Disappointing experience for room block
We used this hotel for one of our room blocks for our wedding over Pride weekend. Leading up to the event I expressed my concerns with the hotel over the fact that there would be road closures in the area, but was assured by the hotel that there would be access for our shuttle to the hotel. On the morning of the wedding we realized that this was NOT the case, and that access to the hotel was completely blocked. Nobody from the hotel ever told us that this was going to be the case. Fortunately my coordinator and transportation company were on top of it but I was extremely disappointed that we were never made aware of this by the hotel. In addition, I had friends who never received their welcome gift bags upon check in. I would not recommend this hotel for your wedding room blocks.
