A super near-strip wedding/reception location. Close enough to the strip and VERY easy to get to. Great for locals and visitors. The wedding planner at the Southwest Event Center is extremely detail-oriented and gives perfect personal service. She really cares! The hotel amenities are very nice, with a great pool and lobby area. The meeting/reception rooms are spacious with nice high ceilings (very good acoustics for our music, too!) We really enjoy working here, because we know that the event will always be well-planned, which makes it very easy for us to do a great job (whether it's the DJ or the photography portion of the events).
