Castle Hotel Autograph Collection Reviews

We got engaged in December and married in May. What helped me decide on a venue was literally that Deborah from the Castle Hotel responded to my form first. This location was my first choice regardless but having such responsiveness was a sign to me to go ahead with the plans. With really less than 5 months to plan a wedding, quick replies is a must. Not only that, all my concerns were addressed and accommodated in ways I never expected. For example, the space I wanted ended up being a little too small for my final guest count. The venue closed off the bar from hotel guests just for me to put the buffet and my Photo Booth!

My guests were extremely happy and so impressed with how nice everything was. Not to mention they raved about the food. The convenience of booking vendors with the hotel’s recommendations was truly a blessing considering I didn’t have much time to find my own.

The best part is the ceremony space. The main reason why I fell in love was the rooftop area. My photos turned out amazing with the castle like towers and the incredible view of the Orlando Eye and lights in the evening. Everything inside is picturesque as well. We did our mother/father-in-law gifts right in the lobby. Guests were extremely complimentary and respectful of our special moments. From the architecture to the room accommodations, I would 100% recommend this venue.

And adding on the day of coordinators is a must. Not only did they make our special day perfect, they were also very responsive and helped me plan and organize other vendors months ahead of time. I can’t say enough good things about them!

I am so happy I was married at The Castle. Rechelle was our planner and she took care of everything, every detail taking everything off my shoulders. Everything is included, she ordered the cake, the flowers, the decorations, the officiant, I didn't have to worry about any of those things. She is extremely professinal and great at what she does. We could not have done it without her.
We had originally looked at Disney but with the prices and how little it included we decided to look at The Castle and we are extremely happy we did. I couldn't believe how affordable it was and how much it included. We are already planning to renew our vows there.

This venue was recommend to us by a friend. I walked into the venue and I knew right away that this is the place I wanted to get married in. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the location was! We had our ceremony and reception at the Castle and it was easy for our guest to walk over from one room to the other. The location was also ideal for our traveling guests, because they had the options to stay at the Castle or surrounding hotels on the strip. There was much activity for our guests to do while staying in the area, so they were always involved in something fun while visiting for the wedding.

The Castle was a great place to have my ceremony and reception. The venue itself is such a beautiful and unique place. The decor inside is themed as a castle and its very nice. My guests LOVED It and everyone spoke about what a great place it was.

Rechelle the catering director is also great. She was very helpful planning the wedding and was great the day of. The packages are also GREAT and surprisingly affordable.

The Castle Hotel helped make my wedding weekend phenomenal. It started with my rehearsal dinner. The Catering Manager Ryan is so kind and patient. He helped me create an amazing rehearsal dinner. He listened to my wants and was able to fit everything into my budget. The rehearsal dinner turned out amazing, beautiful set-up, friendly staff, the food was DELICIOUS, and our Maitre D was attentive and professional. My family and I had a block of 30 rooms. Our rooms were nice and comfortable. Check-in was stress-free and the hotel accommodated my early arrivals. The entire staff went over and beyond to make sure we were all accommodated. Bars stayed open late to accommodate my guest. The hotel décor is exceptional. This event was 6 months in the making. The entire time Ryan and hotel rooms Manager Shameka were attentive, nice and communicated with me in a timely manner, even when I was being a bridezilla. I enjoyed my time so much, I plan to go back just to relax. I almost forgot to mention the Poseidon spa!!!! Best massage and facial I ever had. I can go on and on. Bottom line is if you want an amazing event I highly recommend the Castle Hotel!

The Castle is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The moment we walked in we fell in love with the details and the theme. My husband absolutely loved the antler chandelier, the purple and gold motif, the huge amethyst piece in the lobby. All very beautiful. We hired a wedding planner so our MaitreD' was not very hands on. We also did have some trouble getting email replies back. However, the staff was extremely accommodating when Hurricane Matthew hit the area and we were stuck indoors a few days before the wedding. Overall, we had a good experience at the castle. Our guests loved the hotel, location and the food was great!
