Ms Katrice was a very unique but sweet bride. She came to us in distress, about 3 weeks before her wedding for day of coordination. In which we were hired for Day of Coordination and partial Design Decor, in which we discounted tremendously because of her situation. We have "NO HIDDEN COST," as it is posted on our website for everyone to see, therefore I do not agree or understand your review. We provide a service to our customers but not for FREE, but now we may discount it, from time to time, like we did your wedding, but never FREE! We offered some vendors to her because she did not thouroughly read contracts and small print and was headed for disaster based on the vendors she had previously contacted. We at Alpha & Omega Event Consultants are not responsible for any vendor, and/or their pricing. We didn't no will never tell you to cancel with any vendor. As a matter of fact a couple of the vendors you use were ready to cancel the order with you and refund your money back because you had changed your order so many times, and we advised them not to because you were just a sweet bride in distress, and u just wanna make sure everything goes right. And boy did we hear some stories, but we never brought the negativity to u, as long as they provided what u needed at that price we didn't care what they had to say about u. We never judge our clients. We were their to provide a service, which we did. When hired for Wedding Day Coordination this is the service we provide, and it has certain time limits. We can not, nor will not hang out longer than the alotted time. Even though in this case we did, as well as being doubled worked because of the rain, the wind, and because we had to tweek centerpeices provided by another vendor and dropped off to the venue, but would not work due to the weather, but we didn't charge additional for making the centerpeices work for you. We just made it work. The rental company Katrice hired didn't bring all the items she needed and was 4-5 tables short and a couple banquet linens were missing but Katrice didn't know anything about it because we handled it and didn't let her know anything about it, because we don't want our clients stressing no more than they have to (A & O always bring extra things just in case something like this happens, and she didn't even rent the banquet linen from us to begin with nor was she charged for it at the end.) . We thank u for the beginning of your review but honestly the review is quite contradictory, so we had to respond to it to make sure any and all future clients are not mislead. They all need to know exactly what took place and how it happen. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Sutherland, but we are not responsible for other vendors and/or their pricing. Wedding Day Coordination is a limited service, that does not involve negotiating with vendors, but it in volves making sure the vendors that u have hired do what needs to be done, coordinating the ceremony and reception at a limited but agreed upon time, and handling any mishap or catastrophe that may happen by any and all means necessary without involving the Bride and Groom, and this is what we did!Ms Katrice was a very unique but sweet bride.
