Charlie was amazing! Over the course of a few months we were trying to book a honeymoon, I had so many questions and so unsure about where to choose in the Caribbean, and Charlie gave me like 6 different places and explained in detail what each one had to offer. After narrowing it down to Mexico, he then picked out at least 12 of the best all inclusive resorts that he had visited in our price range and helped me narrow it down! He was so patient with me through all of it and always available to answer questions I had! We had an amazing trip and it was all thanks to him for setting it up!! I would definitely recommend him!! Great help when planning a last minute vacation!
Charlie was a total God-send when helping my aging father plan one last hurrah vacation. He wanted to take his girlfriend on a cruise around Italy, and Charlie was able to not only find us a cruise that met all of my dad's interests (or multiple changing interests), but he was also able to arrange the mini trips pre and post cruise. What was especially helpful was how Charlie arranged for specific transportation and excursions that benefited my father with mobility issues. My father's girlfriend had not traveled that much, and Charlie provided a wealth of information to print for the them to feel well-prepared. I'm a well-seasoned traveler used to making my own plans, but I could not have done this trip without Charlie. I highly recommend his services for any trip you are taking. He's kind, honest , hard-working, patient, and delivers great customer service. He saved me so many headaches and just made everything easy!

I am A DJ in the DFW so I have had the pleasure of running into Charlie at some bridal shows. I wanted to take a vacation to a nice all inclusive resort in Mexico but have never been so didnt know where to go. I however, knew what I wanted to do when I traveled. I wanted a swim up room, on a resort with beach access, transportation to and from airport, and had my price range. I also wanted to find a resort that was ok with me enjoying my cigars by the pool and ocean as I read my books and relaxed. Charlie took this information, ran with it, and was able to find me numerous options to choose from. Ultimately I ended with choosing Paradisus La Perla in Playa Del Carmen which is a FANTASTIC adults only all inclusive.

We had a great experience planning our destination wedding with Charlie. He helped me at any time I had questions or wanted to look at another resort. He found everything within budget. Then covid hit and he worked endlessly on getting our money back from the resort.
We then turned around and booked a big family getaway of 12 people almost a year later. He helped everyone book with ease and has always been there for us if we had questions. He made sure our transportation was waiting for us when we got to the airport and was there for us when it was time to go back to the airport. He was also super helpful when we missed our flight. He showed me a few resorts he thought I would be interested in as well as kept it in our price range. He also sent us all information about the hotel, city, and excursions available where we were going.
It was such a memorable trip and we will definitely be using him in the future.

Not a wedding, just a trip
Loved the trip to Cancun. Charlie Brown's Travel did awesome on booking the right hotel and the perfect room for me with the best view. My daughter was due to get married when Covid hit in June so we had to cancel our trip and he worked hard to get our money back and book us a wonderful and unforgettable trip of my lifetime. Honeymooning during COVID
This was our first time using a travel agent and first time going to all inclusive experience. 3 days before our wedding we get a call that our resort originally planned was not going to be opening due to COVID. I was apprehensive in trusting hiring a travel agent for our honeymoon. I love to control and plan things but with all the wedding planning I decided to branch out. Charlie was lovely and communicative. I told him what I wanted and he narrowed it down to the top 3 that he thought I would love. We decided on the Hyatt zilara. Before our trip he sent us a full Itinerary ( which is awesome because I didn’t have to print anything) even included forms for customs. Also some cute little gifts ...We missed our first flight ( my fault) and I called him and he made sure our transportation was still taken care of. The resort was everything we wanted!! It’s like he read my mind! He also surprised us with a bottle of champagne the second night. You need to hire him! He has experienced all these places and he listens to you.

We first used Charlie Brown's Travel before i proposed and we had such a great experience that I knew I would be using his services again. When it was time to plan for our honeymoon I gave him a call and once again he exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the resort I chose and he provided an itinerary that was spot on and very detailed. I also recommend him to our friends that were also recently married and needed help with their honeymoon. We all had an amazing time and the private candlelight dinner on the beach had my wife smiling from ear to ear. Charlie is the best!

