What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Portable 'Eventure' Photo Booth (including lights, monitor, camera, seat, drapes), prop box, and enough photo paper for the entire event
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
The standard rate is hourly and typically runs 4 hours (the usual length of a wedding reception)
 
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs expire for 30 days from the online gallery. To request an extension or to order prints that have already expired from the gallery, send an email to info@photoboothflorida.com
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
There is no copyright on our proofs, any proofs from the online gallery are watermarked, but can be shared via email or purchased inexpensively from the website.
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Photos will only be used as portfolio samples for future clients unless otherwise requested by the bridal party.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Photo CD's are available at an additional charge.

Why go digital?

Many people love the nostalgic feel of chemically processed photo booths- so why go digital?
The photo booth has been around long before the advent of the digital camera. The old 'dip and dunk' chemically processed photo booths are out there, and you may have not even known that digital booths were available for rent.
The biggest problem that comes up with chemical photobooth rentals is physically getting the booth inside the desired venue. Due to the booth's weight (800 lbs), stairs are impossible to navigate. The selected venue must have a street-level or ramped entrance, and have doorways at least 2.5 feet wide, and 6.5 feet tall. If an elevator must be used, the cargo area and door must be able to accomodate a box that big.
DIGITAL prints are fast, easy, and our booth is compact and portable! It can be broken down and set up at any venue, up stairs, on an elevator, in a cramped room, through small doors and hallways, even outside! And it won't take up your entire ballroom, dance floor, or party space. Plus you can preview your photos as you're taking them for the best poses and framing.
