The entire Bolingbrook experience from start to finish was smooth and exciting. Planning a wedding at Bolingbrook was fun! The process was top notch. I'd recommend a Bolingbrook wedding to anyone who wants to celebrate their special day in style!

The Bolingbrook Golf Club provided the perfect venue experience for our wedding! We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Golf Club. The ceremony space was beautiful and more than large enough (we had about 115 guests attend the ceremony). The reception room was stunning and the food was amazing. We are still receiving compliments on the food that was served througout the entire evening (from cocktail hour through the late night snack) - no one went home with an empty stomach. The staff there is fantastic! Their lines of communication are wide open - I could send an email at any time and would receive a prompt response. They are very helpful and pay great attention to detail. They set up any extra decorations we brought in (cocktail hour vases, centerpieces, menus, ceremony programs, unity candle, etc). It was so nice to not have to worry about gathering family and friends to go set up the venue before the ceremony. We literally had NO worries the day of the wedding, everything was taken care of for us. Having our reception (and ceremony) at the Bolingbrook Golf Club was the absolute best decision we made during our wedding planning process - I honestly couldn't imagine it anywhere else.

The best decision I made during my wedding planning process was picking Bolingbrook Golf Club. All around the internet I saw people bragging about how awesome the wedding coordinator here is, and let me tell you, they're not lying. Taryn is such a joy to work with and goes out of her way to make sure everything is great. I can't say enough nice things about her (and everyone else on the staff, for that matter).
Having a gay wedding, I was a little guarded when looking around at venues because I felt like we would be treated differently. Not so here. Jill, the woman who we booked the wedding with was actually super excited that we'd come in because Bolingbrook Golf Club was attempting to draw in more gay weddings. That was a nice surprise to us after being asked by other places if it was legal for us to get married.
The wedding itself was upstairs in the East Room, and it was just perfect. A great size for our small group, everything was set up perfectly, and it really wasn't that expensive. We got a great value for what we paid. After the wedding, we're still hearing from friends and family how much they loved the venue and how it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to.
Trust me, book your wedding here. You will be so glad you did. I can't rate their golf, but I did have fun driving around on a golf cart to get pictures ahead of time. They even saved us two golf carts to go around and get pictures in case we wanted to. Really, they thought of everything.

You can absolutely not go wrong with Bolingbrook Golf Club!!! Let Taryn be your wedding planner and you wont have another thing to worry about the rest of the way. As the father of the bride, she made this a totally enjoyable and easy experience. The club staff is wonderful, the food wonderful, the grounds and club are excellent... just a wonderful experience the whole way through. Just sad that it had to end... Truly the best choice that you can make! I had so many of my friends and family come to me afterward and say this was the nicest and most fun wedding they had EVER been to.

They have everything down to a T at Bolingbrook! It was such a beautiful venue, the food was great and my vendors had such a easy time working with Bolingbrook. They really made you feel extra special and made your day that much more special.

Getting married at the Bolingbrook Golf Club was the best and easiest decision we had to make. Taryn and the staff made everything so easy, and helped me find other vendors that were affordable. You can't go wrong with this beautiful place. The food was amazing, the course is beautiful, it was such a hit with our family!

Having worked with event planners for 18 years, I was very intensely impressed with Taren. She treats every customer as her ONLY customer, and has an incredible mix of professionalism and warmth! She is detailed, customer driven and really cares about your event!!! Very simply, she creates magic!!

The only suggestion I would make is the recommendation of hotels in the area. The Aloft in Bollingbrook was suggested. As good as Bolingbrook Golf Club was, the Aloft was the direct opposite! They were AWFUL! My hope is that Bolingbook Golf Club will no longer recommend the Aloft!!! We were flooded with comments from our guests....how wonderful Bolingbrook Golf Club was, and what a horrible experience it was to stay at the Aloft. There are plenty of great hotels in the area near the golf club. DO NOT CHOOSE THE ALOFT!!!

As soon as we stepped foot in BGC, we knew that was the venue for our reception!

Taryn, Jill, Janet and all the others are the best. BGC is a beautiful venue to begin with but once Taryn puts all the details together and adds her finishing touches, BGC becomes magical. Our wedding was perfect and the room gorgeous. We are still hearing comments about how beautiful the room was, how good the food was (the best some have ever had at a wedding), and how great the venue was overall.

Janet is.....#1. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the night. Janet took care of us during our tasting and we definitely requested her for the wedding because we knew we were in good hands. If you are going to have your reception at BGC, make sure you ask for Janet as your room captain.

Taryn was just as great. She always responded to emails and calls with tons of questions quickly. If we just popped in with a random question, she was always there with a smile and willing to help. She offered great suggestions. You know your in good hands with Taryn.

We didn't directly work with Jill as we did with Taryn, but she was always there with a smile and willing to help when Taryn wasn't around to help us.

WIth the staff at BGC, you know your wedding will be the night to remember forever.

We were so pleased with how everything was run at BGC! Taryn and Jill were so professional and easy to work with. They accommodated all of our last minute changes without complaint or hesitation. We stayed on schedule all night and received several comments from guests about how great the food was. The space is absolutely beautiful, the service was tremendous, and the food delicious. If I did it all over again, I would pick BGC without any hesitation!

Taryn was so incredibly helpful. Anytime we had a question, we'd shoot her an email and she'd quickly respond. The food was the best wedding food I've ever had and according to SEVERAL of my guests, they said the same thing. The staff was friendly and they were very accomodating.

The Bolingbrook Golf Club, and especially wedding coordinator Taryn Wade, made our wedding the single best wedding I've ever attended in my life, and that's not just because we were the main event. Taryn clearly loves her job, and her infectious enthusiasm makes planning sessions with her a delight. It takes more than a love of one's job to be successful, however, and Mrs. Wade has the experience and expertise to match. She is thorough, quick to follow-up, and helps a busy bride and groom plan a dream wedding with minimal effort. While not officially a "wedding planner," when booking with Taryn, know that you'll have a tremendous amount of advice, experience, and information just a phone call or email away.

Know too that the preferred vendors with whom the Bolingbrook Golf Club works are top notch, and their familiarity with the venue and the staff gives you a true team of professionals working to ensure that your day goes off without a hitch. The event staff, from bartenders to servers, to your own room captain, are all courteous, knowledgable, friendly, and willing to bend over backwards to make sure that your night is everything that you hoped. That the food is absolutely delicious and will not soon be forgotten by you or any of your guests is just icing on the cake.

Working with Taryn and the Bolingbrook Golf Club is an experience that you will not regret, and it is without hesitation that I recommend them to anyone looking for a place to book their reception.

Incredible service from beginning to end. Patience for days and cheerful and positive dispositions from all of the employees. Taryn Hubbs and Althea Jackson where rock stars throughout the whole process, from first deposit to the night of the event. On the day/night of the event, Taryn was a machine! No mistakes, nothing forgotten, and everything coordinated and smoothly yet precisely executed. The event/evening captain was on the ball, too, not missing a beat! Not one negative thing to say about our service! Recommending to everybody!
