I shopped around quite a bit for napkins and chair ties. Big Day had the best prices and offered great service. I always got quick responses from Eva when I sent emails. The room looked great on the day of the wedding. I was quite pleased with Big Day Rentals.

Big Day Rentals was great. I had so many last minute table changes and guest counts that they worked with. I unfortunatley didn't get to meet any of the staff, but my wedding planner (Sip and Twirl) said they did a remarkable job. They were ontime to set up, and stayed late to tear down. We partied past our time, but they stayed and didn't add any additional charges. Eva was very quick to respond to all my emails and phone calls, and helped me pick out what I need for my reception. Everything looked fantastic.

I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact I am going to recommend to two brides I know of currently. Planning my wedding was stressful but this was my most comforting vendor. Big Day Rentals provided linens for our wedding. Eva was very quick to respond to emails and met with us to discuss our ideas for our linens. The prices that we were quoted were much lower than other companies and we were provided with the same product and service, but for a much better price! The linens turned out exactly how we wanted them! Eva even left a gift for us at our reception which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. We could not have chosen a better linen company for our day. We purchased a last-minute faux wedding cake that totally exceeded all of our expectations. It looks exactly like a real, edible wedding cake. We highly recommend Big Day Rentals. Their speed & professionalism are outstanding.

Eva and Rich were absolutely fantastic for our wedding! We rented table cloths, chair covers and sashes. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were willing to drive out to our house (in Surprise) to do a mock set-up to make sure we liked everything before we signed the contract. I work and go to school full-time and they were flexible in meeting me anywhere I needed them to. I always looked forward to meeting with them because of their laid back demeanor which is great for a bride-to-be since everything else seems so stressful. It was more like I was meeting friends instead of a vendor. The linens looked great on my wedding day and everything was set-up exactly how we discussed. Big Day Rentals is a very professional company that bent over backwards for my wedding! Big Day provided so many suggestions on tablecloths, runners, arches -- Eva answered every question I asked and provided so much information - she was a life saver! Not only did they deliver the linens, they help set up, including the arches and we there at the end to pick everything up! She even gave me a list of DJ's I could contact. Big Day Rentals' prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
