Best Planner Ever!!!

Where do we even begin? Cari was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding.

From the start, she brought order, warmth, and expertise to every step of the planning process. She was thorough on every phone call, making sure no detail was overlooked, and always followed up with clear documentation so we felt fully prepared and at ease. When we needed candles for the reception, she didn't just point us in a direction, she tapped into her wholesale connections and placed the order herself. That kind of initiative was incredibly helpful.

On the day itself, Cari was everything we could have hoped for. She was incredibly responsive, on top of every moving piece, and made the entire day run so smoothly. She set up everything beautifully and went above and beyond to help us pull it all together and then clean it all up at the end of the night. We received so many compliments from friends and family about how perfectly everything came together, and people made an effort to tell us that they thought her work was fantastic.

If you are looking for a wedding planner, stop here and book her. You will not regret it. We are endlessly grateful.

AOE is the best!

Cari and her team were the best money we spent during our wedding- we are still talking about how amazing her and her teams organization was a month after our big day. Cari made our day completely seamless and truly we had no worries during our wedding either. We are so grateful for her guidance in the wedding planning process and truly could not recommend her enough.

Cari is incredible!

Cari was absolutely amazing to work with. She served as a month-of and day-of coordinator for our wedding and was incredibly organized, responsive, and insightful. Cari was also so kind and thoughtful, and handled every challenege that arose so that I didn't have to worry about them. We had to pivot to a new wedding venue two days before the wedding due to wildfires in the area and Cari was a miracle worker. She took care of all the logistics, coordination, and communication with both the new and original venue and all the vendors within a day. No detail was left behind and there were no signs of all the last minute hussling that had to happen on the wedding day. I'm so grateful that we had Cari to help us navigate this and would recommend her to anyone.

Cari is amazing

Cari is the absolute best and she got us so prepared for our wedding! From phone calls and emails to in-person meetings, she put us so at ease and helped so much. Every time we spoke with her, we felt less stressed and more excited. Even through personal matters, she communicated well and kept everything going smoothly. Hiring Cari was the best decision we made for our wedding!

Hiring Cari as our month-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! She handled everything with grace and ensured our big day went off without a hitch. Her expertise in the wedding industry and at our venue specifically was evident from day one. She knew the ins and outs of the space, suggesting functional decor ideas and seamlessly coordinating with all our vendors. Every question we had, she had an answer for—her knowledge and experience truly put us at ease.

What impressed us most was her collaborative spirit. She listened attentively to our ideas and preferences, working tirelessly to bring our vision to life while offering valuable suggestions along the way. Her approachability made communication effortless, and her compassionate demeanor made us feel like our wedding was as important to her as it was to us.

Incredibly helpful and supportive!

Cari and her team were so helpful for our big day! We hired Cari's team for Day of Coordination + Ceremony Coordination, but she was always available for questions and suggestions throughout the wedding planning process. We met with Cari about a month or so before the big day, and went through every single detail for our wedding, leaving us comfortable and confident to leave the details for our big day in her team's hands.

We had a couple of hiccups from other vendors on our big day, and Cari's team handled the issues seamlessly. They went above and beyond to make sure that we and our guests were comfortable the whole night. We cannot thank Cari and her team enough for everything they did to help us have the most memorable day ever! We highly recommend All Occasions Event Planning!

Such a pleasure to work with

Looking back at our wedding and how everything went so perfectly, I can’t help but think about Cari from All Occasions Events and her assistants on the day of our wedding. Everything went according to the timeline she provided and she made us feel so comfortable and confident leaving the day in her hands. She went over every detail with us before the wedding to ensure that everything would be set exactly the way we imagined it would be. Cari truly went above and beyond making sure the day went to plan and created minor touches that we didn’t even think of like setting the extra photos in nooks around the venue. When the spot we chose to take photos with guests before the reception turned too dark, she helped us set up a new spot with great lighting for us to capture those photos with all of our guests. Cari was truly a pleasure to work with, and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding as perfect as possible.

Ran the show like clockwork

Cari was phenomenal. We utilized her services mainly for the last month of planning and day of event. She was short-staffed and had to run the event by herself but she just buzzed around getting stuff handled. Truly appreciatd her support - especially when it came to cutting the train of my dress! She didn't bat an eye :)

Cari is the best!

