Wonderful experience

I am so glad I hired Trisha as my hairstylist for my wedding! She did a wonderful job helping me look and feel beautiful. I know my bridal party was also very happy with her work! I had her style my hair in an updo, which lasted through the entire afternoon and evening! Her makeup artist was also wonderful and managed to make my eyes really pop! I can’t recommend this salon enough!

Hire trisha!

This review is long overdue! Trisha was recommended to me by my wedding planner and was such a joy to work with. I can honestly say I have never looked or felt as amazing as I did on my wedding day and that was in large part due to her and her magic! Trisha first came to my house to do a hair and makeup trial and I was instantly sold. I didn't have a really clear idea of what I wanted, just a few Pinterest picture ideas, but Trisha took my loose description and totally ran with it to turn it into perfection. My bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, and aunt all had their hair and makeup done and looked fabulous, not only on the day of but in all of our pictures! Trisha was very responsive and flexible (I had a bridesmaid who could not make up her mind on whether or not she wanted her makeup done and what kind...Trisha just kept altering the proposal and promptly sending it back to me without any complaint). I have already recommended Trisha to a friend who was blown away by her hair and makeup trial as I knew she would be. I would hire her again for any event in a heartbeat! I also truly enjoyed chatting and getting to know her throughout the process. She's fantastic and you need her for your big day!

I felt like a queen!

Working with Trisha was so much fun and stress free!! She is so talented, and helped go above and beyond to make my vision for my hair and make-up not only come true, but look better than I could've imagined! I truly felt like a princess :) she also was able to do hair for 8 girls within 5 hours, including doing touch-ups and adding hair pieces, and my bridal make-up. I know that is no easy feat!! Wonderful hair and make-up -- thank you, Trisha!

Trisha is amazing! My bridesmaids and I loved working with her and her team for our hair and make-up. She is very professional and friendly, and we all loved our looks. In particular, one of my friends never is able to get her extremely hair straight to curl, yet Trisha was able to pull it off, and her hair stayed wavy for the whole wedding!

For my bridal hair and make-up, Trisha was very accommodating for my trial and listened thoughtfully to what I was hoping for - something polished but still natural, and she definitely nailed the look!

All in all, loved working with her and would highly recommend! Thanks Trisha!

Amazing Work!

I’m so happy I chose Trisha Uraje for my wedding hair and makeup! Trisha and her team at Amazing Occasions were nothing but professional on my wedding day, and I was blown away by their work not only for me but for my entire bridal party. Despite having a large party and needing to work quickly, they took the time to listen to my girls’ requests and make sure everything was exactly how they liked it. The girls were in love with the results and I was too. Trisha and her team were timely, quick, and even finished ahead of schedule! I chose the Diamond Package because I wanted to spoil my friends, and Trisha arrived with champagne and muffins as promised. Prior to the wedding day, Trisha did my hair and makeup for our engagement photos and an additional trial session for bridal hair and makeup. She was very receptive to feedback and ensured I was absolutely satisfied with my look before she was done. The absolute best!

I used Trisha for my engagement photos and wedding and am so happy I did!

I had a huge party that needed hair and makeup (me, 11 bridesmaids, and my mother-in-law) and Trisha and her team not only did a beautiful job, but finished ahead of schedule. She was so friendly, very responsive to e-mails/phone calls/texts, and receptive to what your hair and makeup requests or concerns are.

I'm not very keen on hair and makeup and wasn't sure what would look best on me, but Trisha definitely has an act for what made me (and my bridal party) look amazing.

Book her now - you will definitely not be disappointed!

Amazing!!!

