Christine helped make an absolutely beautiful cake for our wedding. She came highly recommended by our wedding planner and now I know why! We wanted a two-tier funfetti cake and we really wanted our two dogs incorporated (We are those crazy dog people). The cake was PERFECT. Not only was it tasty, but it was exactly what we had envisioned.
It was incredibly easy to work with Christine - she sent an easy to understand custom proposal and was super communicative. She was reasonably priced and unbelievably professional. Thank you, Christine!

Christine’s Cake Creations made our wedding cake absolutely unforgettable! We chose a lemon cake with cream cheese buttercream icing and vanilla mousse filling, and it was delicious. Light, fluffy, with the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing, it was a hit with everyone.
The tasting process was easy, fun, and affordable. The cake looked beautiful at the reception, and the best part? Christine went above and beyond by arranging for cupcakes with the same flavor to be waiting for us at our honeymoon AirBnb! It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that made our honeymoon even more special.

Our wedding cake and cupcakes were scrumptious! Christine was responsive, friendly and even offered a variety of sugar free cupcakes for my soon-to-be husband. The presentation was lovely. Christine was wonderful! She was very responsive, made the cake exactly as we'd like it, and it was delicious to boot! My only regret is that my husband and I only got one bite each before it was whisked away to be cut and gobbled up. We're both eyeballing that top tier in our freezer but I think we may be able to hold out for a year....maybe

Christine's Cake Creations did my wedding cake plus cupcakes (she has been doing my cakes for years!) and WOW did she do AMAZING. I told her i wanted something super simple but with a little something and I sent her some inspirational photos to give her an idea. When they cake arrived the day of the wedding i was more than AMAZED at the job she did, she did exactly what i wanted and then some. I was so HAPPY and would definitely recommend her to anyone! Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very easy to communicate with and she was able to make the cake exactly how we wanted it. She has so many cake flavors, fillings, and icings to choose from and she even had dairy free options! We decided on a personal, semi-naked, 3-tier cake with white velvet and marble accompanied by mini cupcakes with various flavors. Christine delivered beyond our expectations! The cake and cupcakes were delicious and moist and she worked well with our coordinator and florist to decorate our cake and dessert table. We highly recommend Christine's Cake Creation!

Amazing personalized cake!

Christine created a beautiful gluten free, soy free cake for our Thanksgiving wedding and it was INCREDIBLE!!! Almost all of our (50 guests) commented on how moist and delicious the cake tasted! We even got compliments on it being "the best icing I've ever tasted" which I didn't even know was a thing! Christine also added fresh flowers to tie it together with our wedding theme - it was beautiful! Furthermore, she made me a special cupcake on the side for later (white velvet with peanut butter cream filling and vanilla icing which was a favorite during our tasting). She was such a dream to work with, I cannot wait to try more of her creations in the future!

We worked with Christine for our wedding cake and were so so pleased with the outcome. We were living out of state but she made it very easy to work with in terms of arranging the consultation, picking up the samples and delivering the final product. The cake looked better in real life than the photo we sent her and was complimented so beautifully with a floral arrangment by our florist. More importantly, it tasted AMAZING! So good that I’m anxious for the one year mark to try the frozen slice we saved. Christine was also very knowledgeable and offered advice as to what frosting would work best in the conditions and weather of our venue. Everyone was so pleased, but no more than the Bride and me!

Not only was Christine cost-effective and super sweet, her cakes were delicious. At the tasting for the wedding, I had a hard time choosing my flavors even though she let me choose three different flavors for each layer. She was great at recommending what would work best for my outside venue and time of year and when the cake arrived the day of the wedding, it was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. She provided pretty stands for the cake to go on and had pictures to show me to help me figure out what style/decor cake I wanted. I would definitely recommend her to any bride.

