I loved my dress! My experience purchasing the dress was great! However the alterations at this particular store was very disappointing and then did not want to correct their wrong doing. Took my dress to a different David's Bridal and was VERY pleased with the staff and their alterations department. The second store corrected the mistakes of the first and ordered me a new dress and I was very pleased with how my dress turned out.

I was very impressed with my experience trying on dresses, purchasing a dress, altering the dress, bustling the dress, and having the dress steamed! This group of professional individuals made the hunt for the "perfect" wedding dress lots of fun. I am glad I did not purchase from Fort Collins' David's Bridal, that was not a good experience!

I not only found a dress and accessories that I liked, I was treated like a princess. My maid of honor and one of my bridesmaid went there also and they left super satisfied. I spent a little bit more than I expected, but I got really great prices in everything.

My dress was gorgeous. The only complaint I would have is that I had told the sales associate kind of what I was looking for when I got in there, and she kept bringing dresses that I would never wear and that were no where near the type of dress that I was interested in. Once we got past all that, the dress I got was just perfect and the price was good. They had my alterations done in just 2 weeks which was pretty handy.

When I ordered my dress and I came in to pick it up their were light yellow stains on the front of the gown along with tiny snags on the sides. SO, they had to reorder it. They didn't charge me for the reorder (thank goodness) and it was soon enough before the wedding that time was not an issue.
The woman in alterations was wonderful. Very friendly, patient and understanding.
I had shoe dyed to match the dress. In the store they matched the dress but when I got them home and held them up to the dress it didn't look like they had been dyed at all. SO I called and brought them back so they could look at them... and again they matched the dress. Even though it had to be frustrating for them to here that they didn't do something when they did, they remained very professional and never expressed any sort of rudness or unprofessionalism.

I purchased the flowergirl dress from here and loved it. I had great luck, however in the past service was terrible. I would not shop here again.

My wife got her dress and veil from David's Bridal and both were gorgeous! However, there was a episode when parents went to pick up the dress. I was not present, so I do not know the full details, but we did not return and those present refuse to shop at that particular David's Bridal anymore.

Definitly check out their $99 sale... even if you spend more than that; the deals are great!

I loved my wedding dress. I told her how much I wanted to spend, my style and my size. She found exactly what I wanted. I also recieved my bridesmaid dress from her. She was able to alter my dresses exactly. Everything fit perfectly. The only downside is that you need to have your dress purchased at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding if you need to order it or have alterations.
