If you are interested in finding out more about how to plan for "ideal lighting" for your Wedding, please contact us and we can advise you further based on your location and plans!
Q: What steps do you take to care for the images once shot?

A: Initially, we do a back-up while we are at the wedding. Once a card has been shot, it is uploaded to an external hard drive. Once the images have been edited, they are stored in 3 locations, 2 external hard drives and a DVD. We take the utmost care in respect to exposure, development and storage of all images!
Q: How long do you keep our pictures?

A: We NEVER discard any images, we double archive online and here in our studio!
Q: What do you wear to the Wedding?

A: We are professionals and we dress that way! We wear appropriate suiting.
Q: What time will we start our pictures on the big day?

A: Depending on if you should want "getting ready" pictures, the size of your family and wedding party, and if you prefer to see one-another before the Ceremony, we typically start approximately two hours before the Ceremony. In this time we will accomplish pre-ceremony pictures which include: The Bride, the Bride and her family, the Bride and her Bridesmaids and vica versa for the Groom! This way we can get a bulk of the portraits taken before the Ceremony, so there is less to do afterwards. If you chose to see one-another before hand, we will also accomplish your portraits with each other, group family pictures, and the group wedding party.
Q: How long will it take to finish portraits after the Ceremony?

A: We understand you spend months, possibly years planning this day and you'd rather not spend it taking pictures all day/night! We do keep this in mind and strive to be very efficient with our time so that you can join your guest as soon as possible! Depending on the size of your family and wedding party, formals can take anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour to conclude after the Ceremony. This is something we will discuss in depth during our planning session, about 10 days before your big day!
Q: Why do you encourage couples to consider seeing each other before the Ceremony for pictures?

A: This question is very detailed and we ask that you click here to learn more!
Q: Can we keep our Digital Negatives?

A: We've taken into consideration that most couples want to have the option of purchasing a copy of their digital negatives. We offer this option to our couples, with no waiting period.
Q: How long until we can see our pictures?

A: We understand you are quite eager to see your pictures, and we're pretty excited too! Generally, your pictures are available within 5 days from your Wedding date. During peak season (May-June and September) can sometimes take up to 14 days.
Q: How will we view our proofs?

A: On-line proofing is available to you on a private, password protected website. You may share this website at your discretion with your friends and family.
Q: How long until we will receive our album?

A: From the date you provide us with your image selection, it is about 6-8 weeks
