Stuffed Manicotti with a red meat sauce, Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with vegetables, Crab cakes, Caesar salad, Garlic cheese bread, Fruit and Cheese display, Sweet ice tea, Coffee and Punch

Smokehouse Buffet $15.95 Per Person-All Meats smoked slowly
Smoked Beef brisket, Pork ribs, Chicken breast, served with Sautéed Red potatoes in a White Wine Garlic Butter sauce, BBQ Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Rolls or Garlic bread
