I used Cue the Champagne for my wedding last weekend. This was the easily the best money we spent through the whole process. We hired Cue the Champagne about 8 months out from out wedding. We had monthly check in calls with Shannon in which she made sure we were staying on track. Shannon went on maternity leave 3 months before and Shaun stepped in during that time. There were no hiccups or interruptions to the planning process during that time. In the couple weeks leading up to the wedding Shannon took over communication with out other vendors to make sure they knew where they needed to be and when! I'm not being dramatic when I say our wedding day could have not been more perfect and I think that is mainly due to Shannon, Carmen, and Madi. They made sure all the final details were perfect and helped make sure my vision came to life. While many other weddings I have been a part of have been chaotic and rushed, the timeline that Shannon created gave plenty of buffer room and included relaxation time after photographs and before the ceremony. At the end of the night they ensured that all checkboxes were ticked so that we would received our security deposit back. I have nothing but kind words to describe my experience with Cue the Champagne. I would divorce my husband just to marry him again so we can hire Shannon for the second wedding. -

Best investment EVER!
We just can't say enough about how wonderful Shaun & her CTC team is. My daughter's wedding was absolutely magical and in large part, it's because of Shaun! We absolutely loved our venue, but when we decided to move the reception indoors, we were very underwhelmed with the options. Shaun's incredible vision turned a boring ballroom into more than we ever dreamed it could be. PERFECTION!!! Shaun's expertise & attention to detail put our minds at ease through every step of the process. Since this was our first wedding adventure, we had no idea how important having an incredible planner would be. NOW WE DO!!!

Shaun was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only does she know what she’s doing, she is extremely knowledgeable about how to fix issues that arise and anticipate things all while having a smile on her face. You really can stop your search here because this is it. She is flexible, listens to what you want, and gets it done. That’s what I needed and I got even more. I was panicking about decor and she just took the wheel and my wedding was the most magical thing you can imagine. Her team is amazing too! We are so glad we went with her.

Dream wedding, dream team
It is so hard to put into words how truly AMAZING Shaun and her team at CTC are!!
As an out-of-state bride, I had no idea where to start or who to contact in the wedding industry. Lucky for us, Shaun was recommended to help plan our wedding in Chattanooga, TN and for that recommendation I am SO grateful. Shaun and her team were there for us from start to finish and made wedding planning so easy, enjoyable, and fun! For a year + Shaun connected us with amazing vendors, answered allllll of our questions, kept us organized, helped create the most beautiful vision, put out fires as needed, and kept us calm.
Our wedding was at a private residential venue and let me tell you.. Shaun KILLED IT. With a residential venue comes many challenges, of which she handled with absolute grace, but also so many possibilities. Throughout this process it was so obvious to see Shaun's creativity and love for this industry flowing through her! Her attention to detail is unmatched, her understanding of wedding day timeline, her view from guest perspective, her constant communication with us and the vendors, her support and guidance... she is EVERYTHING you need and want when it comes to planning your dream wedding.
On the day of our wedding, Shaun and her team went above and beyond. They handled everything from top to bottom so that myself, my husband, and our families could be present. Each of the ladies from CTC whom we had the pleasure of meeting were so fabulous, professional, so helpful, and all played a major role in ensuring our day was flawless. We have received so many compliments on our wedding — how smooth the day was, how STUNNING it was, and how well planned, and we owe it all to Shaun and Cue The Champagne. There are no amount of stars or words to express how wonderful, organized, detail oriented, and on point, Shaun and her team are!! It's been a few months since our wedding, and our guests are still raving to us and our families about how amazing our wedding and reception was. Shaun made long distance planning a breeze as we planned our wedding in Chattanooga while living in North Carolina. From helping with small things such as answering questions about bridesmaids dresses to bigger things such as having our vision come to fruition with the reception design to coordinating with all of our vendors for the perfect day of schedule. She put my mind to ease on day 1 when I was worried about planning a wedding in 8 months, and I wasn't worried anymore after that as Shaun made sure we stayed on track with all of the planning. We wanted a traditional wedding and a party feel for the reception- she delivered that and then some! There were so many small details they took care of without me having to get involved and my wedding day was PERFECT. I wish I could give a 10 on the scale! Words can’t express how great this team of planners were but let me try.
If you are wondering whether to hire a wedding planner, YES! If you are wondering who to hire, Cue the Champagne is a HECK YES! From the first meeting to leaving the venue Shaun Teague and her team were friendly, helpful and flawless. The wedding went off without a problem and (as the family) we did not do a thing for set up or take down.
Let me start by saying when you first meet Shaun she seems hilarious and larger than life. She is! We went with her mid tier package. Very reasonably priced! Especially when you consider, that we hired almost all of our vendors based on her recommendations. When people were already booked, she continued to provide more and more names until we found the right people that had the availability.
Cut to the day of the rehearsal… Tina and the rest of the team walked us through the details, and ensured that we were feeling comfortable with what was going to happen. Next, the actual day of the wedding. We all arrived at the venue at 8 AM and did not leave until almost midnight. In that time, Shaun and her team set up, took care of, and then took down literally everything! We did not lift a finger! We truly got to sit and enjoy each other‘s company and live in the moment and experience that day! They even made sure grandparents were “treated like royalty” and got them through the food line fast. All of our guests felt important and loved attending the wedding.
I can tell you after having finally planned a wedding, you spend a lot of money for one day! The fact that Shaun allows you to truly enjoy every moment of that, instead of running around doing things is amazing! On top of that, they decorated the entire venue… Which was huge… and it was beautiful!
I could not be more thrilled with the way my sister’s wedding turned out! I also hands-down recommend Shaun, her team, and Cue the Champagne as a company for any of your wedding planning needs! Heck, if I threw any party, I would hire her!