Cari is an awesome coordinator! She's been doing this forever, and absolutely lived up to the hype (she deserves those 5 stars on over 100 reviews..!) She was so helpful from the very beginning and is extremely easy to reach out to, even when its months before the wedding. I was able to show up to the wedding stress free and have total confidence that Cari would run everything smoothly. Literally everything was perfect from start to finish. She got all of the decor items and other belongings back to their respective owners. My husband and I, as well as both sets of our parents were so thankful to have her running the show on our big day.

Wedding Coordinator

I have worked with many professionals in my career and Cari is top notch. She planned all the details for our daughter's wedding. Best experience!

Cari was the absolute DREAM wedding coordinator. At the time we hired her, my mom and I had already booked our big vendors, so we weren’t certain that we even needed to hire a coordinator. But one phone call with Cari and we were convinced – we loved her and we needed her! I am so glad that we had the opportunity to work with her. She brought absolute joy to our wedding planning, which had started out as quite stressful. She has the best energy and best attitude. She was always able to listen to our ideas or concerns, keep us calm in times of crisis, and reminded us of the joy and excitement for the Big Day. She was so responsive – whether by phone, email, or in person – she made herself available to us so that we always felt supported throughout our planning process.

We got married at the end of May in Camarillo at a venue that was entirely outdoors. Typically it rains 2-4 days in the month of May in Camarillo, so we didn’t think we would need to worry about the weather. But the week before, there was a forecast of rain on and off all weekend. Cari called us, reached out to us, to make sure that WE were not stressing about the weather. She said, “We are checking it – multiple times a day – and WE will be worrying about it and our plan B – so YOU don’t have to.” What an amazing gift. We ended up last minute booking a tent, but were still hopeful that we could have our ceremony outside in the garden. Just as our guests arrived, the sky opened up, and it started raining. Cari came into the bridal suite, explained calmly to me what the situation was and what our plans were, and left us with champagne to relax while she took care of everything. It only rained for 20 minutes and then the sun came out. She checked back in and explained that we would still probably have to do the ceremony under the tent, and not in the garden, because the chairs were wet, and the cello player wouldn’t play without a covering. I was disappointed, but it seemed there was no choice. Then, 10 minutes later she came back into the Bridal Suite and said “We’re doing it in the garden!” She said she could tell I was disappointed and that she didn’t want to see that face on a bride on her wedding day. So they had moved an umbrella for the cello player and got a team together to wipe off all the chairs. My bridesmaids and I were so happy we started chanting “Garden! Garden! Garden!” with Cari. I will never forget when she came back to get us, asked “Who’s ready to get married?” a big smile on her face. She made me feel so calm and excited.

Everything she did – in the entire nine months that we worked together -- allowed us to relax and ENJOY our wedding. All of our wedding guests, bridesmaids, and groomsmen said, “Wow, we love your wedding coordinators – they’re amazing!” which is exactly how we feel.

Best decision

Hiring Cari Izaguirre was hands-down the best decision we made. If we could give more than five stars we would. From our very first meeting, and all the way through wedding day, her experience and professionalism was evident. But beyond her talent was her warmth... It felt as though we had been friends for some time. We had a lot of the planning done, but Cari was available always for any and all questions we had and to offer her expert advice when needed. She is beyond organized and that gave us such confidence. On rehearsal day (which she ran with ease) we literally handed everything over to her.... decorations...vendor responsibility...set up...everything! And from that moment on we were free to really just be present and enjoy family, friends and the entire Wedding Celebration. The day was absolutely beautiful and perfect , as Cari pulled it all together. We did not have to do a single thing. And at 1:00 AM when we went to our car..it was packed with all of our items to take home! We truly appreciate all she did! We highly recommend Cari and All Occasion Events as the Premier Wedding Coordinators in Ventura County and beyond!

The absolute best!

Cari and her team, without a doubt, was one of the best choices we made for our planning and wedding day! Every meeting was a breath of fresh air knowing we were on track. Every e-mail to a vendor was overlooked to help us feel comfort that we were asking the right information and confirming all details. Every request and task (tiny or huge) was met with ease.