The name fits this fantastic group of people- amazing! Trisha and her group of ladies are so incredibly professional, talented, and efficient! Trisha was able to do two hair trials for me and talk me through them so that I could truly find my vision among two conflicting hairstyle ideas. She even found time in her schedule to do my semi-permanent lashes, which came out beautifully! She is so wonderful to spend time with and I'm so happy that she did the hair for my wedding party, MOB/MOG, and me on the wedding day. Everyone's hairstyles (and makeup) looked great and lasted! Highly recommend!! Trisha is exceptional and very reliable! I couldn't believe how gorgeous my wedding hair and makeup turned out. I looked like a goddess! My husband was stunned when he saw me. I am beyond happy that I used Amazing Occasions for my wedding day hair and makeup up! Trisha was so great to work with! She was very professional, easy to contact, and very responsive to all my questions. I was worried about not having enough time to get through everyone's hair and make up, so she came an hour earlier than needed, and we were done way ahead of schedule, which took so much pressure off our timeline. She was very willing to go over the timeline more than once so I felt comfortable with how the day would go, and it really could not have gone better. My hair and makeup trial was also perfect. It started with a consultation so Trisha and Emily (the makeup artist) could get an idea of what I wanted, and then they gave me exactly that. Trisha and Emily were punctual and so friendly the day of. All of my bridesmaids, my mom, my grandmother, and myself got ready in a hotel room, and it was great to have them there. Having them on location was the best part. We all looked INCREDIBLE. The most impressive part was that our hair and makeup lasted all day! My sister-in-law booked them on the spot for her wedding because they both made such a good impression. Overall, I am extremely happy we choses Amazing Occasions for our hair and makeup. They did such a wonderful job, and everyone was happy with their look, which is not always easy with a large group. I chose Amazing Occasions because of their excellent reviews, and I am so happy I get to give them one! I would recommend them to every bride! They really do live up to their name "amazing!"

WOW! What a pleasure it was dealing with Trisha and her incredibly talented staff! I booked Trisha after my Matron of Honor used her for her wedding, and I was so happy with my decision. Every email was responded to in a timely fashion, and Trisha was extremely flexible with my desired services. When it came time for my trial, I had Jasmine doing my makeup and Hailey doing my hair. Oh my goodness- they were FANTASTIC! Both Jasmine and Hailey were able to look at my inspiration pictures and talk with me about my vision in order to create the perfect wedding day look for me! When my big day arrived, we all had a BLAST getting ready! I had 4 bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, and myself, all getting hair and makeup done. Jasmine and Hailey were both incredibly efficient and their attention to detail was top notch. My wedding day look came out even better than my trial! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend both Jasmine and Hailey - thank you so much for making my vision come to life!

Trisha did an amazing job for my wedding! She was very efficient and everyone's hair looked awesome. My hair stayed intact all night, even though I danced A LOT, and my makeup stayed in place, mascara included, even though I cried about three times. Brides look no further! Book Trisha! Hair and makeup was my last vendor to book and hands down the one that made me most anxious. Sadly, I’ve seen so many brides turn out with cakey makeup and not like the best version of themselves on their day or they have the flawless finish but the cost is astronomical! Trisha to the rescue!!! She is incredible! I felt like the absolute best version of me on my wedding day! She took in all my requests during our trial together and put together a stunning look, and then remembered each part for wedding day! I wasn’t exactly sure about how I wanted my hair at my trial and when she was finished I knew the second I saw myself it was just the look I wanted! She is knowledgeable, friendly, talented, professional, communicative, and amazing at what she does! 10/5 if I could! Trisha made my hair and make up so beautiful on my wedding day, my bridesmaid were also very happy! I usually never wear make up, so anything on my face makes me feel awkward. I told her in the beginning that I wanted something natural and she did exactly that! She used make up where you were able to still my freckles and didn't look like my face was "cakey". I am so incredibly happy and am glad I went with her! She is extremely professional and prompt in responses, which is much needed as someone who was already dealing with a lot for their big day! She was early and helped my 5 girls with their mu&h as well, bringing in additional help who was also great.

Trisha was amazing!! She made me, my mother in law, and bridesmaids all look and feel beautiful. I used her for both my engagement and wedding. She could not have been kinder and easier to work with! I'm so glad Trisha was available to provide hair and makeup services at my wedding. I found her through a vendor day at my venue and went to her studio in Manassas for my trial. Initially, I was planning on doing my own makeup, however Emily was my makeup artist and her skill and talent convinced me to book both services for myself, bridesmaids, and mothers. She was willing to work with me and my preferences and I was very happy with how my makeup and hair turned out. Trisha is a genius with hair. I can't believe how amazing it looked. It was just as I pictured it and she was willing to also work with me to make any changes from my trial. Both were early and set up on the day of and super efficient with timing, everyone was done well before the pictures/ceremony. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Amazing Occasions!

