch! Thank you Scott!!

I can't say enough great things about Scott and Diamond Entertainment. Everything from pre-planning to the execution of music was perfect and top-notch and filled with quality, personalized service. It was clear from our first conversation that Scott cares about both providing great music and the needs of those getting married. Everyone at our wedding raved about his playlist, and I've never seen a DJ with such an ability to read the crowd! On top of everything else, you'll be working with one of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met. I would not think twice about having Diamond Entertainment at your wedding!

We had a great time with DJ Scott at our wedding! Music was one of the most important elements of our wedding for us, and we had a very clear idea of what we wanted. Scott took the time for a long phone conversation right at the start to get to know us and then made sure our list of songs was front and center during the reception. He was able to mix together a lot of our uncommon requests to make them sound like every wedding should be playing them, and he filtered crowd requests at the same time. He also seemed like he was having a genuinely great time - nobody wants a DJ who acts like they're only there for the check! We highly recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Scott was a referral from another DJ and we are so so happy we chose him! From day 1 he was incredibly quick to respond to emails, spent time getting to know us and answering questions on a phone call and spent a great amount of time meeting with us to make sure he knew every step of our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was super supportive of our not-so- traditional ceremony and parent dance choices. If you want someone to make you feel like you planned the best wedding, call Scott! Music selection was perfect, he was professional, courteous and entertaining and our friends are still raving about him! Thank you so much, Scott!!!

We were referred to Scott through another DJ, and we are incredibly happy the connection was made! He helped make our special day perfect, and stress free!! We connected with him immediately, and were ecstatic with his package options - perfect for what we were looking for! Prior to the wedding, he made us both feel comfortable and relaxed about the wedding, which any couple knows can be stressful - no matter how big or small! He talked us through how to best entertain an intimate wedding, and we both felt confident that he knew what he was doing! He is extremely professional, personable, and easy going! He worked flawlessly with our vendors, and had the highest remarks for them all! Danny and I couldn't stop talking about how pleased we were with Scott (and all our vendors) on pulling off our DIY wedding flawlessly. During the wedding, he made it a point to check in with us throughout the evening, to make sure everything was going the way we wanted it. We are an easy going couple, however we both appreciated his attention to detail. It definitely made a difference! My only regret is not being able to party with Scott longer!! We hope there will be a chance to work with him again in the future!!

DJ Scott is fantastic. He's organized, knowledgable and just generally really good at what he does. He's passionate about what he does -- and it shows. We live quite a distance away from one another (destination wedding) so our communication was via email and phone and not once did I worry that something would be missed. He did three setups for me (ceremony, cocktail hour and reception) and his equipment looked great (I recommend the uplighting!) and sounded even better. He's good at reading the crowd and did a great job at coordinating with my caterer to make sure that things were running smoothly. It really allowed me to focus on enjoying my wedding with my husband and guests! I would absolutely recommend DJ Scott to anyone who is looking for a DJ for their event!

Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we first spoke to him about his services it was clear that he was truly enthusiastic about what he does. When it came time to go over the specifics for the reception he was very thorough and was attentive to all the details. During the reception he made sure the dance floor was always full and worked seamlessly with the staff at our venue (90 State). He was also very flexible when it came to making last minute changes during the reception (e.g. last minute changes to the bridal party introductions). I had several guests approach me after the wedding and tell me what a wonderful job he did, including my Dad, who also commented on the quality of his equipment (I'm clueless when it comes to this type of technology, but my Dad is an aficionado). The quality of the sound was great, and the personalized monogram projection he created for the reception was a beautiful detail that added to the overall ambiance of our wedding. I highly recommend Scott's DJ services if you are considering a DJ for your wedding or event.

From our first phone meeting (which lasted an hour and a half because we laughed so much) we knew he was going to be the highlight of our wedding. I emailed him right when we got off the phone saying he was the one!!! Scott is 100% genuine about what he does. He is passionate, funny, and most of all professional. He was always always there immediately to follow up with any questions. He allows you the space needed to plan the millions of other things on your mind until it's time to talk dj the month of your wedding. Scott is beyond professional, and on the day of the wedding he blew me away. Uplighting, a beautiful set up, and an amazing attitude. From introductions, games, first dances, garter and flower tosses he was there. He worked with the staff at Normanside to make sure his next step was good to go, he had smooth transitions between what we had to do next, and targeted the crowed. He tries his absolute best to get the crowed up and moving, he made sure we were satisfied with the music choices, and made sure our day was perfect. I would highly highly and highly recommended Scott for any of your occasions. He is wonderful, fun, and most of all extremely professional. My guests talked about Scott for the next few days!!!! Scott was a lifesaver. The event coordinator at our venue was not terribly interested in coordinating anything day of and was just generally unhelpful. As a bride, the last thing you want to be doing is stage managing your own wedding. This is where Scott comes in. Professional, organized, but still flexible, as soon as our ceremony was over, Scott stepped in and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. I was so relieved when someone else took over! It was nice knowing that he had things under control and I could finally relax and celebrate! He was also so easy to work with--especially compared to some of our other vendors. Scott was a team player. He provided sound equipment to the guitarist who played at our ceremony and cocktail hour and coordinated with him to make sure there was music playing while the guitarist was getting set up. From the planning meeting until the last song, I felt like Scott respected our requests and went out of his way to make sure the day was low-stress for us and fun for our guests. I would definitely recommend him to anyone getting married upstate.