Our trip to Playa Mujeres was actually for our 10th wedding anniversary, not our wedding. However, we had the best time! Charlie provided all of the information we needed and we were so impressed that the pictures he provided of the resort were actually how it looked in person. We were very satisfied with our experience!

Charlie was very easy to work with! We met with him and let him know what we had in mind, and he was able to give plenty of information about a variety of locations, including showing us many photos of different resorts that he had taken while visiting them himself. Once we decided on our destination, he took care of everything else. All we had to do was pack and show up for our flight! We had an amazing time on our honeymoon, and I would highly recommend working with Charlie.

Charlie Brown was awesome! I was able to call him up to schedule our cruise. This was for our anniversary and he was able to give suggestions on the cruise line, length of cruise and port of calls. Absolutely loved the Hyatt Ziva. It was such a beautiful venue. Perfect beach, loved the rooms, loved the buffet. There was an issue with the transfer service upon arrival for one of the girls in our party, but Charlie was available and on top of it. He also handled excursions for us, so we didn't have to worry about that.

We met Charlie at a bridal show in Hurst, and I am so glad we booked our honeymoon through him. Before we started talking with Charlie, we were completely overwhelmed with our options for a Carribean honeymoon. We were going to be honeymooning in October, and only had 6 days for a trip. We were having a hard time finding a place that would have good weather at that time of year, as well as a short travel time from Dallas since we had limited time. Charlie gave us so many tips and really helped us narrow down our search and find the perfect resort for us. He handle booking EVERYTHING, including our flights and transportation between the airport and resort. He also had so many good suggestions for excursions. He hand delivered our travel documents to us about a week before we left and included so much good info for the trip. I would definitely recommend booking any travel through Charlie Brown!

Charlie Brown’s Travel is the only way to travel. We booked our honeymoon to mexico with him, and everything was FANTASTIC! We stayed at the Royal in Playa del Carmen. I had met Charlie at a bridal show worried and stressed about a honeymoon since we haven’t traveled much, and instantly could tell he was a genuine person. We met with Charlie soon after, and helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted. He loves what he does and it was super nice to work with him. He was always super quick to respond to any questions we had, and was so helpful with keeping everything in line for us - from the moment we booked our honeymoon, until the second we walked into the resort. Charlie made it super easy for us, so we could actually relax and enjoy our stay. Our resort was fantastic, all inclusive, and the food was amazing. We got to expierence the shopping and night life of downtown playa; which was wonderful. 100% we will definitely be booking all of our future trips through him! We couldn’t be more satisfied and are so excited to start planning our next trip with Charlie Brown’s Travel!

Charlie was very informative and always professional. We were nervous about traveling to Mexico, but once we got there we followed Mr. Brown's itinerary and had no issues. Everything was exactly like we were told. The Riu Santa Fe was beautiful and were very pleased with our rooms. This was our 1st trip out of the US as a couple and it was awesome. During the craziness of planning the wedding, I did not have much time to figure out ALL of the little details for our honeymoon. A friend referred me to Charlie. I had never used a travel agent before and I was skeptical, but I shot him an email. Charlie was very helpful and prompt in returning our emails and phone calls. He suggested a vacation package that worked with our budget. He had sent many clients to this couples only all-inclusive hotel (Sun Palace in Mexico) and even gone himself, so I trusted his suggestions. He set up EVERYTHING! Planes, shuttle to/from airport, suite reservation, honeymoon extras, etc.... This saved a lot of research time which was so nice in the midst of planning the wedding. And the vacation he recommended was a dream! The hotel, food, beach, drinks, everything... exceeded our expectations. And of course as a travel agent, you do not pay him for his services. Great guy and great service. We will definitely use him again!
