Professional, Flexible, Accommodating and Helpful - Highly Recommend!

As a former wedding planner I can be hard to please and it is easy for me to find fault with other planners, but hiring Angy & Beach Glass Weddings was the best decision I could have made! I was planning my boss's wedding from the mainland and Angy was my eyes, ears and boots on the ground there. She went way above and beyond to make the perfect wedding happen. Not only did the wedding venue change and move from waterfall to beach to a private home but the amenities for the wedding and the menu for the reception were changed the day before and day of the wedding. I found Angy to be extremely professional, patient and flexible, courteous and kind with all of the changes and never once did it feel as if I was imposing on her or adding to her stress level with all the changes. She was extremely responsive to my emails and just a phone call away when needed. The couple was very happy with their wedding day and it went off seamlessly!! I would not hesitate to hire Angy and Beach Glass Weddings again should the need arise. I highly recommend them!! Angy was the second best decision I made for our wedding!!!! - the first being my husband! Our wedding was beautiful and perfect!!! We both work crazy schedules so all Angy and I did was email the whole time before walking on the beach and meeting her! She was ten steps ahead on everything you could think of for our wedding! I'd use her a million times over! You will not be disappointed!!! ??????

Angy and Nani photographed our beautiful beach wedding and did an amazing job! Angy was kind, professional and courteous, making us feel super comfortable while she took some amazing pictures of us beforehand and captured all of the special moments during the ceremony. She is super skilled and easily brought out the best in us. Now we have a ton of awesome pictures and are awaiting a lovely album in the mail. Thank you so much Angy!

Angy was amazing. Accommodating, made great recommendations and put us at ease right away. Ours was a destination wedding for two and Angy made it three, but we never felt like it was obvious she there. All of our friends have told us the pictures really capture our personalities!

My destination wedding was stress free thanks to mauidforever! They provided several wedding packages that fitted the wants for any bride. They also provided a list of photographers and ministers to chose from. I still got to plan a beautiful beach wedding That I dreamed of and the entire time I had an amazing wedding planner that helped me with all the little details!

Angy was wonderful!!! She took amazing photographs of our vow renewal. Even though we were only together a short time that day she took the time to get to know our family. She captured our family perfectly!! Thank you so much Angy!!

Angy was the best choice we could have made while planning our wedding. The organisation of the wedding and the pictures she had made are really awesome. We hope meeting her in some years when we'll come back to Hawaii. Everything was fine, e.g. the price and also the communication - she is a native German speaker.

We cannot say enough good things about Angy. She made our wedding day wonderful and she prepared a slideshow for us 2 days after the wedding for our family and friends to view. The pictures were creative and beautiful. She was excellent with instructions for posing and different angles. We absolutely LOVE all of our photos and we send our thanks to Angy. I know how hard it is when you are choosing a destination wedding, but have no worries with Angy she is professional on all levels.

Angie did an amazing job photographing our wedding! She was confident and knew what she was doing. She was also very funny and fun to work with. Her prices were the best we found on the island, in my opinion, her services are worth every penny!

Angy is not only a fantastic photographer, she is a great person. We had a very small and intimate ceremony, and by the end of our event we felt like Angy was one of our group! She is not only professional, helpful, considerate and approachable, she is truly fun to work with.

Angie was great to work with and was very responsive to my emails! She gave me advice on where to have the ceremony, set me up with a guy that set up all the chairs, and went above and beyond expectations in terms of the photography!
My only criticism would be that some of the pictures I wanted were only taken in video format and we hasn't planned on buying video. Otherwise everything was fabulous! She even got in the ocean with the wedding party afterwards to take pictures! Not afraid to get wet! Highly recomended!

Angie was very professional with the ceremony and pictures, all at the same time being very easy going and down to earth. She envisioned certain concepts with each picture that were unique to our personalities which turned out beautiful and really captured the moment. My husband and I highly recommend Angie as your photographer at your next event. We love our wedding photos, they all exceeded out expectations!!

Wonderful experience all the way around!! Dealing with Angy on the phone was a pure delight. She was always available. Meeting her at location was on time. Was no problem finding her home. Very professional. Would definitely use your services again. One thing...when it comes to helping out with like take sandals off, sunglasses, and like to move flowers in hair.. need more help with that . Thanks Again for your services.

Could have taken more photos, and used slightly more imagination to get a real variety of shots (although to Angy's credit the venue was a little one dimensional). A little more concern about hair blowing in my wife's face/eyes closed in shots, etc. would have been helpful. We struggled somewhat to fill a full album with our shots from the day. But overall some great shots of a memorable day.

In my experience with Beach Glass Weddings, I found them to be disorganized, unhelpful and occasionally unprofessional.

We hired Beach Glass Weddings as our wedding planner, although we found our contact very responsive whenever we had questions, she did not keep track of our requests or plans which resulted in having to constantly provide her with the same information.

When asking her to provide recommendations for vendors, she only listed one service provider for each task giving us limited options. As we did not find our planner helpful in this regard, we chose to source everything on our own.

On the day of the wedding, she was contacting my fiance and I demanding payment of the final installment which she said was 5 days overdue (despite her sending the invoice through the day before the wedding). We found this to be highly unprofessional as we were quite busy in the hours leading up to the ceremony, and Beach Glass Weddings was insistent that the invoice be paid immediately. We felt that it was inappropriate for this to be brought to our attention hours before the wedding, when it could have been addressed in the days leading up had they been more organised.

Despite having told us how the ceremony would be run procedurally, our planner was asking members of our bridal party how to approach key portions of the ceremony immediately before it began. This gave us the impression that these key aspects were not planned despite assurances that this was under control.

Lastly, during the reception after our planner had finished her portion of the wedding, she messaged us asking if we had taken any of her seating from the ceremony as she had found she was missing some items. Not only did we find this demonstrated how disorganized she was, but we were offended by the implication that we would have taken any of her equipment.

We would recommend going with another wedding planner based on our experience with Beach Glass Weddings.