I cannot say enough about Scott. From the beginning it was obvious that Scott would do just about anything to make me and my husband happy and ensure that it truly was the most special magical day. He made suggestions on how to incorporate family into the wedding who could not make it from the UK and he helped me set up a major surprise for my husband by working with those family members to get videos they had recorded and thoughtfully integrated it into the reception. It was a special addition and the fact that Scott spent so much time and effort emailing and speaking with those family members in the UK to get the videos was beyond what anyone could expect.
The music Scott played was also fantastic! The whole crowd was dancing and singing, looking back at the photos you can’t see a single person sitting down! Also, Scott would check in with me (non-intrusively) at various times to make sure everything was as I wanted and let me know when I might want to think about doing various things (i.e. dances, cake cutting, various fun activities).
The compliments I got about Scott were fantastic as well and even when the time came for Scott to leave he stayed longer as he could see that everyone was having such a fun time.
I cannot thank Scott enough for making our big day a cherished memory that will last a lifetime!!

Scott was an awesome DJ - not just at the event itself, but from the first phone call on. He was easily accessible via e-mail and phone call in the months leading up to the event, and the meeting with him before the event put us at great ease that the event would be a great success.
At the event, Scott everyone on the dance floor all night long, from the young children to the most senior of adults. Scott was also a great MC for us for the night, and really set the tone for the event. He checked in with us a few times during the event to verify the smallest (but important) of details. He even set up the uplighting as well that really made the room look like a unique one of our own.
I'll continue to recommend Scott and Diamond Entertainment to whoever asks!

Scott was very responsive and informative throughout the planning process leading up to our wedding. He was flexible providing music on a variety of floors for our unique venue and the music flowed seamlessly throughout the night. Scott was absolutely fabulous! Not only was he easy to work with he did an amazing job! Our limo was late and it put us behind schedule, but Scott kept us rolling right thru everything without feeling rushed. I heard from several of my guests that it was quite possibly the best wedding that they have ever be been to! Scott made our wedding experience so unique and special. He was very organized and responsive during the wedding planning process. He came to us for final planning and provided his professional advice and opinions on various topics. He completely customized our music list, including songs that are not on the radio or found on iTunes. We sent him the songs and he professionally revised them to ensure quality sound. He made every effort to ensure my husbands father sang our first dance song, by reaching our to him and planning this special part of the day. Scott worked closely with the other vendors to ensure we knew what was happening when and to ensure my photographer knew something special was about to happen (traditional dancers, tosses, cake cutting, etc...). We heard so many wonderful compliments about Scott throughout our reception and continue to receive them. I cannot imagine our day with anyone else, he made our reception the hit that it truly was!

We got married out of state and, as a result, selecting a DJ was a tricky endeavor. Scott was recommended to us by one of our other vendors and we immediately loved the guy. We had an initial phone interview and he asked A LOT of questions. Nothing over the top, but you could tell that he genuinely wanted to get to know us - you could even tell just over the phone. We're a bit of a non-traditional couple and didn't want to have the big cookie cutter wedding. Scott bought into our vision and helped us plan the day. On your wedding day, there are a million things you're thinking and worrying about....are all the vendors going to show, will all the equipment work, will the food be right, will we run out of alcohol (!), but as soon as we showed up, Scott was already there, had tested all of his equipment (we had sound and microphones inside and out) and you could just tell he was ready. I know everybody says this but our day seriously was perfect, and Scott definitely played a role in that. He's professional, really listens to your ideas and is 110% reliable. He got our party rocking almost immediately and our guests literally danced their way onto the buses at the end of the night. Bottom line, on your wedding day, you want to surround yourself with cool vendors that get the job done, and that's totally Scott. Scott, thanks again! You were awesome! See you at the 10 year anniversary party??

I cannot say enough great things about DJ Scott of Diamond Entertainment!! First of all, he has a very positive, welcoming presence-- one that made not only my husband and I feel excited and comfortable as the day approached, but made our guests feel happy, excited, and valued, too. Scott also delivered everything that we and our guests wanted more of as far as song choices went throughout the evening, keeping the dancing going right until the end of the night. One of my favorite and most memorable moments of the evening was when he unwrapped all of the packages of glow sticks we bought for our guests, and threw the glow sticks into the dance floor in an explosion of color (the crowd LOVED it). Even though this sounds like a small gesture, it was a surprise and it got everyone really excited. I received a lot of positive comments from our guests about his kindness and excellent services that evening. I am confident our wedding day wouldn't have been as beautiful and enjoyable if he wasn't a part of our day!!