I found Amazing Occasions at the beginning of April 2018 for my May 2018 wedding. I booked another salon beforehand, but after doing the hair and make up trial I did not feel pretty, nor did I feel like I looked like myself. Trisha responded to my late night inquiry within a few minutes. I scheduled a trial with Kimberly at the salon the following weekend. She was incredibly patient with me and made all the requested adjustments. After the trial, I felt at ease and I booked services for myself and my bridal party that day. Trisha was very responsive to all of my emails before the wedding. My wedding was this past weekend and Kimberly did my hair and make up and then the hair for my bridesmaids and our groomswoman. Jasmine did make up for the mother of the groom and my bridesmaids. Both stylists were very professional and made us look our best for the wedding. Kimberly even spent extra time redoing the back of my hair because I changed my vision after she finished my hair. I would highly recommend this vendor!

Trisha was excellent to work with! She is so responsive to emails and answered all my questions so quickly. From the first time meeting her at the trial, I knew I had made the right decision. She is very calm and professional. At my trial, she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. On the day of the wedding, she arrived extra early to make sure traffic did not hold her up. She showed me my look each step of the way to make sure I liked what she had done so far. My sister and mother in law also had their hair and makeup done and were very pleased. My wedding was a few weeks ago and I have been holding off on writing a review to try and find the best words possible to let people know how incredible Trisha is. I have come to find out that words do not describe how kind, patient, talented, easy going, and understanding Trisha is! I booked with her well in advanced and because of this we have had many interactions and emails. To say that I felt like Trisha was my friend would be an understatement. We came to find out that we had similar things in common, one of them being my child and one of her children have the same name! She did my hair and makeup for my engagement pictures, my hair and makeup wedding trial, and my most favorite, semi permanent eyelash extensions for my wedding. I was far from a prepared bride. Trisha was always professional and made it clear that it was okay! I am still in awe on how I looked on my wedding day. My makeup and hair was stunning and flawless! Trisha and Kimberly were great and my day of hair and makeup was beautiful. I scheduled my hair and makeup trial the morning of my engagement pictures. Trisha accidentally left her airbrush makeup tool somewhere so, instead of rescheduling (because she knew about the engagement photos) she did my trial with regular makeup and then scheduled another free airbrush makeup trial. Turns out I liked the regular makeup better and did that for my wedding, and I would not have known that if she had not forgotten the airbrush tool, because I thought I was set on airbrush! Also, Trisha is just a really nice, smart, and cool person!

My wedding day "natural look with a pop" was beautiful and all my photos look great. After the trial, I decided to go with a slightly fancier hairstyle than we did during the trial, and Trisha executed it perfectly on the wedding day. We had not practiced it with the bridal hair piece or the extensions (which she puts in for free) and it came out amazingly. All my bridesmaids hair looked amazing as well. One wanted a more rustic look whereas her hairstyle was tighter, so she took it down, but I actually really liked what Kimberly did. Trisha also did a good job dealing with my mom respectfully, who was complaining about her hairstyle because she wanted a blowout. Amazing Occasions doesn't do blow outs--go to a salon for that! That was my mom's issue, not Trisha's and I applaud how she dealt with it and am sorry she had to. Also, Trisha had booked a very small morning wedding the morning before mine which made me very nervous, but she came on time and we were not rushed at all. I do wish she had told me though, because we ended up booking an assistant, Kimberly, to make sure we stay on schedule. Only thing I'd change is a wish I bought a touch up lipstick, as it definitely was not as bright by ceremony time. Amazing Occasions was great and I highly recommend booking Trisha!

Trisha did the hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids on the day of the wedding. Let me tell you---she is extremely patient and talented! I had THREE hair trials, each time I would get my hair done and it looked great and my vision would change. Trisha was super accommodating and didn't judge me when I kept coming back to get it re-done. On the day of the wedding my hair was perfect, it had the exact amount of volume I wanted and my bun was elegant and classy. She also works quickly and finished way ahead of schedule. I can't say enough amazing things about Trisha. My hair and makeup looked absolutely fantastic on the day of - and given that my hair is notoriously unruly, this in and of itself was a miracle. The hair and makeup stayed put all day long, despite no small amount of sweating on my part throughout the day. Even though some light rain and misting early in the day, the curls in my hair didn't budge. She also did two of my bridesmaids' hair, which turned out beautifully. Trisha was prompt, professional, and reasonable in her pricing. I also did a trial beforehand, and Trisha was extremely accommodating during that and willing to adjust based on my input. Highly recommend hiring Trisha for your big day!

