We cannot recommend Ashley Douglass more highly—she is the absolute best. Working with her was a truly exceptional experience that resulted in a spectacular, magical wedding weekend for our daughter and son-in-law.
Ashley is a master of creativity, style, and taste, and she seamlessly brought their wedding vision and dreams to life. Every single part of the weekend felt infused with love, care, and originality.
What truly sets Ashley apart is her professionalism and demeanor: she is a drama-free event planner who handles complex logistics with grace. She and her fabulous team consistently treated everyone—from our family to all the vendors—with great respect, representing our needs perfectly.
Her vendor curation is outstanding. She introduced us to the very best and most creative professionals, who were all excellent and lovely to work with. We adored all of our vendors -- photographer, videographer, band, VENUE, floral designer - Ashley knows the best of the best. Furthermore, her attention to detail extended to our family, as she proactively took all the needs of our older relatives into account, ensuring comfort and joy for everyone.
Choosing Ashley was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. We are still riding on the joy of the beautiful celebration she created. -

What an absolute joy and privilege to work with Ashley Douglass and her incredible team. Throughout the weekend every detail was perfectly considered and executed, and Ashley's attention to detail, kindness, and positivity put us at ease and allowed us to bask in the wedding weekend. From the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday, to the intimate Ceremony (which I think was the highlight for both of us), to the dancing and partying late into the night, every moment of this weekend exceeded our dreams. Ashley's vision, communication, and professionalism are unmatched. Throughout the planning process, whenever we felt uneasy or ran into an unexpected road bump, we knew we could count on Ashley to be calm, cool, collected, and graceful under pressure. We could not recommend Ashley more highly! -

Right from the start, Ashley brought incredible support and expertise to every step of the process!
Her communication and responsiveness were excellent she was always there when we needed her and kept us updated at every step of the process. I really appreciated how she understood the importance of design to me and worked tirelessly to craft the perfect look for our wedding. She sent over amazing design boards, which helped us define our style, and introduced us to vendors who truly captured our vision.
Her creativity and vision brought our wedding day to life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. She was so in tune with what we wanted, and she always offered creative suggestions that elevated the entire experience.
Her organization and planning were seamless, even when Mother Nature threw us a curveball. It basically monsooned on our wedding day, and almost the entire event was planned to be outdoors. But Ashley handled everything like the pro she is, with backup plans A, B, C, and D. Our guests were amazed at how everything still flowed so smoothly and had no idea just how much had to be altered from our original plan. The wedding was still perfect, and I owe that entirely to Ashley’s meticulous planning and problem-solving skills.
What sets Ashley apart is not just her skill, but her amazing personality. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Ashley made it fun. She’s so approachable and easy to work with, and her positive, upbeat attitude made even the most stressful moments feel manageable. She coordinated flawlessly with all our vendors and kept everything on track, making sure our day was exactly what we had dreamed of.
I can honestly say that working with Ashley was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner who combines professionalism, creativity, and fun. Thank you, Ashley, for making our day unforgettable! -

New England Country Spring Wedding
We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided by Ashley Douglass and her team! Our wedding was logistically complicated, with multiple venues and hotels, and Ashley handled everything with professionalism and precision so the weekend went off without a hitch.
I would say that throughout the planning process I was a bit indecisive at times, but Ashley was incredibly patient and offered wonderful guidance without judgment. Her vendor recommendations were A+++ and she completely understood my style and preferences when it came to design.
We are so grateful for the whole staff’s hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is professional, compassionate, and truly talented, Ashley Douglass is the way to go. Thank you, Ashley and team!! -

I cannot say enough about how amazing it was to work with Ashley! She is a true pro. She has an incredible eye for design, and works with the best vendors in the business - truly every vendor she recommended was STELLAR. Never in my wildest dreams could I have dreamt up anything like what she executed for my wedding. She thought of literally everything, down to the smallest detail. Her day-of staff were also totally incredible, and available for any need that came up. I will miss talking to Ashley every day - she was a JOY to work with and made the wedding planning process as stress-free as it could have possibly been! -

If you are lucky enough to have the chance to work with Ashley and her team... do it!!! I could not recommend Ashley Douglass enough. Not only did she bring my vision to life - she made the entire planning process easy, stress-free and fun. I will miss working with her! She is such a joy to work with - she has the kindest and biggest heart, and such a positive energy. She is incredibly talented - She has a subtle way of being your fearless leader, but also being your teammate throughout the entire process. Everyone said I was a very calm and chill bride, but I can tell you single-handedly that it was because I knew I had Ashley and her team working behind the scenes, making sure everything was absolutely perfect.
