  Fantastic job! My venue looked beautiful and we received lots of compliments. Bruce was great in getting the linen mixup corrected. Highly recommend

  I had been to all the big bridal stores in edmonton and had been extremely underwhelmed by the service and selection. I had only two months left until my wedding and ABC was my last resort to find an off the rack gown in time.
  
  Its located in a dodgy neibourhood and from the outside isn't much to look at, so I was pleasantly surprised when I entered a fairly clean and well kept bridal salon. My sales lady, a sweet italian lady, nailed it on the first try and picked the perfect dress for me, I totally love it! I ended up buying a dress a bit out of my price range and they were kind enough to dry clean and touch up a couple loose lace up hoops at no charge. My gown was ready for pick up in pristine condition the next morning.

  I contacted ABC Weddings for a quote on our wedding, Bruce handled our wedding, he was nice and very professional. He was always helpful and was very nice everytime I called to make changes or had questions. We recieved the rentals a day earlier than we needed with out an extra charge, which was great, it ment we had more time to set up. We were actually shorted the head table chair covers and some other linens, but we made due using some of the venue linens and had Bruce ship the shorted chair covers, but we ended having to pay for the frieght, which wasn't right. Everything looked beautiful together and came nicely packaged. The only concern is that I had stumbled across a vendor who was cheaper than ABC and was closer. I called and asked if they would be competitive with their pricing, and never heard back. This was closer to the wedding (2 weeks) and had already paid in full. But it would of been nice to get some sort of discount using them instead of the cheaper and vendor or at least a thank you letting them know. Over, besides finding a cheaper vendor after paying in full. Their service was good as was their product.

  ABC Weddings was amazing when it came to picking out the decor for my wedding. They pretty well had everything I needed (anything they didn't have...they made sure to show me everything they had as close to what I wanted as possible). They let me experiment and pretty much dismantle their store so I could see what my tables would look like and how everything I was choosing went together (I am not good at trying to picture in my head what things are going to look like lol). All in all, they were great and so much help. A lot of fun as well.

  We also rented a photo booth. I wasn't sure about the guy running it at first but he was halarious and you get the jump drive of photos that night before he leaves.
  It was so easy and stress free I thought I missed a step.

  We loved our linens and chair covers that were rented from ABC. However, we also rented candleabras which came with all different sized glass pieces. This made it difficult to make them look the same throughout the room since the glass pieces we all different sizes and patterns. We were not told of this prior to renting and would have liked to have been informed so that we could have had the option to rent something else.

  At first I was really pleased with the service we were given. Then Friday night as we were setting up the tables we realized we were given a wrong tablecloth. Instead of a 90" we were given a 120" and it was MASSIVE. With no other option for the time being we folded it so it at least fit the table even though it looked stupid. My Brother-in-law contacted ABC about it and they were really quick in getting back to us, and told us they would bring us a new one the morning of the wedding. Everything seemed to be okay, until they didn't show up. Finally, as our ceremony was about to start, in comes the delivery guy with the table cloth which of course we couldn't change because there were people sitting at that table.
  We changed it before the reception and when I returned our rentals I told them about the incident, and the lady working at the time left a message for her manager. He called me and blamed it on us saying that because we used the tablecloth anyways they weren't to blame. I do not recommend them because of the unprofessional way which they handled our problem.