Trisha did an AMAZING job with my makeup and hair. In particular, I thought my makeup was spectacular!! She did hair for me, my mother, and 7 bridesmaids before the wedding and finished on time. I was super impressed because one of my bridesmaids was being high maintenance about her hair and Trisha took the time to do it over TWICE with zero complaints. My mother in law also wanted some last minute makeup and Trisha spent a few minutes on her makeup, even though she wasn't scheduled to have anything done. Everything looked BETTER than my trial. Overall I was so pleased with Trisha and her services. A friend asked for her info after the event for another girl's wedding! Thank you so much to Trisha and her team!

Trish and Jasmine were amazing! Easy to communicate with, extremely flexible and easy going. After the trial hair/makeup session I decided I wanted less makeup (never wear makeup). She made me feel like a princess and myself + a little makeup and eyelashes :) !!! Myself and 7 other women, full hair and makeup from 930am to 1:45pm! COMPLETE! Trisha is awesome! She did my engagement hair and makeup and when I kept changing who was getting their hair and makeup done for my wedding, she was very accommodating. We added bridesmaids makeup and my mom's hair in the last weeks and she brought Ashley to help, who was awesome too. She made sure I loved my hair and makeup, made me and my girls feel beautiful! On top of that, everything photographed beautifully!

Trisha was a blast to work with! She was able to provide hair and make up services to a total of 9 people for my wedding day. Our hair and make up turned out absolutely amazing! We had so many compliments all night long on our make up and hair and how stunning it was! = ) She was available for hair and make up trials before the wedding and was able to travel the day of my wedding and provide her services at our wedding venue which was so easy and convenient! Her pricing was also very reasonably priced compared to other vendors and her quality of service is absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and I'm beyond happy I choose Trisha to help get me and my girls looking beautiful for my wedding! = )

We used Amazing Hair and Makeup for both hair and makeup for my recent wedding. They traveled to the venue and provided services for 11 individuals. I have been in a lot of weddings and felt that I hadn't seen a hair/makeup team do a better job. Everyone looked stunning! And they were fast, finishing ahead of our timeline. After realizing I didn't hire enough hair and makeup professionals to allow my bridal party to wake up at a reasonable hour, Trisha scrambled to find other professionals that she trusted so we could move our start time back. Despite the last minute request, she was able to find enough people to move our start time back to something I was comfortable with. She also did my hair exactly how I wanted it, and I know that I wasn't the best at describing what I wanted and it wasn't necessarily something she did a lot. Despite that, she was able to understand what I was asking for and delivered. I would recommend her and her team without hesitation to anyone!

I hired Trisha after an unpleasant experience with another Hair/Make-Up vendor. I went to Trisha's home for a trial and could not have been happier. My make-up was not overdone and she really listened to what I had to say. I loved how my skin glowed and eyebrows popped. She is very affordable and accommodating--not to mention, quick. I had her come to my venue (Black Horse Inn) to do my make-up/hair on the morning of---and she brought another artist (Ashley?) who was sweet as can be. All my girls and Moms looked beautiful. BOOK HER! No. Brainer. -- In case you need more info on our experience -- Trisha is amazing! My (future) sister-in-law had someone to do her hair and everyone's make-up and the bridesmaids had originally decided to just do their own hair. Three weeks before the wedding I started emailing around to see if someone was available if people did want their hair professionally done. Trisha had another wedding that day, but squeezed us in before her other gig early Saturday morning. My hair looked amazing -- the wedding planner asked me who did it! (Fear not, I gave her Trisha's card). Trisha was very responsive in email exchanges leading up to the wedding day, showed up on time to a venue that's not easy to find, was so easy to work with, and made our hair look amazing. She's so very kind and wonderful, not to mention talented! Hire her!!!!

