I had a custom wedding band made for my engagement ring. They kept my ring for 3 times as long as they quoted. I didn't get my band until 2 days before the wedding and it was not the right size. Then I had to have it resized twice and they no longer fit together. I ended up getting the band remade by a different jeweller because it made me angry everytime I looked at it.
