  Andrew was my make up artist for my wedding party at the William Aiken House on May 2nd and I absolutely loved working with him!!! I am from manhattan and i was very nervous that I wouldnt't be able to find a makeup artist who understood my style and vision, but Andrew really did! He's well travelled and worked for some top tier brands so he was able to pick the right products for me to creat a romantic but polished look!
  
  He did my make up for both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding and spent as much time needed to make sure I was happy! He was able to create amazing looks for me and my family including my mother and my 10 year old cousin. I am now withing Andrew lived in New York because I would go to him all the time!!

  So my experience with Andrew was not for a wedding photo session, but for business photographs. I can say, though, that anyone would be lucky to have their makeup done by him. He is not only the consummate professional, he makes the entire experience really fun! I had never had a photo session of moi, so I was kind of nervous. But, the moment I got in his makeup chair, that went away. He has a really lovely demeanor. And, I can honestly say that the photographs (even unfinished) were darn near flawless. Andrew really knows how to accentuate your best features and take your natural beauty and give it a KA-POW! Never mind the tricks I learned from him. Lovely guy and really knows his stuff!   I have known Andrew Peterson for several years, but had not used him until this past February. I work in a hotel DT charleston and we always had our preferred vendors, but we knew we needed to get more experienced hair and make-up stylists that were up to date with the latest styles and trends. I knew I needed to try Andrew out, especially hearing how great he was. I took a risk because the client was the Editor and Chief of a major worldwide magazine. When I reached out to him about doing this, he followed up with me and my client up until the time they arrived into Charleston. They needed his services at 6:00 am and at 5:55 am, Andrew was at the hotel and texted me he was here. The client was so pleased with the make-up and hired him back the next day. After this, I added him to our wedding/corporate vendor list. Words can't express his talent...Thank you Andrew for all you do to make people feel and look beautiful.

  The team was fabulous and my make up stayed on all day! It was flawless and I wasn't even the bride! I will be booking them to do me and my maids for my upcoming wedding. Even the most dramatic make up application looks natural and highlights your best features. This team is beyond expectation!

  I first met Andrew when a friend recommended him to show my daughter how to do her make up for her first job interview with a major fashion house in NYC. Not only did he give her the perfect look but showed how to achieve it in her own. I was doubly impressed when he called a few weeks later to see how the interview went. He is a complete professional but also a warm a caring individual who always goes out of his way to make his clients happy. Here we are, twelve years later, and he has just done makeup for her wedding.

  Nikki Shealy with Andrew C Peterson International Make up Artist has done my makeup for 3 weddings I have been part of and is phenomenal every time. She makes you feel and look your absolute best and is such a fun kind spirit. Also just referred Nikki to a neighbor for prom and they sent me a thank you saying how happy they were with her work and how beautiful the girls looked and felt after. You can't go wrong with this team!

  Andrew did my makeup along with my mom's and bridesmaids' makeup and did a phenomenal job. He was so pleasant to work with and wow, was I pleased with the results. He really listened to what I wanted and my makeup turned out great. Highly recommended!! He's SO wonderful! He knows what he's talking about, knows his products, and knows how to make you look fabulous.

  Andrew did makeup for me, my mother, and all of my bridesmaids on my wedding day, and he did an awesome job! After meeting with a few others makeup artists, I knew within a few minutes of meeting Andrew that I wanted him there on my big day. Even aside from skills and experience, I wanted people around who I clicked with that day, and Andrew was a total sweetheart. I would consider myself pretty difficult to please with makeup generally, and was seriously considering doing my own makeup for my wedding, but I am SO GLAD I went with Andrew - looking back at the pictures, my makeup has never looked better!

  Andrew did a wonderful job on my makeup application for my engagement photos. He knows exactly what looks best and what is going to stand out in photographs. Our pictures were chosen in a national contest against hundreds of entries to be published in Glamour Magazine. Thank you so much, Andrew!

In addition, he has provide consultations for me with make-up and skin care for everyday living. Andrew was kind, but he took SO LONG to do my makeup which took some of my time away from pictures. It was over an hour and a half. After he left, we ended up wiping half of it off because it was just so heavy and it had so much glitter. I didn't feel like myself and tried to mention this but felt ignored. Rather than again say I wasn't comfortable with it, I opted to say it was good just so I could hurry and change into my dress and have it fixed so I could get ready for photos.