My husband and I ordered a cake for our West Coast elopement. We are a gay couple from NY and requested a similar looking cake we happened to find on a different website. She was able to recreate it using her artistic talents to represent east coast meeting west coast. She was very easy to work with and delivered the cake on time. Christine's cakes and desserts are fabulous! We had a pretty big dessert bar for our wedding of only 115 guests, and Christine made everything. It was not only delicious, but everything looked so beautiful. She made us 5 cakes of various sizes & flavors that were each decorated differently, but were all coordinated with our coral and blush wedding theme. I asked for one ombre cake and one naked cake, and she made those two perfectly. She also upped the creativity factor by making our red velvet cake into a coral velvet cake to match our color scheme. We particularly loved her strawberries & champagne cake flavor--sooo yum! In addition to the 5 cakes, Christine also made us 2 flavors of mini cupcakes, 3 different types of brownies, lemon bars and butter mochi.
Perhaps even more unbelievable is her pricing! Christine is beyond cost efficient. I've got a major sweet tooth and the dessert bar at our wedding was something I really wanted and wasn't willing to negotiate; Christine gave us everything that we wanted and more for the truly unbelievable price of $415!! Plus, Christine was wonderful to work with. Of all of our great vendors that we worked with for our wedding, Christine was the one that gave us the least worry throughout the entire planning process through our wedding day. She was flexible with us when we were delayed meeting her from out of town for our tasting, very responsive, but not overbearing, and she graciously honored my requests to make additional desserts using personal family recipes, even making them for her own family gathering as a test run. She was so committed to making the dessert portion of our event look flawless and taste delicious, all the while making it all happen so seamlessly. If you want some delicious desserts that look fantastic (and don't run you dry on budget), I cannot recommend Christine enough--I actually want to go back to our destination wedding town just to order more cakes from Christine!

We decided on a mix of German Chocolate Cake and Vanilla Rasberry cupcakes and a swirl topper and everything was delicious!! I had rosettes on one of the layers of my cake and it looked beautiful! Just like I wanted. During the tasting the cakes tasted great, and on the wedding day the cakes tasted even better! After trying 6 different bakeries in the area she was by far the best cake I tasted, nice a moist but with a good weight. Her cost was also very competitive. I love desserts so my wedding cake was very important to me. After reviewing several local vendors, I was so happy to find Christine's Cake Creations.
I had to plan my wedding remotely & Christine was always quick to answer questions and respond to email. When we visited Paso Robles to meet with vendors, Christine allowed for plenty of time to taste cake samples and decide on final selections & set up.
On my wedding day, I was so pleased to see our cake table with our cake and also the dozens of yummy cupcakes so expertly displayed by Christine! My cake was so moist & delicious I wanted to eat the whole thing right then and there!!
My guests raved about the cupcakes and I took my cake with me & shared the bottom layer with family & friends the next day (still so fresh, moist and amazing!!)

Christine's Cakes are amazing! We got a three tiered cake (with a sheet cake in back), it was all delicious, and a really reasonable price! The red velvet with ganche was awesome, we had extra that we brought home and have been eating it all week, wedding diet no more! The champagne with raspberry was the main cake we had, it was not dry at all, the raspberries were fresh, it was great. I would definitely recommend her wedding cakes!

Christine is so awesome to work with! We really weren't sure what cake to go with and she had us try several samples when we met with her.
We ended up having 3 layers each a different flavor. Lemon with raspberry, chocolate with chocolate mousse, and vanilla with lemon. Her cakes are so good, I would say they are just as tasty, if not better than Madonna Inn cakes for sure. I actually prefer Christine's because they are not sickening sweet! The frosting is a light almost whipped cream consistency, but it definitely holds its shape. The cake is moist and flavorful, and everything is balanced.
Our cake was so beautiful! The layers were all even, the scale was perfect for our venue, and her piping on lacework is amazing. She has such a fun upbeat personality and is so friendly. She also makes a single layer for your anniversary if you are like us and didn't want to try to freeze a top layer and cart it around for a year. Everyone said the cake tasted really good, we got lots of compliments on the cake flavors, and we had several people go back for a second slice once they realized that there were different flavors.

We looked at a bunch of different cake places at the various wedding faires, and Christine was by far the best one in the area. Her pricing was straight forward, her service professional, and her cake delicious. Out of all the vendors we used for our wedding, Christine was by far the easiest to work with.

