The following room rates will be applied for non-member sponsored functions: Red Room $500.00, Centennial Room $500.00, Belvedere Room $750.00, Main Dining Room $1,000.00.

The Toledo Club has a bridal suite which is available to the bride and groom the night of the special event. We also have 5 other hotel rooms that are available to the guests at discounted rates.

Additional Questions and Answers
In accordance with good business practices, all functions are subject to covering costs for setup, food, labor, and facility maintenance and must adhere to minimum pricing. A food and beverage minimum of $5,000 is required for all wedding receptions. Should the minimum charge not be met, the difference between the cost of the event’s food and the minimum will be charged.

MENU PRICING

All prices listed on the suggested menus are base prices. Prices are subject to change pending substitutions and other charges. All prices listed are base prices and do not include sales tax or service charges. Applicable state and local taxes will apply to service charges and alcoholic beverages. An additional service charge of 20% for all functions will be charged, as well as applicable taxes.

The prices of selected menu items will be confirmed by the Events Coordinator no earlier than 30 days prior to the function. Menu selections should be made at least 3 weeks prior to the function. All prices quoted more than 30 days prior to an event are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the market.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

The deposit is $2,000 for members and $2,500 for non-members. This deposit holds your space and will be applied to the final charges of the function. The deposit is due within 10 days from when the date is confirmed. Final payment, excluding bar charges, is due 5 business days prior to your event. Bar charges will be billed 5 days after the event and are payable until 5 days thereafter.

The deposit is non-refundable.

MENU SELECTION

The Toledo Club offers the option of a tasting to help select the menu that best suits your event. The Club will provide three entrée choices and three side dish choices free of charge. Any additional orders will be charged to your account.

All final menu selections must be provided at least three weeks in advance of the event.

We require that entrée choices be limited to two choices and both entrees will be served with the same side items. In the event that you wish to offer your guests a choice of entrees, please mark your guests place cards according to which entrée they will be served.

The club’s menus are only a guide for your planning. Our catering office stands ready to assist with any menu options that you may require.