Here are some simple (compared to the large overview of all they really did):
1) On the wedding day, I hadn't heard much from the limo company. I text Cari about how I was feeling (while getting ready) and her immediate response, "I talked to him this morning and he on time to be at the hotel at 12!" As a bride & groom, the comfort of knowing every vendor and dollar you put into the event is being confirmed is such a relief.
2) We made aisle signs (without really thinking about reusing them). We showed up to the reception and the signs were re-purposed and absolutely adorable. When you spend time making things, it is so awesome to see them used all night!
3) The underneath tulle of my dress had torn, but Cari was there with a safety pin ready to go and fixed it immediately!
4) When the wedding ended our parents' cars (who were taking the decorations home for us) were packed and ready to go within 20-30mins - this included the exact number of centerpieces we had requested to keep. My parents couldn't have been more grateful after a long day!
5) I cannot think of one time that Cari came up to us or asked us a questions besides to do planned events. She and her team handled EVERYTHING - it was truly unreal!

These are the tiniest things of all the effort and time they put into our wedding day! We would recommend them a million times over! Not only did they do such an amazing job, but we also feel like we gained a friend in Cari and her team! From the absolute bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!

Cari is AMAZING. She took care of all the tiny details (ones that I wouldn't even think of!) On the wedding day, she never once approached us with any questions because she had everything handled. All we had to do was float around and enjoy the day! Her recommendations for vendors were spot on and she was overall a pleasure to work with.

I have nothing but good things to say about AO Event Planning! Kendalyn did an amazing job! Everything was set up beautifully and we keep getting comments from our guests about how our wedding was elegant, so well put together, and "very us." Our wedding day would not have been as perfect if it weren’t for Cari and her team. She was recommended to us by our venue and we were so happy we hired her. She knew the ins and outs of our venue and was able to guide us in our choices since we had to work around a few venue related rules. She also gave us amazing vendor recommendations, including our incredible caterer and DJ. She was always so easy to get in touch with and responded to every email quickly. We had been a little stressed prior to the wedding and one of my biggest fears was not being able to enjoy the wedding to the fullest due to stress, but everything melted away when the day arrived because we knew Cari would take care of everything. We were extremely lucky to find such an amazing wedding coordinator/planner like Cari from All Occasions. I think what helped the most is Cari has been in the industry for a while, knowing all the right contacts to make your wedding look effortless. I was surprised how many people came up to us saying that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I honestly thought the same, but figured we were biased :D. All the credit goes to Cari, as she made sure the rentals, vendors, and services worked like clockwork.

Cari has several packages to suite your budget and needs. We specially found the list of vendors she has worked closely with useful since we were not from the Camarillo area. We plan to write reviews for our florist and DJ vendors that were recommended by Cari; they were hands down the best value and made a world of difference.

Apart from taking care of the venue requirements (paperwork, insurance), attending meetings with vendors, etc. she was extremely helpful by answering emails and texts promptly. I swear, we must have bugged her like every other day when it got close to the wedding date, but she was so nice, professional, and responsive.

My husband and I bought a lot (and I mean a lot) of miscellaneous items we thought would look nice at the wedding. We honestly had no clue of how to make everything look cohesive but we left it in Cari and her assistants' hands that morning and they worked their magic. My husband, who is very particular (and hard to please), thought the set up for the wedding looked better than he imagined. Cari just has that eye for detail. I can go on and on about how happy we were, but decided to attach photos to show some of the extra details she provided. We highly recommend Cari for any of your wedding planning needs!

Cari, hands down was one of our best investments for our wedding. During the entire wedding process and all the way up to the end of our wedding night at the venue, Cari was there through it all! During the planning processs and especially the last four weeks of wedding planning, Cari was there constantly responding to my emails regardless the time of day/night I sent them. She also has an amazing list of vendors to chose from, and my husband and I actually used a few for our wedding day! During the wedding day, she was constantly texting and making sure that my husband and I were okay and reassured us that our reception venue would turn out amazing; and that it did! Thank you again, Cari and Kira for everything you’ve done for us!

