Thank you for considering Waters Edge Event Center when planning your special day. Waters Edge Event Center is an elegant waterfront wedding venue, located in Eagle, Idaho. We offer both indoor and outdoor space; and are a short drive from downtown Boise, and just steps from the Boise River. Waters Edge can accommodate both a ceremony and reception for parties of up to 200, or up to 275 for a cocktail style reception (with most guests standing throughout the night).
We take the stress out of planning with our all-inclusive amenities:
- In house catering with award-winning chef.
- No curfew or noise ordinance! Your event stops when you want it to.
- Full service. Few rules.
- Fully licensed on-site bar
- In-house award-winning DJ (upon availability)
- Two large hotels within walking distance
Grand Ballroom:
$ 1,650 Monday-Thursday
$ 1,950 Sundays
$ 2,450 Fridays
$ 2,950 Saturdays, holidays, and holiday weekends
Our indoor Grand Ballroom includes:
- With adjoining outside waterfront covered patio & grass area (for outside ceremonies and to enjoy a full indoor-outdoor experience)
- Round tables
- White cushioned chairs
- Setup, take down
Other Amenities:
(Pricing is based on selections, and this can be discussed during a tour)
- Full on-site bar, with custom Bride/Groom cocktails. The bar can be hosted or cash bar (your guests pay)
- On-site catering, offering a 14-page menu, created by our award winning Chef. We offer menus for all budgets.
- Bridal suite quarters and Groom’s lounge, for dressing and preparation
- DJ on-site - also award winning (or choose your own)
- Photo-booth
- Linens, sheers, livestream video and much more

One of my favorite locations to work at during the wedding season! I generally get to work out there at least a couple times a season, if not more. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the facility is fantastic! The location is nice for the photography aspect. The Boise River is close by, and some beautiful scenery near by for those memorable wedding photos.
Waters Edge Event Center is so beautiful, you do not need to do much. The staff is so friendly, the onsite coordinator pays attention to the contracted details and makes sure each and every client or bride is well taken care of. The chef and bar staff make sure your selections are top notch & your guests are happy. As a bride, having the option of the beautiful outside ceremony area and or wedding photo area is fantastic, the grooms room is comfortable and relaxing and the brides room is stunning and spacious. We at Delicate Designs are always honored to work with Karen and the Waters Edge Staff.
I played an event here recently and watched from the stage as a calm, and very well paced staff made a great night possible for their clients. The space is great, conveniently located, and reasonably priced from what I've gathered. Add in the manner in which it was obviously excellently managed, and you have what they call "a sure thing"