30 days before the wedding and we have no cake! The MOB is panicking and then I met Christine. The world was right again. I met her within 24 hours of our first phone call and it was done. One meeting of the minds and she got it ~ perfect!!!

I was THRILLED with the cake Christine made for my wedding in Paso Robles, especially because it was entirely GLUTEN-FREE AND DAIRY-FREE!!! Not only did it meet my strict dietary intolerances (which are annoying at times), but it was DELICIOUS! It did not taste like a gluten free, dairy free cake at all. It was so moist, full of flavor, and amazingly dense. I had 3 flavors (each amazing!): lemon with lemon buttercream (my fav!), marble with chocolate buttercream, and vanilla with vanilla buttercream and fresh strawberries. It was so good, insisted on having 3 slices at the wedding, and 2 more the next day! I was in heaven. Now, if I can only wait the year I'm supposed to to eat the top tier we've saved... It will be difficult!

Can you say amazing gluten free cakes? Christine is awesome! She has you look through a book of all of her work and walks you through the process. She has samples of the cakes to try both gluten free and full of gluten. She is completely aware of the gluten free diet and is so considerate about you enjoying your cake while still being aware of your budget. We ordered a top layer gluten free cake (with a piece of cardboard below it to protect from cross-contamination) and the rest wasn't gluten free. Everyone loved the cake. Whenever I need a cake I am visiting Christine for all events. You will not be disappointed!

Christine was recommended to me by several of my wedding vendors. She only does buttercream and that is what we wanted. Something simple, tasty, and fun. Her pricing is very affordable and she's easy to work with. She made us a two tier cake for 70 people with two shades of pink and white polka dots. The layers were vanilla and red velvet. It was not only what I wanted visually but it was delicious!

My husband (!) primarily worked with Christine's and he thought she was just wonderful! She saw what we were looking for and created a beautiful cupcake display that had the colors we wanted and blended them very nicely. The cake itself? Wow, that was melt in your mouth delicious! Christine was wonderful! She totally got my idea for our cake and executed it perfectly! I have received multiple comments since the wedding about how good the cake was. We had about 45 fewer people than we were expecting originally and most of the cake still got eaten, which is a testament to how good it was. I was actually kind of sad there wasn't more left over because there wasn't any when we got back from our honeymoon. Anyway, Christine is so sweet and is an awesome baker! If you are in SLO county you should definitely meet with Christine!!

Christine is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She totally rocked! I found her exactly 4 weeks before my wedding, after the first cake lady I hired decided that she was no longer going to return my emails or phone calls.
I had wanted a black and white decorated exterior of the cake with tie-dyed center, and I knew that would be an unusual request, but Christine didn't make me feel weird about it at all. And although I never actually got to meet Christine face to face as I wasn't around when she delivered my cake, and we worked together all through email and phone communication (because I live in a different state than where we got married) you would have never known it! The cake was exactly as I had envisioned, scratch that, better than I ever could have imagined. It honestly was one of the best parts of the wedding, there are more photos on facebook of the cake than of me!
Christine was so wonderful in making what I had wanted for my wedding happen, even after the disaster with the first cake lady. She did exactly what I wanted and didn't make me feel stupid for my strange request. Not to mention that the cake tasted even better than it looked! It was delicious. I would recommend Christine to anyone needing a cake on the central coast!!!

I absolutely appreciate a vendor that communicates well via email, since I spend most of my time on my computer. Christine was very quick to respond, she's very nice, and most importantly, the woman can bake some tasty cake!
She did wonderful job on our cake - it was exactly like the Photoshopped picture (I took three cake images and made one), except much better! It made me so happy to walk into my reception and see my cake there and waiting.
Her prices can't be beat, especially for the quality cake you get. I cannot wait until our anniversary when I get to eat that cake again.