Working with Cari was an absolute dream!!! We hired her after learning that our wedding venue (Camarillo Ranch House) required a day-of wedding coordinator. Although we didn't realize it at the time, hiring Cari / All Occasions Event Planning was hands down the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT thing we did! Cari is SO on top of it--responsive, professional, friendly, offers VERY reasonable packages, and is just super knowledgeable about event planning and coordination. Although we got married in California, we live in Seattle and Cari helped us to plan everything remotely. She answered emails quickly and always offered to talk on the phone or videochat with us as needed. Living out of state, it really helped us to feel connected. She is also a human rolodex and knows a lot of vendors personally. Her day-of schedule, processional outline, and map of the venue were incredibly helpful. And most importantly, on the day of our wedding and after one year of planning, my husband and I felt simply at ease knowing she and her equally amazing assistant had everything taken care of. They were always one step ahead! At the end of the evening, although our families were ready to stay late to help clean up, Cari and her team had everything packed and ready to go! She is a miracle worker and we received so many compliments on how smoothly the day ran. She is the best of the best and we had a great experience working with her. When we booked our venue we were told that booking a wedding coordinator was mandatory. We were against it at first, but from day one of us emailing Cari with an inquiry she changed our minds. The other coordinators treated us as just another client and seemed really cold compared to Cari. That was one big reason why we choose her. We are so incredibly thankful and glad that we did! Cari is hands down AMAZING! For one, we weren't the best planners in the world and definitely had no clue what to do as far as weddings go. Cari not only kept us on track, but was incredibly helpful along the way. She really helped us shape our wedding into the dream we wanted it to be. She made planning a lot less stressful. So much so that the day of, our wedding day was perfect! We didn't have to stress, we could have fun, and overall it was absolutely a dream come true! Cari is not only worth every penny, but she's also so personable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. What an incredible day...best day of our lives, hands down!! Our wedding could not have gone any better and we have Cari & her staff to thank for everything feeling so seamless and perfect. All through the process, they have always been a constant support and so professional and attentive. Cari is extremely detail oriented and kept everyone in constant communication and aware of exactly how the day should go. Most importantly for us, Cari is a genuine, loving and such a sweet soul who you want to be there on the most important day of your life. She has become a friend to us in many ways. When I first began thinking about planning my wedding I figured I'd do it all myself - I'm super organized and I plan events for work all the time. I'm so beyond happy that I was talked into hiring Cari and her team, and two months after the wedding I miss them so much.

From day 1 Cari had an organized timeline for us to stick to and also gave us fabulous vendor recommendations. We gave her an idea of what we were looking to do for our wedding and she brought it to life and then some. She kept us on track leading up to the big day, answered emails super quickly and was the perfect middle-man between myself and our catering director who we were not happy with at all. The night before our wedding we had a big issue with our hotel and Cari stayed behind to fix it while my new husband and I went on to enjoy our rehearsal dinner. Oh she also ran our rehearsal like a rock star so everyone knew exactly what to expect and where they needed to be the next day.

Our wedding day went by so fast, and if anything went wrong I don't know about it. Cari kept everyone on track, kept us on schedule and made sure everything was PERFECT. She took care of my husband and I making sure we ate during our dinner, kept us hydrated and packed up extra dinner and extra extra cake that was waiting for us in our room! I mean it really doesn't get any better. 2 months later and we're still getting compliments from our guests on how amazing our wedding was, how perfectly timed everything was and how they had an amazing time. My only complaint is that now I don't have a reason to talk to Cari every week!

Cari and her assistant were day of planners at our wedding this passed weekend. She is absolutely amazing!!!!! She makes everything run so smoothly, and knows everyone in the business from the dj's to lighting and food caterers which is so helpful when making decisions. She is incredibly organized, thorough, and everything we talked about pre-wedding was perfectly planned out. During the ceremony and reception she popped up at the pefect moments to check in, give a few reminders, and make sure we were doing ok. She allowed my family and myself to really be present in the day, instead of running around doing the little things. She also has great tips and ideas that make the day and night more enjoyable for the guests. Cari and her team are the best!!