Shaun and her team are the absolute best!! Communication was so easy throughout the entire process. Shaun is extremely detail-orientated and will ensure that you think of every last detail. She provides assistance throughout the planning process (we did day of/month of coordination) and she provided us with lists of vendors and checklists to make sure we had everything we needed. The day of our wedding, she arrived promptly and did her absolute best to keep our wild (and chronically late) family on track for our day! She helped us adjust our timeline as needed and she took care of every single detail. We also worked with Prat on our wedding day who was an absolute delight! Shaun and Cue the Champagne were amazing help with planning our wedding. From the beginning, she was a huge help by recommending vendors that were a good fit for us. When the pandemic hit, she was great help in pivoting our plans, while still ensuring we were able to have the wedding we had originally envisioned, even though 1/10th the size.
Shaun's eye for design is wonderful. She got some input from us and then developed a whole design of the wedding with options for us. She does an incredible job with listening and applying preferences through all sorts of details. She isn't going to give you a cookie cutter wedding.
Cue the Champagne exudes professionalism. Everything is systematized, which greatly helps with catching all of the details and then enacting them. Shaun has a great working relationship with a number of vendors ensuring prompt responses and quality products.
Day of the wedding, the team was amazing. Going in, we knew we were in good hands. It was reassuring knowing that if anything went wrong, Shaun and her team would have it handled. Everything went as planned. We couldn't have had a better wedding. Huge thanks to Shaun and Cue the Champagne! -