Christine made cupcakes for our wedding that she displayed on her handmade cupcake stand, along with a mini cake for us to cut in to. All of our guests loved the cupcake idea and there was not one left at the end of the night. I really liked Christine's flexibility and we were able to have three different cupcake flavors along with an entirely different flavor for our cake. I come from a family of cake fanatics that still holds it over my head that my 30th b-day cake was too dry 4 years ago! Planning a wedding 3,000 miles from where the event will take place is tough. We were so disappointed to miss out on a classic wedding planning event: the cake tasting. Knowing that we wouldn't get to eat the desserts that we would serve to our guests beforehand forced us to rely upon reviews & communication with vendors.
From our initial contact, Christine was warm, professional, and helpful. I contacted 5 different vendors to gauge their ability, enthusiasm, and price; Christine overwhelmingly won out. She was supportive of our less traditional ideas (serving multiple cakes opposed to one traditional wedding cake) and did her best to produce the cakes we described. One of the cakes, inspired by a cake we saw in Martha Stewart Weddings, required her to source fresh figs (she did it) and another required her to creatively decorate a groom's cake. They turned out beautiful AND delicious! My only complaint is that some of them went too fast -- I wish I could have tasted all 6 of the cakes :) She was a pleasure to work with from the beginning and I would highly recommend Christine and her delicious cakes.

Christine is an absolute sweetheart and the cake she created was SO DELICIOUS! I have had many people tell me that her cake was far and away the best wedding cake they have ever eaten. My husband and I even had a piece of it for breakfast the next day! Christine really went above and beyond...I told her that we had a vintage style wedding with a tree theme and asked her to create something that would fit our wedding...the cake she designed was so beautiful. She even decorated the top of the cake (around our cake topper) with flowers, as well as the wine barrel (our "cake table") that the cake rested upon. I had my heart set on having my cake outside where the reception would be held, and Christine went out of her way to arrive during the cocktail hour to set it up so that it would be kept out of the heat (my wedding was on a hot June day). The cake really became the focal point of the wedding and was just so lovely. I would recommend Christine to anyone!

I wanted something a little different for my wedding - cupcakes! We tried a handful of bakeries at the bridal faire, but Christine's cakes were by far the best tasting! After talking with Christine about my cupcake ideas, I knew she would make the whole display shine. She made a special decorative frosting for me that turned out PERFECT and she even came up with a new coconut cupcake recipe for my husband!! She is very responsive through email and brings cupcakes to taste at meetings! The entire experience with Christine was flawless and YUMMY! :) Everyone at the wedding looooved the cupcakes and asked where I got them from. We loved the cakes Christine created for our wedding!! During the planning process, Christine was very easy to work with and very professional. We enjoyed our tasting and felt comfortable leaving our cakes in her hands. Christine made our groom's cake and our traditional wedding cake. We could not decide what design to have on our wedding cake, so we left it up to her creative abilities...and we were so happy with the way it came out! We highly recommend Christine. She saved us a lot of money, and her cakes were perfect!!

Christine created a wedding cake masterpiece for my wedding! I met her at a wedding fair in San Luis Obispo and remembered her cake above everybody else's. At wedding fairs, it's wedding cake after wedding cake and quite frankly, they all seem to taste the same, it's the look you're paying for, until you taste Christine's cake! It made my husband and I both say "WOW" and she was first on my list when it came time to book my baker. My mom, husband, and I met at her house early one morning (yum, cake breakfast!) and we had so much trouble choosing our flavor, they were all incredible! I brought pictures of a few cakes I liked the style of as well as an image of the floral scroll design we used on the invitations and told her to get creative! When i saw the cake the day of the wedding, it was even better than I had pictured and it tasted great! Everyone commented that it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had, and it was so gorgeous! One of the most amazing parts was the price! Christine gave us the price quote and my jaw dropped... It was below our budget (which is always nice when everything else seems to be over budget!). During our whole planning process, she was very professional and personable, as well as creative! She was a dream vendor and I would recommend her to every bride!

I had no idea what I wanted in a cake but when Christine saw the scrapbook paper we were using as out 'theme," she immediately knew what to suggest - and it turned out gorgeous. I am not a fan of lemon desserts but when we tasted her lemon cake, we had to have it (among the other layer choices). The cake was loved by all and the day after, it was one of the first things people mentioned to me. In fact, so many people went back for seconds (and thirds), we ran out.