My husband and I hired Cari as our month-of wedding coordinator for our October wedding. We could not be happier with the results of this decision as it was completely invaluable! We got married at my father-in-law's property rather than a typical wedding venue, so we pretty much had to do everything from scratch and the thought of that was overwhelming! We are extremely pleased with the quality of service we received from Cari. My husband, our daughter, her now husband and I make a pretty good team and we thought we had it all dialed in until Cari came along and pulled ALL the ideas, people and vendors together. She asked us over a 100 questions making us deal with the unexpected in advance. When I saw her wedding day timeline at rehearsal my heart jumped, Cari apologized and said she doesn't like people to see her "to do list" because it can be overwhelming. On the day of the wedding we learned that Cari had planned for every second, every vendor, and every detail. We were hosting the wedding at a large site, a little out of town, and we had to bring in everything. Cari orchestrated it all without a slip. She always had a happy, confident professional demeanor. You don't really know what you need until the day of the wedding. We were so pleased we have recommended Cari to everyone who would listen. Just yesterday I ran into a neighbor that used Cari last weekend and she couldn't stop thanking me and telling me how much her family appreciated Cari's services. We would have had a nice wedding without a planner as the bride and groom's goodness can carry the night and the guests fill the occasion with their cheer and love. Yet, it was especially enjoyable with Cari doing the work, allowing us to relax so we could be guests at our own party. All the other vendors were most pleased to be working with Cari. Cari is simply wonderful. She absolutely knows what she is doing. Cari has so much experience with weddings that she knows all the common worries or stresses and is always one step ahead - during planning and the actual day of. My favorite thing about Cari is her attitude or approach. She kept my new husband and me right on track to make sure we got through all the events of the night without rushing or missing something. Cari was so wonderful to work with! She was our month of coordinator at Spanish Hills Country Club in June. In the months leading up to the wedding, Cari helped give us recommendations of vendors and was very communicative in answering all of our questions. Cari was a great planner for my daughter's wedding.She had a lot of great contacts for other vendors and knew how to run the show.
She also provided the service of a candy buffet that was beautifully presented and loved by all the guests.
My daughter got married on probably the only Saturday in July it has ever rained. Cari took control and worked with the venue to move an outdoor cocktail hour inside with no problems. It made my daughter's day wonderful. Cari took the time to make sure everything was perfect.
I could call Cari anytime I had a question. She made the stress of planning a wedding very manageable. I felt like we became friends throughout this whole process.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review however Cari is the absolute greatest!! Any chance I get to tell someone who is getting married in the area, I recommend Cari! Her attention to every detail for my wedding made me feel so special because she does everything you want, just how you want. She provides a custom package of vendors that you get to choose from that fits your style of wedding and personality. Cari made everything seem so effortless and I couldn't believe how perfect everything turned out. I HIGHLY, EXTREMELY, INSISTENTLY recommend using Cari for your wedding. Her assistant was incredibly helpful and has worked with Cari for a long time so she is very knowledgeable of making the day run smooth too.

When your one and only daughter is getting married, you want the day to be everything she dreamed it would be and more and you want to enjoy every minute of it without having to worry about the details of the day. Cari made that happen for us! We hired her as our "day of coordinator" because Camarillo Ranch requires this but looking back, I am so glad they did and Cari was worth every penny and more. The wedding day would not have been as amazing as it was nor would I have been able to enjoy it if it weren't for Cari! From our first meeting, she pointed us in the direction of amazing vendors and helped guide us in our initial planning. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to do a thing. I know there were little problems that arose throughout the day but Cari just handled them. At the end of the night, I didn't even have to pack up the decorations we brought and that were spread out all over the venue site. Cari and her team separated our decorations from our vendors and packed them in our car for us, along with all the wedding gifts and everything we needed to take with us. We literally said our goodbyes to the last guests and got in our car and left for our hotel. We were able to spend time with our wedding guests at the hotel instead of cleaning up and packing up our car at the site. Cari's heart was to help make my daughter's wedding day the perfect day and allow us all to enjoy it. This was evident in every interaction that we had with her and she made it happen. I would highly recommend her!

To all those who are seeking a wonderful and caring individual to plan their special event, I would suggest that you meet with Cari. Cari was always present with ideas, suggestions, and experience. My daughter had a "Sweet 16" birthday party for over 110 people at a country club. Cari was critical in making the vendors, club officials, and food catering a seamless process; and ultimately the event. My family (and especially the birthday girl) did nothing but enjoy ourselves on this special evening event; more importantly, I was not worried at all knowing that Cari was in charge. We used Cari's services for day-of planning. We live in Burbank and the wedding was in Ventura. Cari met us several times in Ventura to go over details. She coordinated all the vendors. She answered all of my questions. She was kind and understanding. On the day of our wedding, I felt at ease knowing that she would take care of whatever we needed AND SHE DID! I had a bin of stuff that needed to distributed and set up. I handed Cari the bin and she took care of it all. My wife and I are the types that enjoy handling these things ourselves, but the venue we chose required a Wedding Coordinator. We just were not sure about having someone else in charge of our important day. After interviewing several candidates, Cari was definitely the coolest person we met, seemed to genuinely care about what we wanted, and before we even hired her she was already providing ways for us to save money! We hired Cari 10 months out and from day one all the way to the day before the wedding, Cari answered every phone call, every email, and every question that we had and did so immediately. Cari is Amazing! If you have a chance, hire her asap. She has the ability to be flexible with whatever needs a bride and groom have. I was treated like I was her only client. I never felt as if I had to compete for her time. Cari is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and very responsive. She goes the extra mile for her clients, and we felt incredibly lucky to have her as our wedding coordinator.

