Aloha, I'm John. I know it's weird trying to get to know someone through a website but here goes.

Although this is technically my job I feel like I am the luckiest guy in the world getting to do something I love every day. I am welcomed into some of life's coolest moments, in some of the most beautiful places, and it is an immense honor and quite humbling all at the same time.

From Maui to Minneapolis to destination weddings around the globe; as well as documentary films, commercial work, corporate, and educational projects, I thrive on being able capture and tell compelling, moving, and vibrant stories.

I wish I could give John Hoel, and Vibrant Film 100.0/5.0!!!

John Hoel is incredibly talented, and when I say incredible I mean it! Not only did he capture our wedding day in the most AMAZING way. He is probably the nicest guy my husband and I have ever met. If he and his family lived closer I am sure we would hang out :) (Dogs and All)

His ability to capture an entire 14 hour day, and create a 13 minute video for us is UNREAL! His talent as a videographer and producer exceeds anything that we have ever seen! He is worth every single penny!!
There is not enough positive things to say about our wedding video and his creativity in which all of his films possess. John Hoel(Vibrant Film) was the best decision we ever made, as apart of our wedding day! Thanks to John we can now relive our wedding day in the best way, whenever we want! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