My daughter and I booked a wedding at Tn River Place in Chattanooga. We thought we had all of the details to the wedding covered. We’re we wrong. So about 10 days out from the wedding we hired Shaun Mosley, (my daughter had been following her on social media.) Shaun didn’t miss a beat. She stepped up and organized the event like she had been doing so from the beginning. I am a detail person, Shaun is a detail person! Shaun is one of the most qualified, professionals in the business. Her diligent passion is to make your event worry and stress free. She did that for me, as I got to enjoy the entire day without running and trying to do all by myself. Shaun responds very quickly to your messages and works very well with all of the vendors. I recently had the opportunity to provide stationery and day-of signage for Shaun’s clients, Kaitlyn and Ethan, and to say she made the process “convenient” would be an absolute understatement. She not only was knowledgeable in her own craft and what her clients were interested in, but she was able to provide me with an inspiration board, color palette and more to review prior to our initial Zoom consultation with the clients in order to gauge their interest and overall vision. As a wedding stationer, having a planner in the mix can often cause a lot of chaos, headaches and more, but having someone as organized and who specializes in their craft like Shaun makes the entire process entirely much more enjoyable from a professional standpoint. Wow! Where to start? What a journey it was getting to our wedding day. We honestly could not have done it without Shaun. From the day we booked her, she has gone above and beyond. Shaun really takes the time to not only get to know your tastes/preferences, but also who you and your partner are as a couple, as well as family dynamics. I was a full time college student that was planning a wedding. Even though I was hours away from Shaun, she made it so easy to contact and coordinate/collaborate with her through the Aisle Planner portal. Everything, like our contracts and notes, was all organized in there! She travelled to meet with us and our vendors. She worked with me to make a concept board of our wedding details to make sure everyone was on the same page with what my husband and I wanted. From the start, we faced many ups and downs in the planning process. However, Shaun helped us extinguish these fires left and right!! We were contacted by our venue last year and asked to shift our wedding date up almost 4 months due to their construction!! We panicked, but Shaun worked quickly to make sure we knew all our options and that our vendors were on board with the changes. It was amazing to have an experienced professional, who knew the local area/vendors well and could give great recommendations for everything. It is obvious that her colleagues in the Event Planning Industry think very highly of her! Every vendor we booked was off of her recommendations, and we were so impressed with everyone’s professionalism. When the pandemic hit, our wedding plans, once again, went down the drain. In less than a month Shaun helped us navigate through losing our venue, changing our officiant, finding a new makeup artist, new place for the rehearsal dinner, new accommodations for out of town guests, changing guest count due to the pandemic, etc. At the time, it felt like the end of the world. Shaun was so uplifting and still willing to work with us to create a magical day, while keeping the safety of guests in mind. Once again, she jumped on it and made sure that all our vendors could accommodate us at our new location. In the end, our wedding was ABSOLUTELY. PERFECT. Everyone enjoyed the entire day. We did not have to lift a finger. Everyone, including vendors and the bridal party, knew exactly where to be and at what time due to Shaun’s timeline. We even ran ahead of schedule the entire day thanks to her team! The decor was stunning. The best part... they handled the set up and break down too!! Even the DJ told my husband and I that it was the best wedding he had ever been to. Even if you feel like you’re on top of all the details of the planning process, investing in a wedding coordinator is still a great choice to make sure you have a seamless wedding day that all your guest enjoy as well. There are so many little details to keep up with, and she's so organized! Even after the wedding, Shaun will check in with you with a list of helpful hints, like getting your dress dry cleaned, etc. Thank you Shaun for working with us over the past 18 months. She helped make our dreams come true! -

I was told by several friends that it would be well worth the money spent to hire a wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding. That was an understatement! We found Shaun with Cue The Champagne through a friend and since we had heard good things we chose her. We were so impressed with her professionalism, all her resources, and her organization skills. If that’s not enough...we experienced a pandemic a couple of months prior to the actual wedding date! Words can’t express how grateful we were to Shaun for all she did to make sure our daughter had the most incredible wedding ever! Shaun and staff went over and above to insure her day was perfect. She helped us stay focused, kept in constant contact with all the vendors and us and she maintained the most positive attitude. We really appreciated all she did during this extremely stressful time. Wouldn’t change a thing!
I got to see CTC in action at two weddings prior to mine. As soon as I got engaged, CTC was our first phone call! Not only did we use Shaun as our planner but she was also our florist (let her do both! Best decision ever!)
Getting married in a worldwide pandemic was never our plan but Shaun and her team made the whole process stress free. She was one call away when my mom and I had questions, helped up navigate and keep up with the current regulations, and was all around professional and responsive.
I am so thankful CTC allowed our big day to be seamless regardless of everything else going on. My stress level was at 0 the whole day because I knew Shaun had anything and everything covered. I wouldn’t change one thing about our day and I truly owe it to CTC! -

