Stephanie is someone you can totally trust with something as important as your wedding. She is professional, responsible, and so sweet and caring. She makes you feel as if your wedding is the only one she's doing. The other staff members at the inn (the wait staff, chef, you name it) were so polite and friendly during our wedding day. We had several compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was (yum!). We can't thank Stephanie enough for the wonderful experience we had having our wedding at the inn and recommend her to anyone. Thank you! ~Jon & Debbie

I cannot say enough good things about Casa di Fiori and the Inn at Leola Village! They were OUTSTANDING! I am a wedding planner in Philadelphia so I have experience with weddings and the staff at Leola Village blew even me away. I worked with Stephanie Lambert from start and she is not only a fantastic planner, she also became a good friend in the process. No request or idea was too much trouble. Actually, they even approached me with some fantastic ideas that ended up making our wedding more memorable. The service is unbelievable. The owner found me (and my parents separately) to make sure we were happy with everything, which we absolutely were. I did not worry about anything. They honestly want to make the wedding and all that comes with it (overnight rooms, rehearsal dinner, salon services, Sunday brunch) the most perfect day/weekend for not only the bride and groom, but every guest. You don't find that at most places.

If you are looking for a wedding venue, you will be a hard pressed to find a venue better than Leola Village in the area. When touring other venues in the area, Leola simple stood out--the buildings are gorgeous and unique; the grounds are well maintained and beautiful at any time of the year and you have everything you could need for your wedding weekend all in one place.
Better yet, the quality of the people you work with when you book with Leola Village is just as amazing as the physical place itself. Stephanie Lambert was a dream to work with from beginning to end!! She responded to every question, idea, etc. with such promptness that I swore we were the only couple she was working with! She accommodated every request (including our mammoth head table of 22 people and went one step further offering to handle the rentals necessary to make that happen!).
In our opinion Stephanie truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything came together perfectly on our wedding day. Further her professionalism speaks for itself as everyone who encountered her raved about how great she was; there's no question that Stephanie is someone that genuinely loves what she does and approaches each wedding she handles as if it were her own!
Besides Stephanie, all the other staff we worked with were just as amazing. The ladies at the salon were wonderful and I was pleased with all the services I received on the day of the wedding (nails, toes, and hair). The wait staff was friendly, courteous and beyond that the owner/chef even came out during dinner to ensure that we were pleased with dinner and how everything was going!
All of our guests raved about the food, the service and the guest rooms! I can honestly say that we couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out on our wedding day. The Casa is beautiful! It was so nice to find a venue decorated so nicely already that you don't have to worry about it. It has a great rustic, Italian look to it, and it creates a very romantic feel. The food was fabulous, staff was very nice.

Casi di Fiori is amazing. Our wedding was beautiful and everything we dreamed it would be. The food was excellent, the decor was perfect and the staff were very professional. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the way the handled our wedding cake. I had requested that the left over cake be put into cake bags, that I provided, so the guests could take cake home. Instead of putting the cake into the bags they put the tiers in boxes. The top tier was put into a box like it was supposed to but instead of taking the cake topper off and setting it aside they layed it on the cake so when they closed the lid the topper was imbedded in the cake.
I would recommand Casa Di Fiori to anyone. Our guests had a wonderful time and couldn't stop talking about the great food and how beautiful the venue was.

The venue itself is beautiful, and we were very happy with the service we received. The space is very elegant and there is a restaurant, bar, hotel, spa, hair salon, and shopping boutiques all in the same location. Stephanie, the event coordinator, was onsite that day and helped us with the overall planning process. This was very helpful since we did not hire a real wedding planner and it was less stressful having someone in charge of every detail of the reception. The staff at Casa di Fiori was extremely professional....candles were lit, dishes and table decor was spotless and the room was beautiful and set up exactly the way they were instructed. The food was amazing, and the cake was included in the package...the cake was to die for and it was even better to taste. I also thought their prices were reasonable considering the quality of food and everything you get with the package (includes the cake, the meal, the champagne and one night in the honeymoon suite:) They also work with local vendors so you don't have to worry about keeping after them, for example i ordered my linens from a company they work with and they knew exactly what to do.