Trisha is the most amazing person--oh and she's amazing at her craft! I have never been more gorgeous than when she did my hair and makeup. She really listens to what you want as your look and aims to please--good thing she succeeds! On top of being incredibly talented with make-up and hair, she is a wonderful, caring and calming influence. As I told her, she's one of the only calm people I was around on the day of! Definitely something to look for in a stylist. ALSO, she did an amazing job with EIGHT of my bridesmaid/mothers. She made it so easy and simple for everyone to get what they want. Trisha was amazing to work with, and did a beautiful job with my bridal hair and makeup. My bridesmaids and Mom were also very pleased with their hair, some of which had really difficult thick hair. Trisha managed her time well, and kept things low stress and fun! Trisha is awesome! She is the most affordable that I was able to find for the amount of people that I had. But don't let that fool you! I had my make up and hair done for myself, my 6 bridesmaids, MOG, and MOB. Everyone looked stunning! Absolutely no complaints! Trisha also did my hair and make up for my engagement photo shoot and it was flawless! The day of the wedding, I had her bring in additional stylists because of the time crunch. She was super flexible, and the additional stylists she hired did a great job. I would definitely recommend using Trisha's services for any amazing occasion!

The company name says it all. Trisha was beyond amazing; she is just able to look at your face or hair and come up with some perfect that you may or may not have picked for yourself. She was also really great at adjusting on the fly since we had a few bridesmaids who asked for some changes to their hair halfway through (and maybe even the bride despite having a trial...). Her prices are unbeatable and her demeanor relaxed, but very professional. Her assistant who did make up for my ladies was great too. Highly recommend Trisha for any and all hair/MU needs

Trisha and her team were amazing! I purchased her Diamond and Pearls package which allowed me to have my make-up and hair for my engagement pictures and wedding. Trisha did my hair and Julianna did my make-up for both occassions. It was absolutely flawless and I felt gorgeous. They each listened carefully to what I was looking for and were able to recreate it better than I could have imagined. They were responsive to feedback and were willing to tweak things until things were perfect. They nailed my “day-of” look! The day of the wedding, Julianna did the make-up for the bridal party (10 of us total) and another stylist was brought in to do hair for my seven bridesmaids as well as my mother and mother-in-law. We called her the wedding wizard because she did incredible things with hair- fine hair with little body stayed curled all night, complicated updos survived the dance floor, and most importantly- it all looked natural and soft. Everyone looked stunning and felt great. I can’t recommend them enough. Trisha and her team are extremely talented and would be a great addition to anyone’s wedding.

Trisha and Ashley did the best job!! Leading up to the event, Trisha responded to all of my (many) emails promptly and answered about a million questions. My make up looked AMAZING. My husband said I looked a thousand times better than he did on our wedding day. :-) I was impressed with how well she highlighted my features. (I am Asian and have monolid eyes and a relatively flat face).

She also did an amazing job on my hair and my bridesmaids’ hair. All 5 of us have different hair types (from thick and straight to wavy to curly to fine and thin). She knew how to work with all of our hair types. She is very experienced and professional. She is also very friendly and a fun person to get ready with on your wedding day. I would highly recommend her.

Booking Amazing Occasions ended up being one of my best decisions! After much contemplation over whether to even get professional make up, I decided to go with one of Trisha's packages to make things easier. My package was for hair and make up for 7 people, and included a bridal hair and make up trial. I am so happy I ended up buying the whole package from Amazing Occasions instead of booking hair and make up separately or only certain services for certain people.

Trisha took care of everything. She and her assistant came to the venue early to set up and they were all ready to go by the time we finished up decorating. They were super flexible, which was a huge help when coordinating 7 women. The best part was Trisha and Lizzeth's experience and opinions. Trisha helped come up with ideas for my hair style and basically took over on make up because I had no idea what I wanted. They made all of the girls look really natural, which fit perfectly with my outdoor wedding.

Book with Trisha, she is truly the best and will make things so much easier for you on your big day.

I can't say enough great things about Trisha and Lizzeth, who did our hair and make-up (respectively) on-site for my wedding. Trisha was incredibly responsive and flexible. I scheduled a trial, and she somehow completed both my up-do and make-up in an hour! I was shocked how quickly and perfectly the work was done. Particularly as I couldn't provide much guidance as far as what I wanted (I never get my hair or make-up done, and can't do either particularly well on my own). She went with her gut and my vague answers, and made me look more beautiful than I ever have. The wedding day went equally as well. Trisha knocked out all of our hairdos (4x) in about two hours. Lizzeth did our make-up, and she was fantastic! I deferred to her expertise as far as what (and how much) to apply, and am so happy I did. Trisha and Lizzeth are consummate professionals. Can't wait to see the pictures! Highly recommended!

