At PFBCH the quality of our food is just as important as our clients. We purchase as much organic, local and seasonal food, as available, in order to provide client's with the freshest and most delectable dishes your guests have ever tasted.

Whether your vision includes a traditional formal seated and served dinner or casual chef attended stations, PFBCH has everything you need to help you create your dream event. You can customize your menu to include all of your favorite foods or dream up an exotic and creative menu for your guests to try some new and exciting foods.

As a full service caterer PFBCH has a team of dedicated individuals to help with every aspect of planning your event. We have an entire design team that will assist with floral design, event decor, wedding cakes and we even offer a complimentary event planner. We can also help with renting tables, chairs, linens. etc.
