    Crystals Bridal is amazing! Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly, especially Crystal herself and Kelsey. There is a beautiful selection of gowns and shows and jewlery. I bought my wedding dress from there and my bridesmaids got their dresses from there, and because I had bought my dress from there, they got 15% off of their bridesmaid dresses. Amazing atmosphere.

    After trying on tons of dresses everywhere else, I went to Crystals. She didn't have my dream dress, but she helped design it! We met twice to go over the details, and she sent of the specs to her over-seas supplier. 3 months after making a deposit, in comes my amazing dress, made just for me! And it only cost $750.00! Crystal was amzaing to deal with, and I couldn;'t be happier. She even rents crinolines(or petticoats) so you don't have to buy them!

    I ordered my wedding dress from this store in August of 2014. My wedding was May of 2015 and I received my dress 2 weeks before our wedding. I was told the dress would be in by late February and had decided in March that I would start calling to check on the progress. The dress was reported to be in Ontario and a delivery day of anytime was mentioned that no worries the dress will come in. In April I was starting to worry about the dress not coming in in time as there were alterations that needed to be done as I had been losing weight but wasn't sure what would need to be done. The owner assured me that there was plenty of time for it to come in and that if they weren't worried then I shouldn't be.
    The dress was THE dress and so not having it in was starting to worry me. Everytime I called the store the person I would speak to was super professional but didn't have the information I needed to confirm when and where my wedding dress was. While surfing facebook I had seen a couple posts about the store and how other brides had had similar issues with regards to communication. The store had apparently seen some changes in staffing and so some orders were lost and others didn't get put in.
    I feel that I was as patient as I could be, being that this was my wedding I wanted everything to be perfect, in the end my dress came in, 2 weeks to spare and getting the alterations done was very costly because of the time frame left.

    I don't like to write bad reviews, but as a bride in 2015 I feel like I should at least share my story, like I said I got my dress in but my recommendation to other brides is to make sure that you have a clear delivery date from this store as the owner only works Wednesdays and that wasn't very convenient as again the staff didn't really know much for the details of items coming into the store.

    My sister got her dress from this shop. She decided that all the bridesmaids needed to buy our dresses from Crystal's Bridal because of the "fabulous discount" since she got her dress there. Except that they forgot to give the discount when we bought the dresses. The staff rushed us through trying on dresses and they were totally dismissive of the two members of the bridal party who were more than size six, as well as both the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom. Speaking of sizes, they tried to convince the size two bride to buy a size twelve dress. Happily, one of our bridal party used to work for a bridal shop and wouldn't let her. They flat out refuse to do any alterations, even for the bride. The whole experience was a fiasco. I would never recommend that someone shop there again.

    Crystal's Bridal's reply:

    We are human and mistakes like forgetting to apply a discount can occur. We will always remedy the situation as soon as the mistake is realized. We always strive to give every customer the best service we can possibly give even on very busy days. Every designer will have their own unique size chart. A client may be one size from one designers gown and be a different size in a different designers gown. 'Street size' do not apply to formal wear as gowns always fit smaller. We do not try to 'convince' a bride to take a specific size. For new gowns to be ordered we measure the client and go over the designers size chart with them and make our recommendations. In the end it is up to the client to decide which size they would like to order. Normally we do not do alterations for bridesmaids as our seamstresses are bridal gown trained and thus their services are a higher premium. We do have trusted seamstress shops elsewhere we highly recommend for these clients. The rare instance where we would not perform alterations for a bride are when the alterations she is requesting is not possible, the wedding date is too close, seamstress workload is at full capacity or if the bride is not satisfied with our alteration quote.