My wedding day at The Inn at Leola Village was more than I could have ever imagined. The quality of service was absolutely above and beyond what I expected. Stephanie was there from the even before I booked the reception site to answer any questions. Along the way she was incredibly informative and helpful and usually got back to me within a day or two. The entire planning process was amazing and on the day of the wedding, Stephanie and her crew were there to help make everything run as smooth as possible and were there supporting me all the way! The food was the best wedding food that you will ever have. In fact, it's the best steak I think I've ever had (and I'm picky!). Everything was cooked perfectly and EVERY SINGLE GUEST complimented me on the food. Yes, it was a little pricey, but it is totally worth it if you care about the food quality. I ended up doing a cash bar and it worked out great, but I would have preferred to do an open bar. The prices on the open bar are out of this world and I couldn't afford them (They started at $25 pp for just beer and wine). The room itself is very clean and modern but has a vintage/rustic flair with the large wooden barn doors and sweet fireplace. I would recommend asking the staff to remove the giant pig though because many of our photos had giant big testicles in it. The only downside, really, was the lack of photo places out on the grounds. You see a lot of the parking lot and neighboring houses that makes it a little difficult for photos. We had a few by the pool that were beautiful and some by the entrance of the Inn. I would also highly recommend staying at the inn and reserving rooms for your guests. It will be the best room that you've ever stayed in! I've stayed in very high class hotels before that were $700.00 a night + and none of them compared to the Inn's rooms. We were more than satisfied with every aspect of our wedding day!

Our daughter's wedding was awesome! Stephanie helped plan every detail every step of the way and was at the wedding to make sure that things ran smoothly. My guests are still commenting on the food! It was great. I would recommend Case Di Fiori highly to anyone!

The Inn at Leola Village is the most unique setting I have ever seen for a wedding reception. Not only are the grounds and rooms beautiful, the food is excellent and the service is fantastic. Everything went so smoothly at our reception, and that would not have happened without all the help of Stephanie Lambert, the Director of Weddings and Special Events. Stephanie made sure that all details were covered and she also is very friendly and personable. Everyone was very flexible and accommodating to the needs of our wedding. I am so happy that we had our wedding reception here and everyone at the wedding was commenting on how wonderful everything was. Our wedding was more perfect than I ever could have imagined and I recommend Casa di Fiori at the Inn at Leola Village without hesitation.

From the beginning of the planning process to the end of our wedding day, our experience with Casa di Fiori was an absolute pleasure. Stephanie, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful, professional and always upbeat. The Casa staff was very courteous and responsive. We've been told by many of our guests that it was the best food and wine they've ever had at a wedding. Our honeymoon suite was included, and it was gorgeous and very romantic.
I researched several other popular reception venues in our area, and this was by far the best value. We got so much more for our money. For what we would have paid just for basic appetizers, chicken or beef entrees and a basic open bar, we were able to offer 6 different appetizers, unique entrees (and no extra charge for our vegetarian guests' meals), a 2 flavor-4 tier awesome wedding cake, and they did all the set-up and clean up exactly the way we wanted.
It was one pleasant suprise after another, and we could not have asked for more!

The reason I chose Casa di Fiori was for the uniquness of the ballroom. Its charm was like no other in the area. I didn't want the typical hotel ballroom. The wonderful rich colors, the beautiful surroundings and the amazing staff made our day perfect. The event director, Stephanie, was so attentive and approchable with anything we needed. She went over every little detail to ensure that our vision was carried out. Our guests made so many compliments about the delicious food and the wonderful white glove service. I would definitely recommend this venue to any couples who want an elegant and unique venue!

Stephanie Lambert was a great planner in putting together our wedding reception from start to finish. The signature martini that she and the bartenders at Mazzi created for our special day was a fan favorite. The food was amazing and the cake was lovely. Minor issues that happened with the lodging was resolved quickly (after having requested none of our guests be placed in one specific type of room at the Inn, many were. They were all moved quickly, thankfully some even before they even checked in!). Overall our event was great and all in attendance had nothing but good feedback for the facilities, staff and the event. We look forward to staying at the inn and dining at Mazzi's for our future aniversaries.
