I see that most of the comments here have been posted by brides, but my daughter is on her honeymoon and I wanted to post something right away. I am the MOB and when my daughter decided on Cross Creek, I thought ... an outdoor venue, in May, are you kidding! But I was wrong and she was SO SO right!

It is difficult to say enough about how wonderful this venue was for us. The staff was MAGNIFICENT. They are experienced and professional and yet so very friendly and kind. I had a guest comment that "it seems that every one of them is only here to make sure we are happy and comfortable". Our wedding planner, Nancy, was wonderful! She made sure that the whole wedding went seamlessly. Honestly I could go on and on ... through every stage of planning, the rehearsal and wedding they were just the best!

They turned the ranch into a fairytale setting for us. I had so many people comment on how beautiful everything was as if I had something to do with it :) And, what a fun place to be with all the additional activities. I can assure you, nobody was bored.

When planning for the outside vendors, I would highly recommend you take their advice. We were incredibly happy with the hotel (Hilton Garden Inn), the caterer, and the cake. In addition, when we had a last minute problem with one of the vendors, they stepped right in and handled everything so that we didn't have to skip a beat.

I wish there were 6 stars. Everything about Cross Creek Ranch is perfect. When we got engaged, I looked up rustic wedding venues in Tampa and CCR was the first we found, the first we toured, and immediately booked it - we couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. The package is of incredible value and make wedding planning effortless - they are partners with tried and true vendors for catering, florist, cake and DJ and they all were tremendously professional and perfect. I could go on and on about the staff. Emilee was our designer and has a good ear for what the couple wants and puts it into action. Nancy is a savior - she is detail oriented and a tough cookie. With any external vendors (aside from the ones they recommend) we had a couple of snags and all we had to do was get her involved and the day was saved. I will also through my compliments to some other wonderful members of the staff - Jill and Mina. The team combined made my wedding day effortless and enjoyable. Ask any of them any question and they knew the answer - where is my bouquet (after I put it down and forgot... again), can you rebustle me (after it broke, twice). They are patient with a very detail oriented bride, and they proved themselves over and over again the day of the wedding. I have a very hard time turning over my details, my wedding day to hands of others, so I hope it speaks loudly when I say that I trusted the entire team to take over all the details for me and leave me completely worry-free - not an easy task for someone like me. Cross Creek Ranch just knows how to do it, and how to do it exactly right.

Absolutely the best. I have zero complaints. They helped give me the wedding of my dreams.

I could not have asked for a better venue or a better staff. Everything was done to perfection just the way I wanted it. Everything ran smoothly to perfection. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had the night of my life! I would choose Cross Creek over any other venue. Everything was so stress free, all we had to do was to enjoy ourselves!

This staff really has it together. They make sure your event is well put together and timely as far photographs and first dances. Its a big day to put trust in someone to carry out for you and it is well placed here. The design personnel had great ideas and was accommodating in incorporating pieces I made myself or wanted to try to make it personal to my now-husband and I. It was beautiful and I would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Cross Creek Ranch in Dover, FL. They were flexible with payments before the wedding. Their staff was wonderful and the catering provided delicious food for our guests. Honestly, I only have a couple of complaints. First, is that when it rains, they have no tarps or anything to cover where the wedding will be held. So if it rains, the ceremony has to move to where the guests sit for dinner which is not nearly as beauftiful as where the gazebo is. That wouldn't make for good pictures. Thank GOD it didn't rain (it was supposed to) on the day of our wedding. Secondly, it was very steamy the night we got married. There were no ceiling fans or any way for air flow--although the wedding is outdoors--there was no wind that night so it was very sticky. Ceiling fans or fans that are possibly attached to corners or above the guests would have made it much better. Those are just minor complaints though, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in an outdoor wedding.

I can not even begin to explain how wonderful Cross Creek was for us. My husband and I planned our wedding in Florida all the way from New Jersey and it was everything that I dreamed it would be. We were certainly not easy clients either. We had originally planned on 100 people and a little over a month before had to let them know that that number was then 150. They were so easy going with the switch and my wedding was everything I could have hoped for. Emilee the wedding planner had access to my Pinterest and it was clear because she designed everything perfectly! They are rigid regarding some things, but it certainly works out because the day flowed absolutely flawlessly. Could not recommend them more highly!

Cross Creek Ranch was the perfect wedding venue! The staff went above and beyond at every meeting, and especially for the wedding day. The staff are professionals that make your wedding dreams come true. I could not have found a more perfect and beautiful venue for our wedding.

Our guests LOVED our reception at Cross Creek Ranch and as a bride, I loved it even more! Every staff member is so helpful and professional. The process was so easy and took so much stress off of my family and I. The prices are well worth the beauty of the venue and the high level of service.

This venue is absolutly amazing, I recommend this venue to any bride looking for a outdoor venue. From the incredible staff to the beautiful grounds you can't get any better then Cross Creek Ranch. My whole journey from the first time my husband and I went to the venue to every last detail on the day of was always perfect. I could go on and on about what a wonderful experience they helped me have.

They were very easy to work with. My day was absolutely beautiful and I was relaxed the whole time because they made it stress free.

Fabulous, so incredibly fabulous. The only thing i'd recommend is only choosing about 10 'must play' songs for the reception because my only complaint is that many songs we were waiting for were never played. Other than that the CCR crew are true experts and mind-readers, i don't think anyone would ever be dissapointed.

Cross Creek Ranch has been described as a "well oiled machine"...and it couldn't be more true. Every single piece of communication was answered, responded to and implemented/delegated. They double and triple checked everything (weddings tend to change a lot!). They were friendly and considerate and excited for us!

At the wedding, people came up to us and complimented the venue, grounds, set up, decorations and the food. Half a dozen people specifically said they'd never seen a wedding as well executed and beautifully set up as ours was...and that they'd never had wedding food as good!

I felt that every question, concern, or detail was personally attended to without question. In addition, they offered suggestions and told me about other wedding processes, whenever I lacked sufficient data to make a decision (i.e., candy buffet, photo booth, etc.).

They have enough staff to delegate a each part of the wedding (wedding coordinator, wedding planner, flowers, decorations, food, DJ, etc.), and enough experience to make the event flow smoothly.

It was the most spectacular day of my life to date, and I'm happy with every detail. :)

AMAZING. So smooth. No stress. They provided everything. Easy planning & it was a dream come true. All my guests can not stop talking about how amazing & beautiful our wedding was. Emilee & nancy & Mina & the rest of the staff were amazing.
