Yes

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
All lighting situations can be challenging, but we have professional photographers with experience with various lighting and weather conditions
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital Professional cameras and lighting
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, and we do employ backup photographers on each wedding day, that can fill in for the case of emergency.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Backup photographers and backup equipment
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, every photographer carries backup equipment.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Packages are priced by hours, and additional hours can be added to any package.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Overtime prices vary by package
Do you charge for travel?
Trotter services the St.Louis and Illinois area. Travel charges are case by case basis.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2 to 3 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proof books, printed 4 x 5 proofs, Internet proofing, and CD proofing are all available
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs are available for purchase.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We do provide a copyright release with the purchase of a high resolution CD
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
A high resolution CD is available for purchase and the couple may print from this CD.
Will images be available for viewing online?
All images from the wedding day are posted online at www.TrotterPhoto.com
What kind of albums do you offer?
Traditional matted style albums, Parent Albums, Digitally designed albums, Flushmount (coffee table style) Albums, and a mixture of digital and traditional within one album - called a Seldex album