Trisha was amazing! I didn't have a ton of vision when it came to my wedding day hair & makeup. I was able to show her multiple pictures that I liked and she made it come to life. I loved the fact that I still looked like me - just a much better version of myself. Not only did she do a great job on me but my bridesmaids and the moms also looked great, everyone was so pleased with their look. I had no idea where to begin my search for a wedding hair and makeup stylist. All I knew was that I did not want to spend an arm and a leg for the services. I began to email different stylists I found on Weddingwire with some pricing inquiries and other questions. Trisha was one of the first to respond immediately and she was willing to work with me on pricing! This flexibility on its own warranted a meeting. When I met Trisha for the first time she was so easy to talk to and she made me even more excited about my big day! I had a trial at her home studio about a month before my wedding and I couldn't believe the transformation! I have pretty thin hair, but Trisha made it look like I had so much more volume! She was also willing to listen to my suggestions and critiques and made sure to follow up a week later after I had time to show my family and friends some pictures and get their feedback. She arrived on time the morning of my wedding and was ready to go. She did the hair for my four bridesmaids and hair and makeup for me in just a few hours! I received so many compliments that day! The process of searching for a hair/makeup artist was the most daunting part of the planning process for me because I had no idea what I was looking for. Until I found Trisha. From our very first email exchanges, I knew she would be great to work with, she was so friendly and responsive. She is also insanely talented. I changed my mind on how I wanted my hair at the last minute, and only vaguely described what I wanted. She was able to come up with something that was better than anything you can find on the internet. Everyone who got their hair and makeup done was beyond pleased and I've never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. Trisha was such a wonderful vendor to work with! She did my make up and the make up for all of my bridesmaids, and it came out beautifully in person and in pictures. They also did the hair for my bridesmaids, which was a side parted french braid that hung loosely above their shoulders. Everyone was complimenting the girls because of how good their hair looked, and despite them all having very different hair types, she made them all look great. She and her assistant made sure we all looked perfect and were so pleasant to be around. I also did a trial with Trisha a few months prior and she came all the way out to the venue because it was close to and convenient for me. I also requested services that were a bit different than her packages so she created a custom package for me that was very reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to have their make up done on their special day because she certainly added to the happiness!

I contacted Amazing Occasions after having two trials with other vendors. Trisha and Juliana were very professional and really worked with me to achieve the look I wanted. They stayed on time the day of the wedding (so important!!) and made me and my bridesmaids look fabulous! Plus they are so nice to work with - I would highly recommend Amazing Occasions.

Trisha at Amazing Occasions did an amazing job on my Wedding makeup and she did my two sisters and Mom. We couldn't have been more pleased with her work! My bridal look was something that was very important to me and how I wanted it to look in pictures. Trisha did an amazing job and put to life what I wanted my makeup to look like. She is very professional and reasonably priced. If you need a makeup artist Trisha at Amazing Occasions is the person to see!

Trisha was amazing. She is professional and responds to you almost immediately. She showed up exactly when she said she would and is very fast with hair and everyone's hair looked awesome. I would totally recommend her to anyone looking for hair and make up services.

Trisha was wonderful to work with! She was running a free trial for hair and makeup and I was so pleased with the trial run that we hired her for the wedding day. She did my makeup for engagement photos and also the hair and makeup for the wedding (along with my mom and 3 bridesmaids). I love that she offers traveling services, it was so nice to wake up at the wedding venue and have the beautifying team come to us. :) I was very happy with my bridal look and everyone looked amazing. A huge thanks to Trisha and her team for making us look beautiful on the big day!

Trisha and her assistant were absolutely fabulous.

My trial left me really excited as I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Trisha was able to ask a few questions that helped pick a style that was flattering for hair and make-up.

On the day of Trisha was able to take pictures that were given to her from my bridesmaids and recreate the hair styles in the pictures flawlessly. Her assistant did an AMAZING job with the make up, receiving high praises from one of my bridesmaid who hates to wear make-up. It was done, to flatter each bridesmaid in pictures but also when you were looking at someone close up.

