Tips and Advice
The Wedding is a week away and you want to look their best on the wedding day. Following these tips will help you do just that.

~Avoid gaseous foods like beans, cabbage, onions, and broccoli, as well as carbonated drinks the day before you wedding. Eating any of these foods can make your belly expand.

~Buy two pairs of shoes for your wedding. One for the wedding and acomfortable one for the reception.

~Have a dress rehearsal and test drive your dress. At your final fitting make sure to sit, dance, and practice walking in your gown. Make sure your undergarments work with you. If your dress is low-cut, bend down in front of a mirror to see how low you can go.

~Pack a few items for a wedding day emergency kit. Items like hairpins, Super Glue, White Out, safty pins, and club soda can come in handy for a wedding day emergency.

~If your body retains water, pass on the salty stuff. Eat foods like watermelon, parsley, and cucumber, all of which help your body let go of excess fluids.

~To look well rested eat calming carbohydrates like crackers, cereal, and whole grain breads. These trigger the release of serotonin-the happy hormone. If the night before jitters threaten your slumber, drink a glass of nonfat milk and eat a banana before you go to bed. This will give you a nice full feeling so you can sleep.

~Shrink down your waist. Here''s one of the strangest tricks I have heard of. At night, before bed, apply Preparation H liberally to your waist, and then put on a belt. The belt helps you perspire and the ointment draws the water out of the skin, temporarily shrinking your waist.

~Rev-up your weight loss; try doing at least 4 hours of cardio that final week. Think speed walking, spinning, or jogging.
