We bought both of our rings at Andrews. The saleswoman extended a sale for us and gave us an extra 10% off discount. The jewelry is beautiful and their service was fabulous!
Our experience with Andrew's Jewelers was very pleasant. We bought both bride and groom rings from there and we had great professional service every time we were in there. I actually ordered my wife’s ring around Christmas time so it took a little longer to get it back and getting in touch with the person I was dealing with was at times a little difficult, but considering the timing it was understandable. Ever since we got our rings however we are always welcomed when we enter the store and they always seem to remember us, which is incredible considering the amount of people that come and go every day from there. Overall our experience with Andrew's was great and I wouldn't go anywhere else for future jewelry purchases!
My husband and I both got our rings from Andrews.. Goood lawawy plan for those on a budget! Not super professional, but they were okay. Had a few problems with the protection plan payments, but it all got squard away,and we're hapy now!
We took in my family heirloom ring to have a diamond added as is tradition as we pass the ring down in our family.They not only lost our ring but also refused to give us a ring of comparable value,stating this was an unfortunate mistake but thing like this happen sometimes.NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
We used the Andrews Jeweler in Carmel, IN, and went through the manager named Kay. She is absolutely amazing!!! She helped my husband work out a deal, that no other employee or jeweler would work with him. She has now moved to the location in the Greenwood, IN mall. But because her alone, we will only go to her wherever she goes to manage.
I love Andrews and definitely recommend them to everyone getting married. Their diamonds always look good and the employees always make sure you get what you need.
We love Andrews! Our rings are beautiful and everyone has been so friendly every time we go in. Our favorite gal (Kay in Carmel) walked me to my car the last time I was there. She truly cared about our big day!
With only 10 days to plan my wedding, I figured the jeweler would not be able to get the groom's ring in on time for our wedding day. This was true; however, they loaned me a ring that looked exactly like the one I ordered with a sizer since it was a little big so that we would have his ring for the pictures on our wedding day and be able to wear the same ring until his came in. His ring came in one day after the wedding, and we switched out the loaner for his permanent ring. The price was excellent and the ring was gorgeous. They were lifesavers with the loaner ring. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and I would highly recommend them.
They worked with us on a price and with the sizing of my ring because I have very small hands and my ring size is under the norm I guess. They had to make sure that all the diamonds would fit on it and it would look right on my hand. I got a set and it was perfect! Plus their warranty and cleaning is great!
My husband had my Andre Lazar ring specially made and was able to choose band. It is from a special collection and I have not seen anyone else with this ring. It is a princess cut solitatire diamond with major clarity. Very prompt service as well.