We first met over coffee, and she navigated the initial meeting with my husband, my parents and me with ease, answering our dozens of questions with cheery confidence. Though we hired her for day-of wedding coordination, Cari was always there for us throughout our year-long planning process. She'd answer emails within the day and made time to walk us through our concerns by phone, whether it took 5 minutes or over an hour.

The month of the wedding, she was a life-saver! She devised creative ways to help us solve issues we were having with our venue, heading off bride-to-be melt-downs with positivity and reassurance that she would figure something out for us. And she always did!

On her website, Cari says she wants you to feel like a guest at your own event - and that's absolutely how it felt! I cannot begin to express how lucky we were to have Cari as our Wedding Coordinator! From the first meeting I had with her, I was able to tell immediately that she was a seasoned professional in the wedding industry. Aside from seriously knowing her wedding stuff, she is super passionate about what she does and it is obvious she takes pride in executing successful events.

Cari made my wedding day a complete success!! I could not have done it without her help. There was nothing that went wrong on my wedding day, and if there was, Cari kept it private and I never knew about it. As a bride, I did not get one thing asked of me on the wedding day. She took all the pressure off of my husband and I. Our event ran so smooth and we got endless compliments on how incredible our wedding was. We still do all the time from friends and family! My number one piece of advice to any future bride is to hire Cari! I truly do not know what we would have done without her, and our entire wedding day was beautiful and super organized because of her. I cannot sing her enough praises! She is a wedding magic professional-- she is full of fabulous advice, has tons of experience, is 100% reliable, she knows how to keep a bride calm, and she goes above and beyond in every way. I hesitated to hire a wedding planner because of cost (because let's face it, wedding costs feel overwhelming right away), and because I was totally naive to how much stress and planning a wedding takes. Cari is priceless!!! I am very grateful that a dear friend of mine that got married 2 years ago told me that her number one piece of advice was to hire Cari. I met Cari at her wedding, and was immediately impressed by how fabulous she was! Following my friends advice, I am SOOOOOO grateful we hired Cari, and in looking back I honestly have no idea how we would have pulled off such a fabulous event without her. We had drama come up with our venue, and family stuff-- Cari was my "go to" gal and handled everything with grace and ease. On the day of our wedding, Cari treated us like total VIP's. Cari was an amazing coordinator! She answered every question I had in a timely manner and she made our wedding day effortless for us. She had a crew with her that helped her set up all the tables, chairs, linens, flatware, silverware, etc. Without her help we would've had a very stressful day and probably wouldn't have been able to enjoy ourselves as much as we did. She was very professional and was right there to do anything we needed after the ceremony. Thank you again, Cari!

Can't say enough good things about Carrie...she made our big day work without any hiccups - it was actually kinda scary how easy she made it all look. I called, emailed, and texted her a bunch during the planning time and she was extremely responsive, helpful, and never made me feel stupid even when (in retrospect) some of my questions were kind of lame. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Cari was amazing! We spent a long time planning our dream day and it was so nice having her there to make sure everything happened just as we wanted it too. With Cari and her team, I did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day and I was free to enjoy it! Cari was absolutely amazing! From the planning to the actual wedding/reception, Cari was soo helpful, fun and knew what she was doing! Some of the other services we hired (DJ, vendor, flowers, lighting) all had worked with Cari before and all spoke very highly of her.
The day of our wedding, it was supposed to rain and the vendor was hinting toward moving our wedding indoors (we had planned to have the ceremony outside with the reception in a barn), but I REALLY wanted it as we had planned and Cari had my back 100%. She was also great with some 'difficult' family members. They loved her too! And they don't like anyone!
I would recommend Cari to anyone planning any event!!!