I don't know how I would have pulled off my destination wedding in Chattanooga without Shaun and her team at Cue the Champagne. She helped give us recommendations for each vendor needed in our price range which saved so much time contacting vendors just to find out they wouldn't work for us. She and her team helped me with every random question before the wedding from layout of the whole venue to advice on color schemes and where to save money. The day of the wedding ran smoothly and my family and I didn't have to worry about any small or large issue because it was taken care for us. Looking back on my wedding planning process, I can say that hiring Cue the Champagne was hands-down the BEST decision I made. I planned my Chattanooga wedding from my home in Atlanta, and I truly could not have done it without the help of Shaun and her team! I was lucky enough to find Cue the Champagne through my venue, The Church on Main. From the first phone call with Shaun, I knew I wanted her help planning my wedding.
Shaun and her team work closely with the absolute best wedding vendors in the Chattanooga area. Everyone we booked (catering, florals, videography, etc.) all came from Shaun’s recommendation, and they were all truly amazing. If I was ever stressed about anything, no matter how small, Shaun was always willing to hop on a call with me and talk through everything I was worried about. Every single time she managed to immediately calm my nerves. She’s amazing at talking to you like an old friend, but one who has tons of experience in the wedding industry and is a true professional. Another one of my favorite things with CTC was the access to the online planning portal through the Aisle Planner. The portal was key to keeping everything organized, from signed contracts, records of payments, and design ideas.
When it came to the actual wedding day, everything was planned down to the minute. I was able to just sit back and enjoy the day knowing that everything had been coordinated with every vendor, and I literally had nothing to worry about. There is not a single thing that I would change about my planning process and wedding day. It was all absolutely perfect, and that is 100% due to Shaun and her team!

My top three reasons why you should use Cue the Champagne for your wedding:
1. Experience - Cue the Champagne's team is a well oiled machine that magically seems to prevent problems before they appear. They clearly know the wedding business inside and out, whether its vendor communication, floral choice, or building a feasible timeline.
2. Communication - fast response time, clear timelines, and so kind and professional. It put my mind at ease each time I heard from them, and I really got to just enjoy the planning process.
3. Attention to detail - CTC and Shaun were always several steps ahead of me - whether it was recommendations for centerpieces, or rearranging elements our of wedding day timeline, or making sure the wedding party had everything they needed.
Shaun and her team took our vision for the perfect wedding and translated it into an amazing day. I cannot recommend them enough. -

This is the best memory I will ever have
I attribute this to Cue the Champagne for being able to make this everything I ever wanted and I still got to call it an ‘elopement’ and pay for an ‘elopement’.... my WEDDING was simply stunning. They had the perfect place and time for me. Since it was outdoors they watched weather for me down to the hour. They arrived early and helped everyone find their place. They customized our vows for a blended family and even made us laugh a few times through the ceremony. Once it was over they were gone in 2.5 seconds to allow us our time with family. We opted to turn our paperwork in ourselves but I know they can do it for you. They offer so many choices and places to choose from! They made this the best day ever and all I had to do was fill out a short questionnaire. I will probably contact them for vow renewals in a few years!!! -

Shaun and her team at Cue the Champagne and Elope Chattanooga are the best of the best! As a wedding photographer, its so important to me to work with a fantastic planner/coordinator because when there isn't one, those responsibilities always seem to fall on me. I always know everything will be handled perfectly and smoothly when I'm working a CTC wedding. Due to unforeseen circumstances my husband and I had to change our wedding plans from an out of town wedding in 2019 to an elopement in October of 2018. I was overwhelmed and stress by the situation but Cue the Champagne was wonderful. Their website was thorough and comprehensive on the services they offered and the different packages for an elopement. They were very professional and extremely responsive to my emails regarding the date, locations and package. Their fees are extremely reasonable and the photographer that was there was wonderful. -

Shaun was amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process. She always made sure I was on top of everything and sticking to the timeline of the whole wedding planning process. I had a million wedding-related questions, and she answered them within a few hours via a private website. When it came to the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my bridesmaids and family. I never worried about anything because Shaun kept me on time and updated. She and Rebecca made sure that our wedding was nothing short of amazing! -

