After visiting several bridal salons, Betsy Robinson's was the clear choice for me. The customer service is outstanding, the sales associates are incredibly helpful (but not pushy!), and my dress came in early! The salon is beautiful and their dress selection is amazing. I highly recommend Betsy Robinson's to every soon-to-be bride I know :)

The customer service was wonderful. I was nervous to have my dress in a suitcase for a few days but when I took it out there were no wrinkles! I was very impressed!

I purchased a Monique Lhuillier Bliss gown from Betsy Robinson's and was SO GLAD that I went there! I was extremely picky about gowns and was looking for a simple, non-bling, lace/tulle, mermaid silhouette, which is apparently hard to find in Maryland!! I found a discounted sample gown which was in mint condition and it was perfect. Even my seamstress had no idea it was a sample because it was so clean and unworn! I dragged my mom to MANY bridal salons in the area and Betsy's had by far the best selection of upscale designers. I especially liked how they let you browse the racks yourself, and they frequently have trunk shows where you can get a discount on current designer gowns. They also always have older sample gowns on sale. The only negative thing is that they don't officially let you take pictures (but I insisted on taking some of the gown I loved before I bought it because you have to see how it photographs!!!) We bought the gown so long ago that I forget the name of the consultant I worked with, but I remember the whole experience there just being great and very high-end. Definitely go there if you're interested in gorgeous designer gowns!

I was so very happy that I found my dress at Betsy Robinsons. I had visited 6 bridal salons prior and none had the service and selection that Betsy's had. I was thrilled that Kate was able to help me narrow down the selection and make great suggestions, and finally I found what I was looking for. I even found a gorgeous belt that I got so many compliments on at my wedding. They answered my questions with a friendly attitude when I called and I never had difficulty scheduling an appointment, as they are very flexible. Alterations were amazing as well, they had to do a lot of work, but the end result was perfect! Thank you!

This was the 5th salon I visited when looking for my dress. After my initial appointment I recieved a handwritten thank you card from the sales women. I knew after that this would be the place to take care of me and my dress. I ordered my dress in April and it was recieved in August. I did have one problem with my dress, the beading was not included. Betsy Robinson fixed this without a hitch. It was returned to me 3 weeks later corrected. I had two fittings for a tuck and a hem! You also recieve a gift certificate of $60 off of your dress preservation. I will definitley follow through with Betsy Robinson to complete the wedding dress preservation process. Thank you for the most beautiful dress I will ever wear.

The staff at Betsy Robinson's was wonderful to work with. From my first appointment to try gowns to when I picked up my dress, everyone was very helpful. I wanted to try on a specific sample that the store did not carry and they made sure to order it in for me to try. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses there and they were really helpful in picking styles/fabrics. I had all of my fittings done there as well and they did not stop until it was perfect! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I am so happy that my mom told me to go to Betsy Robinson for my dress. I live in new York and am originally from Baltimore. Betsy Robinson has the best selection of dresses and the absolute best device. I found my dress within the first hour in my appointment with joy. I did MIT know what I wanted and was open trying on all different styles. When I finally tried on my Kenneth pool dress... I cried and new that it was for me. I walked out and Betsy herself came out to help me and she was almost in tears. It was a fantastic moment to know how happy she was for me. I had appointment at kleinfelds and all Of the big shops in new York set up already and ended up canceling all of them because of my luck at Betsy Robinson. Their personal attention to me and what I wanted were fabulous. I even found my euro eggplant bridesmaid dress there in the next hour. When I went back for my second fitting, Betsy stayed with me in my dressing room for over an hour to make sure everything was perfect with alterations and It Was! She even introduced me to Thomas knoll who designed a crystal bracelet and earrings for my dress. I wish I could wear this dress all the time. I felt like a Cinderella movie star in it. I can not say enough of good things about Betsy Robinson and her dress collection. If you are looking for the perfect wedding dress and great device to make you feel beautiful... Run to Betsy robinsons.

Picked out an amazing dress. The staff was friendly and easy to make appointments. Gorgeous dresses to choose from, highly recommend!

My daughter found her dream wedding gown at Betsy Robinson's Bridal collection. There were so many choices and the consultant really helped us to consider some we might not have selected on our own. The staff there are very professional and helpful. The selection is great and you will find everything there a bride needs including great jewelry! The consultant tried different sashes and various types of bows until my daughter saw the perfect compliment to her personal style. Then they found the most gorgeous veil we had ever seen that provided the "wow-factor" for the walk down the isle. We wouldn't have been able to put together such a great combination on our own. The fittings went smoothly and the gown fit perfectly and was ready to go by her wedding day. Everyone kept telling us how beautiful her gown was and she was so comfortable in it too. Betsy's should be your first and last stop for the perfect gown.

I planned a fairly large wedding in about 4 months. I have to say Betsy Robinson's was one of the highlights of my entire planning experience. Hands down the best place to go for your dress coming from someone who (I've been told :) is a perfectionist.

After visiting several other nice boutiques in DC and Virginia, I drove to Besty Robinson's since I saw they carried alot of the designer's I liked (Monique especially.) "Possibly" I wish I would have started here first. But I may not have appeciated what I found so am glad I looked around first.

Maria is absolutely fantastic. She worked with me to recreate the exact dress I wanted from a sample dress due to my limited time and budget. Besty (yes Betsy Robinson!) came out and looked at what I wanted to do, started pinning a few things and yes girls - I got that feeling they all talk about (which I really wasn't expecting.) This was it, "the" dress! I think I even saw a tear from Maria, and got the feeling she wanted to find the right dress as much as I did. Rosa, was truly a magician and brought the whole vision to life, with so much patience with me at each fitting. I was never charged extra to re-do things when I wasn't happy. I have a feeling my experience may have cost me a "lot" in alteration costs in DC.

Anyway, my recommendation is to definitely go here. It's worth the drive. There are large rooms of dresses (many of them sample priced.) I also ended up buying a sample "getaway" dress at the last minute here which turned out to be one of the things I and the guests LOVED and commented on the most about. So, 5 stars here, if I could it would be 6+.

Thank goodness we found Betsy Robinson's Bridal Collection. My dress was the very first one I tried on that day. I felt like my consultant really listened to every word that I said. When it came time for alterations, I anticipated that I would have to have a lot of alterations because you always hear those horror stories. My alterations in total cost me $35. They ordered my EXACT size and it was very much appreciated! My bridesmaids dresses also came from Betsy Robinson and I got so many compliments on them. Everyone loved those dresses!! This was a fantastic experience for all!

A friend recommended Betsy Robinson for my wedding dress shopping and I am so thankful she did. This shop was amazing. We ended up driving all the way back to Baltimore from DC later that day to purchase the dress. Maria and the crew at BR were so helpful with selection, and they truly have beautiful, quality dresses at all price points. My group joked that we got "the Kleinfeld" experience there, but it's true...they were so professional but kind too. We didn't ever feel pressured to buy or hurried out of the store, but very comfortable and glamorous! Definitely worth the drive, even around the Beltway!