Planning an out of state wedding is tedious and stressful, but the one aspect we felt so at ease with was hiring Scott as our DJ. From the moment we spoke with Scott on the phone we had a good feeling. We could tell he loved his job and as the conversation progressed, we were truly impressed with his knowledge and experience in not only being able to provide our entertainment but in every aspect of our wedding, start to finish. The communication was seamless and Scott was very thorough in asking questions to make sure he understood the type of event we were trying to create. His suggestions were amazing and from the beginning we felt comfortable enough to hand over the "reins" to him with minimal requests on our end. Scott was always available for consultation and responded quickly to all of our emails and phone calls. DJ Scott was far and away the vendor we were most impressed by at our October wedding! Scott was unwaveringly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. From our favorite 'top 40' hits to our good friend's obscure album, he was able to play every song we requested and work it in so that the evening flowed seamlessly. I'll never forget out friend running up and hugging me during cocktail hour because he happened to notice one of his singles playing in the background. And of course, closing out the evening with "Don't Stop Believing!"
Scott was able to keep the energy level up throughout the evening, but he also read the room and allowed for mellower songs when the crowd seemed more in the mood to visit with one another than dance. He even convinced my now-husband to dance, and he was dead set against taking the floor!
You may be able to find cheaper DJs, or even set up your iPod on shuffle. My advice: DON'T. There's much more to being a DJ than just playing music. After having had my wedding, there were only two vendors I feel I absolutely couldn't have lived without: The caterer and DJ Scott. We received so many compliments from friends and family members on how well the evening flowed, and we have our DJ to thank for that. We highly recommend his services!

I honestly can't imagine a better DJ. We have never hired a DJ before and had no idea what we were doing but he made it super easy for us. His price was incredibly reasonable compared with other quotes we received. We didn't know what kinds of songs we wanted for different parts of the ceremony but he had great recommendations and helped us pick out songs. We also had some really odd requests for songs that were probably really hard to find but he had no problems finding high quality versions.
On the day of the ceremony, we made a last minute decision to do the cocktail reception outside because it was a beautiful day and he had all the necessary equipment to set up a mic and music outside for us.
Scott is also just an unbelievably nice guy. He met with us prior to the event to get to know us and talk about the types of music we wanted. He responded to our emails and phone calls quickly. He really made this part of our wedding completely stress-free and enjoyable, unlike a lot of the other vendors we worked with. I would recommend this DJ to anyone for any style of event and any kind of music interests.

DJ Scott was the best!!! We got married in Sept 2014 and both my husband and I agreed we couldn't have chosen a better DJ! From the beginning Scott was really great at staying in touch (brides understand how important that is) especially when we moved across the country 6 months before our wedding. Scott was really great at helping us narrow down the types of music we should play for which occasions- ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing- and was just as happy to get a list of preferred music from us. My father was very concerned that our reception would be mostly Top 40 and none of "his" music (classic 70s & 80s rock) would be played. Scott however was AWESOME at incorporating both the radio hits and my dad's favorite music and all the guests spend the entire night dancing to every song. Scott helped me coordinate a surprise rap for my husband, and was great at keeping the pace of the night without too much interruption. After the wedding my mom said she wanted to have another party JUST to hire Scott to DJ it! No joke!!
TLDR; Hands down the best DJ around. You definitely want this guy!!!

I could not have dreamed for a better DJ at our wedding. Throughout the evening and even now, weeks after the wedding I have received numerous compliments about Scott and what an AMAZING job he did. He created an environment where people of all ages felt included and ready to join the party- there were numerous points in the evening where almost all of our guests were out on the dance floor, and it wasn't a small wedding.
Scott was there for us throughout the planning process, he replied to all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which was greatly appreciated.
I knew I was in good hands with Scott- you can just tell he really wants to make your wedding YOURS. I cannot recommend him highly enough- he was awesome!!!

From his very first prompt response to my query looking for a DJ all through the process and right up to the close of reception, Scott Pallone was so very much fun to work with!
He is very easy to work with as he knows his stuff and very obviously has been doing this long enough to bring great ideas to the table.
Scott got back to us when he said he would, he made great suggestions, and encouraged us to make the day ours.
Our family and friends loved his personality and music from the start of our ceremony through the last song of our reception.
I cannot say enough good things about Scott - his interaction with our guests had everyone commenting at breakfast the next day on what a great DJ we had. Proof was that our feet hurt!

Matt did a fantastic job.There was not one time all night that the dance floor was not full.I couldnt have
asked for a better time.He had a variety of music for everyone.We would recommend Diamond Entertainment to everyone!

Matt our DJ was a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed oriented which made our special day very seamless when it came to the entertainment. We would definetly recommend his services to anyone that was looking for a DJ!!!

We were extremely pleased with Diamond Entertainment! Matthew was very helpful and kept things flowing seamlessly throughout the entire reception. We planned our wedding from out of state and after speaking with him we were confident that we had made the right choice, and had one less thing to worry about for the big day!

Matt was a great person to work with. Everything we requested, he did. And when he played a song that brought everybody to the dance floor, singing and all, he continued with songs from that time frame. It kept everyone out on the floor and it was great!