Cari provided some of the best and most pivotal wedding planning services I could have ever asked for. She ensured that everything was organized, ensured all the vendors were contacted prior to the wedding, and helped manage all family and friends when things weren't always that rosy. Having a planner for your wedding is critical. I interviewed several since I live in NoCal and needed someone to be more hands-on and Cari proved to be the most proficient, professional and capable of doing what was necessary to ensure you didn't notice any hiccups that day. I'd recommend her ANYTIME. She is worth every penny.

Hands down...BEST PLANNER EVER. My husband and I fell in love with Cari on our first meeting.. and we definitely were not disappointed. Cari had a handle on everything at all times and did not mind my constant bombardment with questions. She was attentive, quick to respond, and her ideas fed the awesomeness that was our wedding. If you want your special day to run smoothly and flawlessly, then you need to hire Cari Izaguirre of All Occasions Event Planning. If you're the MOB, then you will definitely be able to be a guest at your daughter's wedding with Cari on your wedding staff. She is awesome! From set-up to take-down, Cari was there every step of the way. At the end of the reception that night (midnight, by the way), my mom was prepared change into a sweatsuit to pack and load all our wedding items into her car. Instead, Cari was standing there with my mom's car keys and everything had been packed and loaded (the cargo area of her Chevy Tahoe was full). All my mom had to do was get in the car and drive away! Cari's experince and expertise during the planning stage was invaluable. My numerous emails to her were always responded to in a timely manner and her suggestions were very helpful.

I quickly realized that I was going to need help given that I lived 2+ hours away and all friends/family lived out of town as well. Cari was the best thing that could have ever happened to us. Prior to meeting with her, my dad didn't think that having a planner was really that necessary.. within just a few minutes of meeting with her, he said he couldn't imagine doing the wedding without her. She answered every question we had, found vendors last minute for us when ours fell through, and was a huge support throughout the entire process. Every vendor told us that we were incredibly lucky whenever we told them Cari was our planner-everyone had nothing but compliments about her. When I broke my ankle 2 weeks before the wedding, Cari stepped up and took care of anything that needed to be done that I wasn't able to take care of, our wedding went perfectly, the ceremony was beautiful-even with 7 kids in the wedding party, she kept everything right on track!! I honestly can't imagine our wedding without Cari as part of it-by far one of the most amazing women I have ever met!! Cari-thank you for everything that you did.. I hired Cari with All Occasions Events mainly because I had been in so many weddings where the bride and bridesmaids ran around doing stuff for the wedding causing a ton of unecessary stress. Cari was so amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process. Although I only hired her for day of she was always quick to answer any questions I had during the planning process. She directed us well during our rehersal and came through for some last minute crisis'! On our big day there was a serious time crunch and she handled everything flawlessly. My husband remarked afterwards how touched he was by how much she cared about all of the details on our day. I was able to relax knowing someone who is just as type 'A' as myself was in charge. In retrospect I wish I would have hired her for the full planning. She is amazing!

We hired Cari at short notice and she was immediately on top of things. She gave us great suggestions and was so easy to work with. She was very good at what she did, asking important questions before the wedding and learning the names of family and the wedding party. Our wedding day flowed well with only one glitch for which she came up with a solution. Everything seemed to be ready and on schedule at each point in the day, and all this with minimal clarifications/reminders from her. Cari at All Occasions Event Planning was incredible for our wedding - I can't imagine the day without her! Cari was available early on in the planning process to provide feedback, advice & assistance via email and phone and proved indispensable in helping us decide on some of the finer details of the day. She has a lot of experience with a variety of weddings and so her professional knowledge often helped us know what would and wouldn't work. I also liked that in addition to familiarizing herself with all the vendors before the big day, Cari also took the time to learn the dynamics of our family & bridal party. This made a lot of the weekend much smoother & was commented on as a nice touch by several people. We did have some vendor issues & guest situations on our wedding day but for the most part I was unaware of them because she would handle everything per the conversations we'd had during planning. It took a lot of trust to put my wedding day into another person's hands after we spend so much time planning it, but I couldn't be more pleased that I choose Cari for the responsibility!

