How many photographers do you work with?
Depending on the package and coverage you request, there will either be myself, or myself and a second photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, I am the photographer for your wedding day and will assist you in fulfilling any wedding day requests you may have.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Absolutely not. One wedding a day so that you can be assured you have my full attention.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I have a Nikon digital camera and a backup camera, 4-5 lenses to ensure I can capture each moment as it unfolds, 2 flashes, tripods and plenty of batteries.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Absolutely. Wouldn't leave home without it.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I only take a break while you are eating so that I don't miss a thing.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel in Manatee, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties are no extra charge. Travel outside of those areas would incur a small travel fee.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
You images are usually up on our website within a week of your wedding and your proofs available in 2-3 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Initial proofs are available online for your friends and family to view.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The website images are kept available for 30 days [extensions are available by request] and the proofs are yours to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, I retain the copyright for the photographs, however, digital negatives are available for purchase with your wedding packages.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, I reserve the right to publish the photos for marketing or contest use.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, with the purchase of a package or for an additional fee.
Will images be available for viewing online?