I would highly recommend Amazing Occasions and if I ever have the occasion for professional services again I will be sure to use her again.

Trisha was absolutely amazing! She was patient, prompt, efficient and really listened to how I wanted to look and made it happen. I would highly recommend her for your wedding or other event. It was so nice that she came to my hotel room so that all I had to do that morning was shower and relax.

Trisha is the best. I was a little hesitant to get hair and makeup done since I had a previous trial from another vendor that made me look horrible. Trisha understood my concerns, convinced me to give it another try, and I'm so glad she did. For my trial she listened to what my concerns and wants were, and then delivered a beautiful finished product! I took a friend and we were both convinced that she would do a fantastic job.
Fast-forward to wedding, her and Juliana did hair and makeup for 8 ladies and did my mom's hair. They did a spectacular job and I think we all looked like movie stars! I'm so glad I decided to go with Trisha. She really made us all look beautiful! Thank you!

Trisha is amazing!! She is truly talented. She, alone, did the hair for SIX bridesmaids and myself without any problem! We did a trial a few months before my wedding, but on the big day I decided to change the style, Trisha was awesome and had no problem winging it. Trisha was awesome to work with! She put me at ease and walked me through all the steps. I don't typically do much in terms of hair or makeup so it always throws me off at first to see myself all made up but Trisha did such a great job I felt so beautiful and confident on my wedding day! I was so pleased with the services. I had to be at the venue at 11 am, so Trisha and her partner arrived at the hotel at 7:30 am ( and I know Trisha lives a solid hour away). My makeup was beautiful (saw my test, so I knew what I would look like), but what really made me happy was how beautiful the bridesmaids looked. I had a multiethnic wedding party (I'm black, one black bridesmaid, two Latinas and one white) group and everyone's makeup and hair was flawless. I highly recommend Amazing Occasions for any day you want to look your most beautiful.

Trisha and her assistant from from Amazing Occasions did a wonderful job on my bridal and bridal party's makeup. Before the wedding I was a bit nervous for my first bridal makeup trial, given that it was a few days before the wedding. Most brides tend to do several trials in order to get their specific look before their big day. Much to my surprise Trisha nailed my bridal makeup on the first trial. This truly reassured and convinced me that she would do an amazing job on the big day.

On the big day I was so calmed and assured that Trisha and her team would do a fab job. Given that my bridesmaids did not have a trial beforehand they were a bit nervous about their makeup looking nice, some had bad experiences in the past with their makeup not coming out right. After all the ladies were done with their hair and makeup they all ranted and raved at how they loved the work that was done. In fact one of my bridesmaids will be using Amazing Occasions for her upcoming wedding.

Nonetheless I want to thank Trisha from the bottom of my heart for the awesome job that she did on my wedding day, I've never looked and felt so beautiful as I did on that special day. I would highly recommend her services to any future brides in search of makeup service for their special day or for any occasion.

Trisha was probably one of my favorite wedding vendors. I booked her a year in advance because she had an amazing 50% off package for hair/makeup for me and my six bridal party members! Even without the discount I thought that it was a great value.

I changed my mind a lot of times about how I wanted my hair and makeup to look, even on the day of my wedding. Trisha was super flexible and made what could have been a stressful day calm and relaxed. Her and her assistant worked very efficiently to get hair and makeup done for six girls...not an easy task! My favorite part is that she was able to curl my very straight, limp hair into beautiful waves that lasted most of the evening (my wedding was very windy and rainy, unfortunately). People couldn't stop talking about my hair and makeup. Trisha is truly a talented artist!

Trisha is an incredibly talented and experienced makeup artist and hair stylist, and far surpassed my expectations in quality and service. She was able to do bridal makeup and hair, and makeup/hair for the bridal party and Mother of the Bride. She has a vast selection of Mac makeup, knows what you want, and executes beautifully. My makeup and hair stayed in place all day, and has never looked better! Having her be so easy going and charming is an added plus- I've already had a friend request her information after seeing my wedding photos. I definitely recommend her!

