    Realmente el equipo de Charls Presentation, en especial Elliot, nos hicieron sentir comodos, relajados y sobre todo confiados en un momento tan importante como lo fue para nosotros, nuestra boda. (novia)Charls fue sumamente facilitador, recuerdo que cuando estaba tomandome las tomas en el hotel, yo estaba sumamente nerviosa, sin embargo, el logro que fuera un momento ameno y de disfrute, recuerdo cuando decia "tranquila, que este es tu dia, sonrrie a la camara" todo esto de una forma tranquila y algunas veces jocosas.(Novio) Realmente comparto las experesiones de mi esposa, pero a~ado que tuvimos multiples experiencias entrevistando videografos y sin quitarles el merito a otros, el trabajo de Elliot Charls supero las proyecciones que tenia ante un video. Cuiertamente, es un producto que te mueve a revivir una y otra vez ese momento tan especial. Simplemente fue mas que un servicio para nosotros...

    Words can not express how thankful we are for you and your amazing talent! As a bride you spend so much time and attention to so many details, and when the big day finally comes it goes by soo fast! You gave me a "pause button" for one of the best days of my life and I would hire you again in a second! For all the future bride and grooms reading this...if you are remotely considering spending the money on a videographer, you will not regret using Charles Presentations Videography ! His professionalism and talent is amazing. We booked him after checking out his blog and website and completely fell in love with his style and we were not disappointed. 

    So far we have only received the highlight video, but if that was a preview of our full length wedding video then ... WOW... we can't wait for the final product. Everyone that has seen the highlight video has commented on what amazing quality the video was shot in and that it literally looks like a movie. My husband, family, friends and I have watched the videos over and over again. We laughed and cried. You basically captured how perfect the day truly was. We cannot stop watching it.

    Technically speaking his angles and lighting, etc were perfect. He is a really fun and chilled out type of person to have around on such a stressful day. He was on time and very accommodating. In addition, he worked super well with our photographer. Highly recommended!

    This video was amazing! They did such a wonderful job. We never even knew they were there to catch such beautiful moments. It is like reliving these moments over and over each time we watch it. Having a great video like this gives us something that we will have forever. I would highly recommend using their services you will be very pleased with the results.

    WOW, what a wonderful breath of fresh air to have them video our wedding. They were always professional and considerate. I highly recommend them to video your wedding or any event. Our wedding was at the Gran Melia on 11/21/09 and I cannot stop singing their praises. They are both wonderful people and again, I highly recommend them.

    Charles video of my wedding drive me everyday i see it lo live again that moment; all the details are in the video expressed in a beautiful, professional and creative way. I cried, laughted, enjoy, party! and feel the excitement of that day every time i see the video. Definetely his work is a gift from God! Quiality is 100%. The money and wait is all worth it!!! Plus he and his team will make you have fun that special day.

    These guys are great! True, Consummate professionals who allow you to feel comfortable following their directives without taking away from the flow of the "Big Day". I absolutely loved the experience and the final video product!

    Charles did amazing work for my wedding in August. Despite having a tropical storm show up the day of, he was on time and was very professional. The quality of his work is amazing. My only complaint would be time management. I took almost 7 months to get a clip of my wedding and that was after many emails. I was told on multiple occasions that my clip would be done within the week, but it never was. When the contract says you will get your videos in a year, it is exactly one year. I got my DVDs the week after my first year anniversary. I was very disappointed in that regard because I know people who have been married in the Dominican Republic and other island and received their video no later than 6 months and it was the same quality of work as mine. I think they take far to long to process and edit and you have to be on top of them to get things done.

    Do not use him if you want your videos

    I am about to celebrate my 5 year anniversary and NEVER got my videos. After several months I was still able to contact Charles, and he kept promising to send me the videos. He then asked me to send him a hard drive and he would give me all of the footage at no additional charge. I never got a single thing from him. I have nothing from my wedding, and then he stopped responding to my emails.

    Our experience working with Charles Presentations Videography was very disappointing. Elliot was 10.5 months late delivering the video -- we already thought 8 months to receive it per the contract was a long time relative to our friends' experiences with other videographers, but were willing to give him the benefit of the doubt when we signed the contract. Unfortunately, after making our last payment, Elliot managed to cash our cheque but was otherwise MIA and did not respond to emails for over 6 weeks. Luckily our amazing wedding planner was able to force a response out of him, but he continued to miss every single revised deadline and he was largely unresponsive to emails. And while he said he would send us all of the raw footage for our trouble, we have yet to receive it and have given up hope that we ever will.

    In addition to his extreme lack of responsiveness and professionalism, we were pretty dissatisfied with the final product. We had very few specific requests, but an important one was that 'our song' be featured somewhere in the video. We requested this in writing via email months before he finished the video. Elliot ignored our request, and as a result the video doesn't feel like it's representative of our wedding or relationship. Furthermore, when Elliot sent us a link to a draft video to review, he mentioned he was still tweaking music and we asked him to fix the song we had for our first dance (we had a band that was separately mic'd, so in the video it sounds distant and tinny). He completely ignored this request as well -- in fact, from what we could tell there was no difference between the draft video and the final product. Finally, the video freezes and then speeds up or skips in several places on the final DVD.

    We're very disappointed in the whole experience. We're just glad we got the video before our any of our grandparents who were not able to attend the wedding passed away, since that's the whole reason we did it.