Cari is amazing, she goes above and beyond. Great attention to detail. She put every detail into place that i wanted and asked for and helped everything come together. She also helped to put out the flames of a few issues with vendors. I highly recommend her for any event you have although she did my wedding. In my opinion she doesn't charge enough. To give you an idea of her dedication to making her clients feel taken care of she went 40 miles out of her way which she wasn't paid to do and wasn't asked (she offered) to go pick up my wedding dress the day before the wedding (the bridal shop had made a serous boo boo they were fixing last minute) and went and got my dress and dealt with the bridal shop and had it waiting for me to put on at my venue. This made the weekend so much less stressful. She's Amazing! The day of was as stress free as you can get for the day of your wedding. LOVE HER

Cari will All Occasions Event Planning was amazing. She took care of a lot of details on our wedding day. We ended up making our own ceremony programs and table top center pieces for our reception. However we ran out of time and she gladly took over and finished up for us. She folded our ceremony programs and printed out our table center piece names. We had our ceremony at Alice Keck Park in Santa Barbara. There happened to be a limo nearby blasting music right before our ceremony. I was about to ask Cari to tell them to turn it down but before I could say anything she was on it and marched right over and asked them to turn down their music, which they did. And at the reception, I didn't have a throw away bouquet for the bouquet toss. I wasn't about to toss mine. I didn't know what to do. And thanks to Cari and her quick thinking, she grabbed some flowers that were utilized as ceremony decor and gave those for me to toss. These are examples of some of the on the spot things that happened to us and Cari took care of it. We were glad to have Cari there to not only help us plan before but to take care of us and the rest of our vendor team the day of our wedding. Both my husband and I highly recommend Cari with All Occasions Event Planning. It was comforting to know that there was someone there to facilitate and to problem solve and address whatever came our way on our wedding day.

Cari was the perfect wedding planner. She organized 11 bridesmaids, 12 groomsmen, 2 flower girls, 1 ringbearer, 200 guests. She made my daughter's day the happiest day of her life. Cari...she is truely the right hand of any blushing bride. I was not even looking for a wedding planner when I met Cari (due to my control issues.. lol) but my mom pretty much said "We need help!!". The rest is bride/planner history. I not only had found my equal (detail oriented people come together like magnets) but I made a great friend. The first challenge we gave Cari was the challenge of finding us a rehearsal dinner venue that had the most important things for our liking (fun, entertainment and great food) she found an amazing venue in The Greek at the Harbor in Oxnard. Cari provided exceptional quality of service, responsiveness and professionalism. Her services were a great value and she was extremely flexible. She was exceptional, definitely 5 stars on all accounts and I would recommend her to anyone! She referred me to most of my vendors- hair & make up, cake, invitations, photography and videography. Every referral she made was excellent. We loved all of our vendors!! She helped us with photography and videography when we were in a pickle. She made the reservations for me and my bridesmaids for the evening before the wedding. she kept all vendors abreast of our schedule and out of my hair the week before the wedding. She was always accessible and she always solved each and every problem that arose. She was an exceptional intermediary between us and our vendors. When something wasn't on schedule or went awry, she worked quickly and efficiently with us and our vendor to get things on track. We absolutely loved her!

Cari was great! I highly recommend her. She was always very professional and helpful. She really saved my husband and I in the few weeks leading to our wedding when things were getting hectic with our other vendors. Cari helped us keep our sanity so we were able to enjoy our wedding day.

Hiring Cari to help us coordinate our big day was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. She was there from the moment I met her to answer questions or just let me vent, to give advice or just a pat on the back. Her services in setting up our timeline and coordinating the other vendors the month of the wedding were invaluable. Having her at our event was priceless. She handled everything, and made it our wonderful day worry-free. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Cari and her assistant Gladdy were awesome! Prior to the wedding, Cari contacted all of my wedding vendors and made sure that they knew exactly what they were supposed to do on the day of the wedding. She also created an amazing timeline for our wedding so that we got the most out of our day! On the day of my wedding she even made a point to call me in the morning to see if I needed anything from her. Not only was Cari a professional, she was very caring and understanding! My wedding wouldn't have been the same without her services! I highly recommend All Occasions Event Planning!

Cari is amazing, she made our wedding day very stress free!
She has a great attitude & provided me lots of great ideas. Her recommendations were all amazing as well. I would recommend Cari to any couple looking for a perfect wedding.

Cari was a wonderful help with my wedding. My wedding was planned in a month and I don't know how I would have done it without her. We were on a very tight budget and she worked with that. If I had it to do again I would hire her in a heartbeat. Cari was very professional and made sure things ran smoothly. She has a great eye for detail. I definitely recommend her and hope to hire her again.