When I first contacted Trisha she was booked and was unable to do my makeup. A week later however she contacted me again saying that she had a cancellation for the day of my wedding. I was so happy because I still had not found anyone. We did two trials, one with traditional makeup and one with airbrush. She listen to everything I had to say and made changes where I requested. In the end I went with the airbrush. The makeup lasted all day. I was so happy and got so many compliments all night. I would recommend Trisha in a heart beat, as would I use her agin. A lot of times it is hard to find someone that listens and actually does what they want. That was my favorite part with working with Trisha. She does amazing work!

We loved working with Trisha. She did the hair and makeup for my mom, my sister, my bridesmaids, and of course, me. the bride :) The price was very reasonable and I was able to get an awesome deal on one of her packages.

The trial went smooth. I was happy that she was able to come to my house and it could not have turned out better. She gave me some makeup suggestions and we came up with THE look. My husband was very happy.

On wedding day, she showed up on time and got to work right away. My hair and makeup lasted all day and I received several compliments throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Trisha.

Trisha did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my wedding. She comes to your house for the hair/makeup trial which was very convenient. I took her up on one of her package deals that covered hair and makeup for myself, 5 bridesmaids and my mom. She was very flexible when I found out only days before the wedding that I would not be able to get into the bridal suite on site as early as I had first thought, and agreed to meet in one of the bridesmaid's rooms at a nearby hotel to do the hair and makeup for bridal party and then transition over to the venue's bridal suite to do my hair and makeup last once the room was open. She was very prompt and got us all done with time to spare. She also accommodated doing makeup for an additional person that day, which was not in our original contract and she provided at just a slight increase in cost.

If you need a makeup artist and hairstylist who is just fantastic you have to go with Trisha. She is honestly an artist and she knows what she is doing. My mom is a hairstylist and came to my trial, she is very picky when it comes to hair and even she was impressed by Trisha.
In fact she was so good that my bridesmaids kept adding services when they saw how great she did everyones hair and makeup - costing me more but making us all look great.
On top of all that, she is very professional, flexible and responsive. I will admit that I wasn't her easiest client to work with but she was always patient and kind.

Trisha was a great stylist. She did hair and makeup for myself, my three brides and my mother and MIL. Though she lives almost an hour away from where we staged for the wedding, she still showed up at 0545 that morning in order to have enough time to take care of us all. She was able to capture the hair and makeup look I really wanted and was very willing to try things multiple times until they were perfect. It was so easy to communicate with Trisha by phone and email. I was able to get a deal on her services in February which made her already reasonable prices that much more amazing. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup at the wedding and would definitely recommend Amazing Occasions to all my friends.

Trisha was Amazing! My hair and makeup was FLAWLESS and even better than at the trial! We had 9 people getting hair and makeup done so she brought an assistant and they both did an excellent job. I bought the package during a Halloween promotion so I got an excellent deal! Book early!

Trisha really outdid herself on my wedding day. I had a trial run on my hair and makeup and loved what she did. When I showed up on my wedding day with a few changes she was able to do my hair and makeup even better than I dreamed up. Not only did she do a great job on my hair and makeup but all of my bridesmaids, my mom and my flower girl were done by Trisha and were perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was extremely impressed with Trisha!! There were 10 people in the package that I booked and she and her assistant came before the scheduled time and completed this huge task in time!! I never felt rushed, both she and her assistant took their time. My bridesmaids picked hairstyles from the internet and Trisha was able to duplicate them! Her assistant did a fantastic job on all the makeup. I believe my hair and makeup turned out even better on my wedding day then what we practiced during the trial!! Trisha was amazing! She was quick to answer all my question and reassure me. Additionally and more important, my make up nad hair was amazing! Trisha was amazing!!! I picked her because I loved her own makeup when I met her at a bridal show. I am African American and my wedding party consisted sevaral different ethnicities including Asian, Latina, African American, and Eastern European. I wanted an artist who would feel comfortable with all types of hair and complexions. Trisha was amazingly professional and we received lots of compliments throughout the day. The makeup stayed fresh all day. I even fell alseep in it that night because I was so exhausted and it still looked great in the morning! In the weeks leading up to my wedding she responded to all my emails and texts promptly and helped to calm my nerves. I would definitely recommend her for all brides but especially if you are looking for an artist who is comfortable with ethnic complexions and hair. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! She was great!