Oh my gosh!! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous! 3 tiered square cake, with different flavors and fillings on each layer. The fresh flowers and scroll work were absolutely divine! We could not have asked for a sweeter cake or cake baker! Christine was so wonderful when we were trying to decide what we wanted. She took our ideas and made them fresh. With her knowledge and skilled hands, our cake was the talk of the evening!

The best kept secret in Paso Robles is Christine's cakes, we had one of the best tasting most beautiful cakes at our wedding for a fraction of the costs that other cake vendors were offering. She even found some small grapes to add to the top of the cake to add to our vineyard setting. She was very professional and great to work with and provided one of the best wedding cakes I've had.

We chose Christine for our June wedding and couldn't be happier. She was very accommodating and the cake turned out beautifully. We ordered a naked cake with ribbon and scrollwork and it was delivered in perfect condition. She even let us borrow a cake stand for free! The cake was moist and had real strawberries. My mother in law is still talking about how much she loved the cake. Would definitely recommend.

Christine was great to work with. She customized everything specifically to us, letting us choose two different cake flavors for different layers, and it all tasted amazing. It looked exactly as we had planned too, and was perfect for our budget.

Christine's cakes are so amazingly tasty, and her design work is top-of-the line. After a detailed discussion, she delivered just exactly what we wanted. And oooooohhhh wow did it taste good. After skipping dessert for most of the last few months so I would fit into my suit... I had three (or four, maybe?) pieces!

Our wedding cake tasted wonderful! We chose a three tiered round cake and Christine allowed us to choose a different cake flavor/filling for each cake layer and no extra cost. She has a different array of flavors to choose from, but we chose: chocolate chunk cake/chocolate ganache, vanilla cake/fresh strawberries, and red velvet/cream cheese. The cost per serving was more than reasonable for not doing sheet cake at $3.75 per serving. And because of the distance from her location to our venue, she only charged $25 for a delivery fee. The only small complaint we had is when she stacked our cake, it wasn't centered so towards the back it looked like the cake was going to fall over. Thankfully you can't really tell in pictures... But overall we were satisfied with our cake for the price.

Christine made a beautiful wedding cake decorated with edible natural seashells and sitting on a bed of edible "sand" for my daughter's coastal/beach themed wedding. It was GORGEOUS and exceeded our expectations! The cake itself was also delicious, with three tiers in three different delectable combinations my daughter was able to choose. Two of the three layers had fresh fruit in the filling. When my daughter found a natural sea shell cake topper, the color of the cake decorations had to be changed after the initial order. Christine did an absolutely awesome job adjusting and making it all come together beautifully. We couldn't be happier with the cake. An added plus - and this is not small - was that the cake was delivered to Ragged Point Inn on Highway 1 (Quite a winding drive and distance from Paso Robles) on time and in perfect condition. Christine's cake was GORGEOUS! It was exactly what we wanted, and everyone raved for weeks afterward about how delicious it was! It was so nice that she guaranteed the delivery of the cake, so we didn't even have to worry about it until we were standing there for the cake cutting ceremony. We loved her service and we loved the product. We just wish the tasting had been a little more substantial, instead of teeny tiny mini-cupcakes that three of us had to share, but we'll definitely be back to buy a small version of the cake for our first anniversary!

My only complaint is that the cake looked smaller then what I imagined and I wish we had made it bigger, but overall it was good =)

We had a wonderful experience with Christine. We were only a month out and still didn't have a cake, but Christine was willing to work with us even on such short notice. She was so friendly over the phone and I could tell she cared about our cake experience. All the guests raved about the cake and I just wish I had a chance to try all the different flavors! Christine was a real sweetheart to work with. She was prompt with her delivery. The only mishap I had was that I had requested gold frosting for the cake and when I saw it on my wedding day, it was bright yellow. It was definitely not what I was expecting. Unfortunately, some of the guests noticed that it was not quite the color in our wedding decor. Many complimented the taste of the cake and was fabulous in flavor. But I was disappointed that the color was not what we had discussed.
