About

As a photographer specializing in candid wedding photography, I capture the moments that define a wedding and a wedding album.  And after years of photographing weddings, I know how to put people at ease to get natural-looking photos.  I also know when to take charge to get everyone organized and keep things moving.

I offer highly personalized service, including two pre-wedding consultations and a scouting trip to your wedding location, so that your day goes as smoothly as possible.

And I should note, I really like my job!  While I take my role as your wedding photographer very seriously, I always enjoy the process of working with couples and creating memories that will, literally, last a lifetime.

I photograph weddings in all of Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region, and am always happy to travel.

Check out my website for full package details and my most recent wedding photographs.

And, as a huge thank you to the Wedding Wire community for nominating me for the 2009 Brides' Choice Award, I'm running several promotions and specials.  Check them out in the Promotions sections and again, thank you for your support!

Additional Questions and Answers
Do you offer any special incentives if we decide to hire you?
I always have great promotions lined up for my clients.  You can view a complete list of current promotions here.

Do you include an engagment session with your pricing?
Yes!  I think an engagement session is the best way for us to get to know one another, so for the month of December I’m throwing in a free engagement session with all signed contracts.  Click here for details.

I have a very specific idea for an image I’d like created.  Can we make it happen?

Absolutely!  My role is to make sure you get the images you want.  We can go over any ideas you have in the pre-wedding consultation.

How extensive is your editing process?
Very!  I look at each of your wedding images between 2 to 8 times, to make sure I catch every detail that will make your images really stand out.

Color correcting and image adjustment is included in all wedding pricing, as well as color conversions (to sepia or black and white) on 40 images.  Further image maniplulation (changing to sepia tones, highlighting one element, creating a background) and post production processing is also available at an additional (reduced) cost.

What sets you apart from your competitors?
I’m a wedding photographer with a background in sports photography, which means I’m uniquely positioned to capture all of the action of the day.  As well, I am genuinely invested in making your day as easy as possible while making sure you get the best photos possible.  For a complete list of why I am your wedding photographer, click here.

Are there any special steps you take once you’ve been hired to shoot my day?

I scout your wedding location (for why this is so important, click here).  We also have two pre-wedding consultations to make sure we are both on the same page.  And so we can get to know each other, I am offering a free engagement photo session in the month of December (click here for details).

Can you do a studio-style shoot but on-location somewhere that is special to myself and my fiancee?
Yes, we can.  Because I have a completely portable lighting set-up, we can take photos wherever you want.  This can include where your fiancee proposed, where you first date took place... the options are endless.

What about other questions I have?
You can always email me or call me at 303.921.3033.  Or check out my blog for other questions you’ll want to ask your wedding photographer, current wedding pictures and my complete portfolio.