Where do I even start to tell you how amazing Shaun Cox and her assistant, Cora are?!!! From the first time that I talked with Shaun on the phone, I knew that she was perfect for my daughter's wedding day! She is so full of spunk and energy...that I'm not sure she ever sleeps!! My family is from Huntsville, AL...my daughter and her fiancé are from Atlanta so I had MANY questions about logistics and vendors (probably WAY more than the average mother of the bride)....but Shaun was always quick to answer and kept me on track when I would start to venture off in the wrong direction. We had a really large wedding party...10 bridesmaids....10 groomsmen...but she kept them reeled in and on task (which I'm sure was no easy task)!!!
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who will be there for you from beginning to end.....look no further.....Cue the Champagne is the best!!!! Thank you Shaun from the bottom of my heart!!! -

Arielle Sent on 05/31/2018Shaun Cox had me at "Type A bride"-- from the first time we spoke it was clear that she cared about our wedding vision just as much as we did (okay, as much as I did- my counterpart is laidback and this was just one more reason having Shaun as a partner-in-planning was amazing! I'll gush about her wedding worksheets later). She's equal parts wedding conductor, detail-wrangler, hype woman and all around wonderful human being!
As two brides planning a wedding in Chattanooga, we were surprised to find some vendors were unwilling to work with us. I asked a trusted friend for a recommendation and CTC was at the very top of the list-- serendipitous because they were my first choice but a bit out of budget. I'm going to save you some time (in case you're like me and feel you must read through all 70+ glowing reviews as proper bridal due diligence)-- call Shaun Cox. Period. She will be the best decision you make. It will be the best money you spend because without a trusted professional to run the show, you won't be able to bask in the beauty of your wedding day.
The fact that she's warm, hilarious and brings the best vibes to any room she's in are all just the cherries on top of the fact that this woman knows what she is doing. And she will guide you through all the things you haven't thought of...with worksheets...the most glorious, stress-relieving paperwork you will ever fill out. Once you hand those off to her you can allow yourself to be blissfully unaware of all the logistics you would otherwise have to coordinate. I can't tell you how many of our guests said that our wedding was the best they've ever been to, to quote my mother-in-law, "It was just perfect. Every single thing went so smoothly. There's not anything that could've been better or that I wish was different." Me and my wife say ditto to that. And that's what you can expect when you hire Cue The Champagne!

She was so quick to respond, offer insight and has a massive list of awesome vendors. She created a to-the-minute timeline and made sure everyone stuck to it (P.S. -- I had SIXTEEN bridesmaids....so that was no easy task!) She managed the entire flow of the day and anything that came up, allowing me, my groom and my family to simply celebrate and enjoy! I would highly recommend her to any bride! I'm a type A bride and had booked with her about 18 months prior to our wedding and never once in those 18 months did she not promptly answer an email to a question that I had or provide the best advice on how to proceed when we were stuck or what sort of vendor to consider for something. And since we were planning long distance, I never got to meet Shaun in person until 2 months before our big day and we did everything over the phone or by email. That to me says alot about her work ethic and the quality of her work. On our wedding day, she put everything together exactly as we asked for and made the entire wedding run as smoothly and tightly as a ship. And our wedding was literally perfection. She made sure to ask all of the questions of things we wanted in our day and made sure that it was all exactly as we wanted. And always with a smile and I NEVER saw her panicked or worried. She may have hussled behind the scenes but as the bride, I never saw it. She made sure we ate in between the ceremony and reception and what I love the most is that she gracefully was able to shoo away guests who were attempting to start an informal receiving line and allow us to get back to our table and finish our meal uninterrupted. After our wedding, I asked her to send something back to us that we needed immediately and she got it back to us promptly and quickly. No fuss! What a pro! These are just some of the wonderful things we experienced from working with Shaun and her team. Highly recommend her!!

We did a pop up ceremony and it still felt so special and magical! We were able to personalize our vows and shaun was great about every detail and communicating along the way! I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married or just looking for an officiant!

We planned our elopement with little time to waste and she was onboard from day one! Even when the weather changed from picture-perfect-sunny to a cloudy snowfall, she was willing to go the extra mile when we were still determined to use our mountain side outdoor ceremony spot. We're "rain or shine" kind of people and she was incredibly accommodating and a true delight to have as a part of our special day. She also provided us with a magnificent photographer who provided some beautiful photos capturing the magic of our location. Our wedding day was exactly what we wanted due to Shaun's help!
